Massacre in Norway. Tragedy in Norway. Investigation and court

IN This day performed his crime Breivik. For the mass murder he received as much as 21 years ...
With a touching explanation - "without the right for 10 years to go out for good behavior" But with the possibility of extending the term. Beasts ... 21 years old, it is about three months for killing one person ... He was not recognized as crazy and now he is in a personal prison, more like a sanatorium. He writes books, it eats well, but the conditions of content is still dissatisfied. About how he managed to make a double terrorist attack under the cat ...

In principle, it was clear about this deadline immediately. The greatest prison term in Norway is 21 years old. All time he will live in a well-protected building, with views of the city without a lattice. In a three-room "camera" with the office, with a computer, a TV, a sports room and a swimming pool ... and also under the supervision of doctors.

July 22, 2011, Breivik cynically shot 77 people! At the same time, 34 killed between the 14th and 17 years, and 242 people were injured. And now it is comfortable for himself, isolated from society for a special law (which was taken clean for a purely for Breevik).

But he organized and performed a double terrorist attack in Norway on July 22, 2011. At first he arranged an explosion in the center of Oslo ...

and then went to the youth camp on the island of Utina and opened fire on adolescents. The little island was littered with corpses. In addition, Pryzka believed that he was a policeman who arrived to save them with themselves went to him for help. When the police arrived on the island, he surrendered, without having resistance. He appreciates his life very high.

Explaining his actions, Breivik said that this way wanted to draw the attention of Norway and Europe to the influx of Muslim migrants and opposed multiculturalism, in his opinion destructive.

And after all killed mostly girls. He listened to music in the headphones and shot all who came across on the way ... Some even tried to float from the island. Chechen children were there. Unlike the Norwegians who saved the Norwegians, they were not running out, and because of shelters, Breyvik was thrown by stones. He complained about it in court. Once even in the head fell ... nobirds ... Chechens were also kept in prison, they believed that they were his assistants. Thank God, later I figured out what.

Chronicle of murder with the stories of surviving victims

He looked like the main character of the Nazi film, - showing, Adrian spends his palm on his head. - Blonde hair, worn back, and on the face such a special expression ... Stone, or ...

About the explosion in Oslo 21-year-old Adrian Pacon, a worker of a youth camp on the urate, together with friends he learned from radio messages: People were confused - they called friends and cried. Camp participants collected together to inform about what happened. Adrian remembers that the last words at that meeting were "Remember that the urban, now, perhaps the safest place in Norway." Someone called parents, and heard in response: "It's good that you are on the island, and we do not have to worry." But they were all wrong - Armed with a semi-automatic rifle and a gun Anders Breivik at that moment had already moored to the urate:

We were called from the office and reported that one policeman went to the shore to see us, "recalls Adrian Pocona.

Looking around on the eastern shore of the island, Breivik still kills the only guard camp and camp chief. They thought that he arrived at the enhancement of security. And slowly enters the cafeteria, where at this moment most of the inhabitants of the camp gathered, who are told about the events of the terrorist attack in Oslo. Breivik interrupts the meeting, calls people to themselves - and coldly opens fire on them ...

I went to the cafeteria to get informational materials for distribution, "says Adrian Pacon," but suddenly I heard the shots and saw the running people. They were shot in the back, they fell dead right in front of me. I saw the shooter: dressed in a black and red uniform, with slit hair, he looked like a Nazi. Two people began to talk with him, and after a second, both were shot ...

People in a panic run from the cafeteria to the tent camp in the center of the island, looking for shelter there. Coming with everyone and Adrian, however, at half, he looked around and hid behind a huge canopy to see what was happening:

The killer approached the tents, leisurely raised the canopy, looked inside - and shot. And immediately from the inside the tent was painted in red ... Bloody rapidly defeated them slowly, cool and cruelly. He was so relaxed and calm. Everything kept under control. It was clear that he planned this for a long time ...

Having come across a tent town, Anders Breivik continues to shoot anyone who comes across his eyes. During the explosion of the government building, the terrorist was psychologically removed from his victims - but now when he shoots people on the island, in one after another, Breivik looks right in the face ...

