In Golden Sands for the second time, a great resort, a lot of entertainment, restaurants, many beaches. But this hotel spoiled the rest .. At the reception, the guys are uncommunicative, they practically do not understand Russian, when questions arise, they pretend that they do not understand what they want from them. Before traveling tothe tour guide ordered an early breakfast for us (a package with buffers and fruits to take away), but the girl at the reception sent my friend to a restaurant, like ask there (although they cook after a call from the reception), and to my questions about breakfast she frankly "made a fool "and said that breakfast starts at 9.00. No matter how early you arrive, they will not be accommodated before 14.00. The rooms are dirty, the bed is stained, very unpleasant. The towels also leave a lot to be desired. There is one glass wall in the shower, there is no curtain, the water was always half bath, it stood in puddles, the maid did not clean the bath. The floor was vacuumed and wiped with a wet cloth. There was no other cleaning. Bed and towels were changed only once. When asked the maid to change towels, she said that it was only supposed to be done on a certain date (mid-rest). Food is a separate topic and, probably, the main disadvantage. The food is monotonous, insipid. V the last days we came and couldn't even bring ourselves to eat. Of the meat, only chicken was edible. Powdered puree. Instead of butter, just margarine. There was only one delicious lasagna. The drinks were also like yupi. The husband had an upset stomach for several days from this meal. The dishes were badly washed, the plates were greasy. Of the desserts, there were only ordinary cookies, and then if you have time to take some tastier at the beginning of dinner. The only fruit was watermelon, peaches, plums. They never swam in the pool, went only to the sea, but visually it was not very clean. Wi-Fi is just awful. in the rooms could turn on for just a couple of minutes. Only worked well near the reception. In the lobby bar I caught every other time and if there were a lot of people, it was not possible to connect. They mostly called up and wrote off their relatives only in the evening, when they went to some restaurants and establishments. The guys serving in the restaurant are all young, most likely students, they understood Russian well, were friendly and sociable. The only plus is close to the sea, restaurants, shops. But it's harder to go back, the hotel is on a mountain. The first time was in Golden Sands at the Malina 2 * hotel and I liked it much more (although the star rating is lower). Therefore, I WILL NOT ADVISE this hotel to anyone, the stardom does not correspond. The pictures correspond to what people post in their reviews.…
Hard beds and uncomfortable pillows. The first 3 nights it was impossible to sleep at all, then I got used to it. Wild queues for lunch and dinner. We were lucky most of the vacation, the hotel was not crowded, but one day everything changed. At dinner we saw a queue of 15 people for a hot one! And this is not an exaggeration. Moreover, TV can defend this wild line, and there the food will run out, and they update it far away at once. Therefore, I had to come to the very beginning and fly straight to the food. Therefore, we were lucky that this was happening for the last 2-3 days of vacation, otherwise the impressions of the hotel would have been completely different.
For three-star hotel everything is alright. Nutrition. We had everything inclusive, plus all the drinks from the bar, and for lunch and dinner it was wine, beer, rakiya. Not bad for the money, isn't it? Yes, as for me, the wine was diluted, or rather enough ice was constantly added to it, but even so it was delicious. The food itself was quite varied, delicious home-style. There were 4 types of hot to choose from, plus tons of salads, different zucchini and eggplant dishes that were just divine. The breakfasts were monotonous, but, probably, there was no strong choice, eggs, scrambled eggs, etc., sausages, sausages, porridge, muesli, milk. In general, the food was very surprising in a good way. Number. We had an apartment for 2 adults and a child. Large enough room with a balcony, mini kitchen. The shower room and the entire bathroom were clean, they were constantly cleaned, nothing leaked. Every day we vacuumed the room, changed the towels. Somewhere on the 4th day of stay, they even changed the bed linen. As a plus, there is a small dryer for things on the balcony, it's a pity there were no clothespins. There were no complaints about the cleanliness and principle of the number. Territory. There is a medium-sized swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun beds, you can always find a free one. There is also a small bar by the pool with beer, various drinks and snacks. Everything is already included in the price. There is a small shop right in the hotel, and after comparing the prices on the coast and here, we were pleasantly surprised that this shop is cheaper. There is also a small playground and a ping pong table. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception, it catches normally, but if there are a lot of people, then there can be no question of uploading photos and stoves. You can buy for 12 hours or for 1 day Wi-Fi in the room for 6 levs, it seems, but honestly, in the room he also did not catch well everywhere, so unless you need to work, then you should not buy. Location. Yes, it's not close to the sea. The normal step is 10 minutes down the steps.

