Pyatigorsk helicopter airline "Simargl" continues to prepare for flights by air. In March, the carrier was bought by structures associated with businessman Dmitry Chertok. From the information posted on it, it follows that the carrier plans to operate under the brand name N8 Airlines. The domain n8.aero was registered by Aviaglobus LLC, it follows from the data of Ru-Center. The Aviaglobus company previously published the magazine of the same name, and after its closure it focused on the development of the online project of the same name. On its website it is stated that the founder of the magazine is the Rosaero company. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Rosaero is equally controlled by Service Line and Proektinvest.
N8 Airlines vacancies are posted on the recruiting site. Among other things, the carrier is looking for pilots on aircraft of the Embraer ERJ145 type. From the announcement it follows that the aircraft will be based at the Sochi airport. It also states that in addition to ERJ145, N8 Airlines will focus on Boeing 737-800.
At the conference "Aviation financing and leasing in Russia and the CIS", held on April 26 in Moscow, the site became aware that the N8 Airlines project is headed by Alexander Boyko (introduced himself as the first deputy general director of the Simargl airline; previously worked, in particular, in Krasnoyarsk Airlines ).