Those who were not in a tent camp are trying to hide in the forest, behind the camp buildings, in Rasseks Rocks. Another part of the camp inhabitants, among whom Adrian, runs to the shore, trying to float from the island. The young man rushes to cold water as it was in clothes and rubber boots. He managed to sail about 150 meters, but it is still very far from the opposite shore. Adrian realizes that the forces leave him - and turns back to the shore, according to which Breivik with Carabin is passed:

He stood in ten meters from me, shooting in swimming. It is difficult to say whether he noticed me from the very beginning or only in this moment. He looked around the coast and other swimmers a long and difficult look, looked at me and sent a weapon into my direction - I looked at me right in my face. I stood in the water knee and could not move away. I was a real living target, and everything he needed to do is click on the trigger. I remember that I shouted in horror and began to begging: "Please don't shoot me! Please do not!"

And for some reason he did not shoot, but turned to the steady people. He shot them and shouted: "This is the day of your death! I will kill you all!"

I hardly restored my breath. At that moment I had a legs. Somehow coming to the shore, I collapsed on the pebbles. For an incomprehensible reason, I was still alive ...

However, it was not the end of the nightmare. An hour later, the terrorist returned to the place where Adrian, along with other survivors, was hidden behind the trees and rocks. On the video animal, which was carried out by Norwegian televisers from the board of a helicopter, steep over the island, Adrian is one of the blurred shapes on the stop frame. He looks like one of his friends begging Breivik to keep his life.

Again began shooting - people rolled on me, like milk, fell into the water .... I heard the killer's breath, his steps: two meters, one meter ... He stood at me. I heard him reloaded a weapon, and realized that everything was over ...

Adrian got a bullet in his shoulder almost emphasis. He hid behind his pile, so that the killer accepted him for the dead - and was able to hold out before the assistance arrived. At 18:26 from Oslo, the police officer "Delta" arrives from Oslo: the fighters of the detachment are divided into two groups of 5 people - one examines the north of the island, the other comes in the southern direction.

Suddenly I heard the cries of unfamiliar people, "recalls Adrian Pacon. - Raised his head, saw the approaching policemen with automata and remembered that the person, the terrorist, was also a policeman. And we all thought: "Oh, Lord! This is his accomplices came to kill us." We rushed in them with stones, cried and shouted. But when these people began to help us handle wounds, we realized that these were real police ...

At 18:33 Anders Breivik surrendered himself - going to the grove on the southern tip of the island, the police saw the man standing in the glade with their heads behind the head, in front of which there was a weapon. For an hour and a half, held on the island, a terrorist managed to kill 69 people.

From that terrible July day Adrian, one thought persecuted relentlessly: why did the terrorist retain his life? On April 23, he received an answer to this question. On this day, the grinning Breivik said that he would shoot him again in the inhabitants of the youth camp of Social Democrats, even knowing that almost half of his victims were adolescents under 18 years of age. But Adrian Prapon, he changed his mind to kill ... because of the appearance. "There were people who were more like others on the" left ", but unlike the rest, this guy looked like a" ultra-right ". When I looked at him, I saw myself in it - and did not shoot him," explained assassin.

If the terrorist then knew who he was going to spare, then not thinking the trigger. Ironically, the Norwegian Rasist "Socially close", Adrian Poconst, the Son of Polish immigrants, besides a homosexual, who cannot share the ideology of Breivik filled with hatred and xenophobia. Nevertheless, the killer error retained his life.

And another surviving member of the youth camp, 23-year-old Chtil Bergheim, having learned that a new psychiatric examination was appointed Breivik, says: "I would be glad to find out that you were crazy in us. In my head it does not fit what a healthy person could create .

The tragedy, similar to the one that happened in Norway on July 22, the country did not know since the Second World War, said the Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg during his appeal to the nation on television.

"This bloody and cowardly attack did not shake our democratic foundations," he said. - We are a small nation, but proud. Bombs and bullets will not make us silence. "

By itself. Breivik was later lit up in court, Zigoval and behaved like a film actor after Oscar. And he had dear pdvokata, which then he paid for him. And Breivik sat in a personal prison.