I rested in Varna, Golden Sands, in September and I miss it, I want to return to the hotel. But alas, the season ends on September 15th and the hotel is closed. The restaurant, bar, pool will not work. Apartments on the 7th floor of the main building will remain only for living.
I was looking for a hotel in Bulgaria according to the criteria: low price, all inclusive food and convenience to get there by public transport from the airport. I was worried about the conditions put forward by the hotel - a deposit for accommodation in the amount of 50% is withdrawn immediately and the cost is not refundable. I took a chance and made the right decision. True, I was upset by many negative reviews, but there was no turning back.
She flew from Moscow with S7 on August 29. The ticket cost 5212 rubles. The plane is small, with 150 seats, but 20% of the seats were free, so I settled down comfortably on three seats. Considering sleepless night, and the departure was at 6 in the morning, I slept well. Flight time 2:20. Our flight was the only one at the time of arrival, therefore passport control and baggage claim was completed in 20 minutes. Then I changed 2 euros to local currency so that there was enough for a ticket on the bus. Do not change large amounts - the course is extortionate, it is better to buy leva in Varna itself.
Leaving the arrivals hall, walk 50 meters to the right and you will see a bus stop. Bus 409 will take you directly to your hotel. Just specify that it goes to Golden Sands. The ticket price is 2.1 lev. In order not to be mistaken with the fare, connect Wi-Fi in the arrivals hall, it works great. Go to the website of the schedule of the bus 409 Varna and find out the cost, it is different. Depends on the season and the distance of the trip. By the way, a ticket from the hotel to the airport costs 3 levs. Drive to the hotel for about 50 - 60 minutes. You need to get off at the first stop in Golden Sands. Walk 10 meters and here it is, the hotel.
At the reception they were waiting for us, since a specific number 41 was ordered. They offered us to have lunch first, which we did. Upset only that the accommodation was offered to pay immediately. It was more profitable to pay in euros, but only levs are accepted for payment, and the exchange rate at the hotel is low. They did not look for an exchanger, this is a resort, the rate is the same everywhere, and they did not plan to go to Varna yet. We paid with a card. Master cards are more profitable because the conversion is carried out in euros. And the visa - for dollars, turned out to be more expensive.
Now about the hotel. It consists of 3 buildings with 7 floors. Rooms are apartments and studios. I lived in building D on the 1st floor, in an apartment, corner number 41. I ordered it in advance, because it catches Wi-Fi (42-43 is possible, about the rest - I'm not sure). And so Wi-Fi only in the lobby, by the pool and in the restaurant is free.
The room has two large rooms overlooking the pool. My friend and I lived each in our own. The bedroom had a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror. Exit to the balcony, where there was a table, 2 chairs, clothes dryer. The living room has 3 windows, air conditioning, a large corner sofa, which I divided into a sofa and an ottoman, a TV cabinet, a mini kitchen (it was not useful to us). The bathroom has a bathtub, curtain. Toiletries were replenished every day. Towels 2 pieces per person, changed every day.