According to the media, the year of detention in such a "personal pansinate" Breivik will cost the taxpayer of Norway in 2 million euros per year. At the same time, Breywick himself believes that everything did it right, that he killed because of self-defense and regretted only that he killed so few teenagers. Breywick was not lucky, because the defense asked to admit him innocent!

PPP sits, he acts. On November 9, 2012, Breivik sent a 27-page letter to employees of the Norwegian execution service, which complained about prison life. Breivika does not like the attitude of prison guard, a rubber handle that rubs his hand with a long use, coercion to shave and brush the teeth under the supervision of the guard and sometimes they bring cold coffee and butter, which, according to him, "it is impossible to smear bread." In general, Breivik called the conditions of detention in the Sadiistic Prison ...

In the photo, the inhuman conditions of its content.

March 15, 2016 A court session was held on the consideration of the case on the conditions of its content in prison. On April 20, 2016, the court in Oslo partially satisfied the Breivik lawsuit on the conditions in prison and ruled that the government should compensate all its costs for lawyers - 330,000 kroons (about 40 thousand US dollars).

It turns out that the Norwegians, including the parents of the children killed them, will contain it. Perhaps not even life ...

In the past Friday, an explosion thundered in the center of Oslo, and shards scattered around the street, as a result of which seven people were killed and 15 more were injured. Somewhere 90 minutes later, Anders Bering Breivik, a man accused of manufacture and explosion of the bomb, sat down on the ferry To the small island, where the Labor Party youth camp was located. Transferred in the form of a police braivik called young people and shot on the spot. The chaos continued for more than an hour. By the time the police finally arrived at the island and arrested terrorist, 86 people were killed. Norway's weekend spent in Touréra, and ahead of the country await hard weeks, during which the funeral and investigative hearings will be organized. In this issue, several photos of tragic events in Norway are collected.

This man became the initiator of the double terrorist attack that occurred in 2011 in Norway. The crimes committed were worn unprecedented in nature, therefore a resident of the North European country - Andreas Breivik - overnight became known to the whole world. He is guilty of the death of 77 people on the island of Utina and 8 residents of the capital during an explosion in Oslo. The public has absolutely reasonably considered that his atrocities are terrible and inhuman. However, the criminal himself convinces everyone that he wanted to save the country from Islamists who flooded Europe. One way or another, but for the radical methods of combating migrants Andreas Breivik got a harsh punishment, namely: 21 years of isolation from society. And it is possible that this period may be changed to life. What pushed the Norwegian to go to such a non-standard solution to the problem of resettlement of Islamists to countries with a foreign culture for them? What is the basis of his behavior? Consider this question more.

Biographical reference

However, a few months later, on the initiative of the judiciary, a re-study of the mental state of the suspect was conducted, as a result of which the conclusion was made: Andreas Breivik was not crazy. The psychiatrist Friedrich Malt, who was attracted to participation in the criminal process, stressed that a terrorist has some mental disorders, but there is no talk about schizophrenia.

In April 2012, a hearing was held on the fact of the commission of terrorist acts in Norway. The verdict was harsh: Breivik is guilty and must be held in a strict regime in prison for 21 years.

Conditions of isolation

For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that the conditions of detention in the "Norwegian Arrow" prison are very gentle, despite the severity of crimes committed. He lives in a fairly spacious chamber (31 square meters. M), which includes a bedroom, gym, a room with a TV. Breivik cannot communicate with other criminals, only with prison staff, and even once a week and no more than an hour.

Such conditions of isolation from the Society terrorist seemed inhuman, and he turned to the lawsuit in which he demanded that it stopped feeding semi-finished products and serve cooled coffee. In addition, it was not satisfied with the outdated model of the game console. But the most important complaint was that he was not allowed to communicate with friends.

The court partially recognized the claims of the Norwegian radical.

Conclusion

Of course, many would like to know if Anders Breivik will be released before the deadline. The opinion of lawyers on this issue is definitely: it can only happen if the court considers that the "Norwegian shooter" ceased to be a threat to society. It is possible that the criminal will run in the chamber until the end of his days.

Most of the Society continues to believe that Breivik did not know what was worked when the people shot. However, it arises quite a logical question: "Why is a mentally unhealthy person so many imputed supporters?" Unfortunately, the story knows a lot of cases when people who have mental illness are glorified for the whole world thanks to unprecedented and radical actions. The situation is complicated by the fact that they appear followers who also want to challenge society.

The only organizer and performer of this nightmare was 32-year-old Norwegian Anders Bering Braivik, the leaving from a prosperous and secured family who has not caused no suspicion from the Norwegian authorities to the Norwegian authorities. In any case, the Norwegian police after the incident said that Breivik did not in radical groups under the supervision of the authorities.

The name of Anders Breivika has practically become nominative, as in his time the name of the maniac Andrei Chikatilo. From now on, single killers in different countries of the world began to refer to "Breiviki", adding the name of the place where the next tragedy occurred.

Showing political activity in his youth, Breivik evolved from an ordinary supporter of traditional right-wing parties to the extreme radical, calling for armed struggle against Marxists, Muslims, migrants, homosexuals and other groups, which, in his opinion, destroy traditional Europe.

The ideological substantiation of Breivik's actions was his more than 1500-page manifesto "2083: Declaration of Independent Europe". According to Breivik, it was by 2083, when 400 years from the day of the Vienna battle, who stopped the penetration of Muslims to Europe, "The Third Wave of Jihad will be thrown away, and Culturmäxist hegemony will crush in the ruins."

The first step towards this Anders Breivik was intended to commit personally.

"I finished…"

This time was spent on the purchase of weapons, as well as to create a homemade explosive device of high power. The future terrorist visited about 20 countries to buy weapons illegally, but in the end it turned out to be more difficult than arming on legal grounds - in the end, Breivik had legally acquired a self-loading carbine and a gun in Norway. To acquire the components of the explosive device, the terrorist registered a firm for the cultivation of vegetables, which allowed him to legally buy fertilizers who became components of the bomb.

On the eve of the explosion, Breivik ordered an elite prostitute to "remove stress" on the house, and in the morning of July 22, he visited the church, praying for the success of the enterprise.

July 22 at 15:25 Breivika, stupid by 500 kilograms of homemade explosives, flew to the air in the government quarter Oslo, having carried out the lives of eight people. More than 200 people were injured.

So far, the authorities have shuffled the explosion area, trying to understand what happened, Breivik on the ferry moved to the island of Utina, where the youth camp worked for the Socialist Norwegian Workers' Party. In the camp, by the time there were about 650 boys and girls. Reaching the island, Breivik, dressed in a policeman, announced that he arrived from Oslo to carry out security briefing due to just what happened.

There were no fear and suspicions again the arrival, and after some time several dozen people gathered around him. After that, Breivik opened fire on them.

There were no security representatives on the island at that time, so all those present for more than an hour before the arrival of the special forces detachment were in the full power of an armed terrorist. Breivik during this time killed 67 people and wounded more than two people, two more people drowned, trying to escape.

Breivik was not going to fight with special forces. Immediately when police officers appeared, the terrorist folded the weapon, stating: "I finished ..."

21 years old with unlimited extension

When the first shock passed, the question arose in Norway: what, in fact, do with break?

The maximum measure of punishment in the country was that, according to many, for the killer, 77 people are completely insufficient. However, to rewrite the laws "under Breivik" - on August 24, 2012, the court recognized him guilty and sentenced to 21 years imprisonment with a possible extension of the term for another five years, if he was recognized as dangerous for society, the number of long-term extensions is not limited. That is, in fact, the judicial authorities of Norway found a loophole to "close" the terrorist for life.

However, the court turned out not so much the triumph of justice, how much the triumph of Anders Breivika.

He confessed to the murder in court, but refused to consider them a crime. The trial Breivik used to allecently declare his views, and he managed to fully implement this idea.

The prosecutor's office on the court sought recognition of Breivik insanely, while the terrorist himself insisted on what was fully conscious. At the permissibility of the client insisted and lawyer Breivika.

As a strange, at first glance, the behavior of the parties during the process was explained by the nuances of the legislation - if Breivik will be recognized as sane, then he will have a chance to enter freedom, while in the status of a psychically ill, he can be in isolation for life.

But there is another reason that forced the Norwegian authorities desperately seek the recognition of terrorist in the wrong.

The murderer murderer is convenient from a political point of view, its actions do not require analysis and conclusions.

But the sane armed radical who grew up in the most prosperous country is a problem that speaks that there is a serious inner crisis in the Norwegian society.

Is Europe "Breivik 2.0" waiting for Europe?

The fact that the policy of multiculturalism went into a dead end, says not only Breivik, but also quite serious and respectable European politicians.

When the streets of German cities fill the Muslims-coated to the head to the heads, for whom Sharia's norms above the state laws of the country in which they live when young people from Arab countries declare whole areas of the cities of the Islamic Territory, it will inevitably cause rejection and opposition from At least part of the indigenous population.

Effective methods for overcoming this crisis in Europe were not found, and the problem every year is becoming more acute and sharper.

Some believed that the Breivik terrorist attacks would cause a splash of radical sentiment, as the terrorist himself hoped, and their rejection.

And indeed, in the first months, the right parties of Europe, even those who hurried to dismissed from the actions of Breivik, felt a serious outflow of the electorate.

The outflow, however, did not last long. Shock passed, and problems remained. As a result, the influence of right forces in Europe began to grow again. And it is possible that somewhere in Europe is now growing up a new single terrorist, inspired by an example of the "senior comrade".

Europe still remains unarmed both in front of Islamic fundamentalism and in front of the extreme radicalism of "indigenous Europeans".

Torture butter and gym

As before Anders, Breivika, then he would not name "the martyr for the idea." By killing 77 people, the Norwegian terrorist enjoys all the benefits that the state offers prisoners. Moreover, special conditions have been created for the "state criminal number one".

In the prison "Ila" for him, a whole wing was specially converted. At the disposal of a three-room longeon chamber of a single room of 24 meters, consisting of a bedroom, a cabinet and gym. He is allowed walking in the courtyard and correspondence. Nevertheless, almost from the first day in prison, the terrorist requires improved conditions, calling the current "sadist".

Indeed, isn't the sadism when the oil that you bring, smears badly on bread? Isn't the sadism that Breivik wanted to establish? Is not a mockery when the prisoner deprive the possibilities of communicating with like-minded Nazis?

However, Breivik's whims today cares only him, and even the leadership of the prison, to which the terrorist delivers a lot of headaches.

By the third anniversary of the tragedy, the Norwegians carry live flowers to commemorative signs in honor of the victims of the terrorist attacks and convince each other that the Norwegian society has become more coencent.

Activists of the Youth Wing of the Norwegian Workers Party launched in the sky over the island of Utia 69 balloons - by the number of those who died here three years ago. "We want to show Braivik - we do not pass, you did not win. We will continue our business, "the young people said the Norwegian media.

However, the summer camp in which the tragedy occurred is now being held elsewhere. Activists say that perhaps the camp is back in a year - if his organizers have enough moral forces to accept a similar solution.

Last Friday, July 22, 2011 in Norway - one of the most peaceful and prosperous countries of the world, there was a largest since the Second World War, to which she was absolutely not ready.

The Norwegian police reduced the total number of victims of two terrorist attacks from 93 to 76 people. Shot 68 people on the island of Stoya Anders Breivik told the Norwegian investigator, which is ready to spend the rest of life in prison.

Review of the events of the last Friday.

Explosion in the center of Oslo

The explosion from the government buildings in the center of Oslo, where the Office of the Prime Minister is located, thundered on July 22 at 17.22 Moscow time. According to updated data, 8 people died as a result of the explosion. The bomb was broken between, presumably, in the parked car.

In a small, quiet and peaceful Norway, there has never been anything like that. For example, living in Russia, it is difficult to imagine that before that day, almost anyone from the street could be calm and without inspection to go into the office to the main persons of the country. This is evidenced by Russian correspondents, worked in Norway for many years. It was another, incomprehensible to us, the quiet world. Now, perhaps a lot will change, and the level of security in the country will be completely different.

A few hours after the explosion in the center of Oslo, a man in the form of a policeman opened fire on the island near the Norwegian capital in the youth camp of activists of the ruling labor party.

Quiet Norway was completely not ready for such events. This can explain the fact that the police arrived at the place of the tragedy only after a half hours After the shooting message.

Explanations of the Norwegian police about their slow actions: "To get to the island to employees of the nearest branch, where they first learned from the tragedy, prevented the absence of transport." To the question "Where was the police of the island?", In the main office of the police department also did not find an answer.

July 22, 2011, while the police traveled to the island of Utina, according to the latest data, Anders Breivik, constantly changing the closet, for 1.5 hours shot 68 people. The Norwegian police simply turned out to be not ready for a single terrorist.

Day of Remembrance

Yesterday, July 25, 2011 in Norway to the streets of the largest cities there were hundreds of thousands of people. Many have carried torches in memory of those killed. The main mourning events unfolded in Oslo. At least 100 thousand people came to the streets of the city.

On Saturday, Anders Breivik was charged with terrorism. The maximum punishment that he threatens under the laws of Norway is 21 years of imprisonment. The trial over it passes in a closed mode. It should also be said that according to our standards, prisons in Norway are like a good sanatorium.

The very same terrorist in the first meeting of the court said that his goal was "not to kill as many people as possible, and to file a clear signal about problems in the country" for others, in particular, one of its motives was the "Islamic colonization of Europe". The next 8 weeks, as long as the preliminary investigation continues, Breivik will spend in one of the Norwegian prisons. All contacts with the outside world, including reading newspapers, TV, radio and dates with anyone, he is prohibited. (Photo JON-ARE BERG-JACOBSEN | AP):

The father of Norwegian Anders Breivika, accused of committing acts of terror in Oslo and on the island of Utia, said that he would be better if his son committed suicide. Jens Breivik, living in a small French village, said this in an interview with the Norwegian TV2 TV channel. The retired diplomat admitted that it still cannot believe in what happened and never intends to communicate with her son.

I flew to Oslo on Sunday, July 24th. A minute of silence announced exactly at noon, caught me on passport control. For a minute, all the movement froze, people stopped, then everything worked again in the usual mode.

On Monday, torch marchs were planned throughout the country to honor the memory of the dead. Since in Oslo, such a procession promised to be especially numerous, the torches were replaced by flowers. (Photo of Rustem Adagamova):

To six o'clock, each passerby in the center of Oslo was in the hands of flowers, and it seems that the whole city was going on the square near the city hall. There were a lot of people, but there was no hint of panic, mess, aggression. People came with children (and in the usual Norwegian family of their three), dogs, they went to the square in large friendly companies. On the square they set a small scene, raised powerful sound speakers on the cranes up, installed a giant video screen. (Photo of Rustem Adagamova):

I got to the scene, called the policeman and showed him his press card. Without any, however, hopes that they will be allowed in a fallen space. Surprisingly, looking at the card and looked at me with a look from the legs to the head, the policeman nodded: - Come in, you can.

It was completely striking, of course, because the arrival of members of the royal family, the Prime Minister, famous politicians was expected here. In the next two hours, I completely walked here, I was at a distance of an elongated hand from the premiere of Stoltenberg and the Crown-Prince - I never wanted me, did not stop, did not check the contents of my pockets and bags.

An hour after the end of the working day, more than 150,000 people gathered on the square - the boundless human sea was flooded and the area at the city hall, and all the nearby streets, almost the entire center of Oslo, July 25, 2011. (Photo of Rustem Adagamova):

From the royal family to the square came the Kron-Prince Hokon and Kronz-Princess Mette-Marit along with the Princess Martha-Louise. I arrived and "Mom of all Norwegians", the former Prime Minister Gru Harlebr Brutlan, who almost became a victim of a terrorist - she left the island shortly before Breivik appeared there, July 25, 2011. The same meetings of people were held throughout the country. Yesterday I was able to see once again what a stunning people live in Norway.

I am asked if Norway will change after the terrorist attack? All who came out yesterday on the square and the streets of the country want it to remain the same, and, I am sure that it will be, July 25, 2011. (Photo of Rustem Adagamova):