The floor in the room is tiled. It's nice to walk barefoot in hot weather. The room was cleaned every day. Very thorough, with wet cleaning. The room has a safe, but it is paid. No hair dryer, take your own. The refrigerator is in working order. They didn't use the kitchen, so they didn't ask for dishes. The room key was mostly handed over to the reception. There were 2 unpleasant incidents. In our absence, someone rummaged in my locked suitcase. The things were not in the order I left them, but nothing was missing. We thought about the maid. They told the administrator, this did not happen again. Digital technology was left quietly. Money - with you. Yes, there were few of them, mostly maps. Only on the last evening an emergency happened, when the suitcases were already packed and we went on a farewell walk. They took the key with them. The TV and lights were left on in the room to create the appearance of presence. And when they returned, the door was open. But again nothing was lost - we have money, documents with us. There are no maids at this time in the hotel. They told the administrator. My opinion is that someone has come up with the keys to the number, but he did not succeed in committing villainy. We apologize to the maids for thinking of them. If the administration reads my review, let them pay attention to this fact. A wish for vacationers - be vigilant.
Now about nutrition. It is something. It was so tasty, varied and without limits. For breakfast - 2 types of cereals, dry balls and cereals, scrambled eggs in different types, boiled sausage with and without fat, dried, semi-smoked - fried and regular, sausages and fried sausages... Khachapuri. Kura. Greens, pumpkin. Cheese and feta cheese. Cottage cheese. Sour cream is delicious. Cakes, meringues, cookies, croissants. Jam, honey. Fruits: grapes, apples, watermelons, melon, plum, orange, banana, grapefruit - it was all day long without limit.
Lunch - 2 types of soup, meat soup - chicken, nuggets, meatballs or steak, meat and potatoes, all sorts of salads 4-6 types, pizza. Fish, fried or in batter. Meat dishes of 4 types are required. Ice cream.
Dinner - peppers, zucchini, fried eggplants - stewed, shashlik, fried meat, goulash, roast. Salads, side dishes, herbs. The pastries are awesome. True, in recent days, due to the closure of the hotel, baked goods have become more procurement, and not of their own production.
The hotel is located on the very top line. You have to go down to the beach. The road to the beach took 12 minutes. Hydrogen sulfide baths - 20 minutes. Back - a little longer - to climb the mountain. But with an all-inclusive power supply, such a load is simply necessary. On the day, they made 4 compulsory descents and 4 ascents. In the evening we went to the Promenade, there is lively, noisy and fun, a lot of entertainment and attractions. It was not boring.
There is a park with rare trees next to the hotel, but it is somewhat unkempt, and the signs there indicate the wrong direction. But if you wish, you can walk to the Aladzha monastery.
The Golden Sands resort can be easily walked around on foot, take a closer look at the hotels. I did not find any special sights. This is the place to enjoy the sea and the sun. The beach is sandy. Umbrella and sunbed are paid. If on a towel, then from the sea about 50 meters, beyond the line marked by a stretched rope. The paid area was mostly empty, there were few people who wanted to buy sun loungers. The employees drove even those who just sat down to rest and drove them out into the heat from under the umbrellas, if it was not paid. They felt sorry for the shadow. But you don't pay attention to it.
From excursions: we went to Nessebar for an excursion. We went to Varna on our own, but it was not comfortable in the heat.
On the day of departure, we left the hotel before breakfast, there they prepared dry rations for us, and tea was in the bar. So we left well fed. Time was allocated for the bus with a margin and it was right. In the direction of the airport, od makes a decent circle and instead of 40 minutes we got 1.5 hours. Registration was online, but I still had to wait in line. The flight to Peter went without incident. Plan to fly on your own to Varna, Golden Sands. The hotel is also highly recommended.

Vacationing with my family in July. We are not picky about service and food, but like everyone else, we have preferences. Everything was arranged here, starting with communication with the staff, ending with the areas adjacent to the hotel.
The girls at the reception are very friendly and hospitable, they will always explain and show you. The bartender is generally a miracle! Our children were crazy about him - he entertained them with anecdotes and sometimes treated them to cola.
The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need for family vacation.
There is billiards in the lobby, in the evenings there is something to do for men.
The food is decent, never went hungry. The main thing is that the child is not picky. And in the evening in a nearby supermarket they bought inexpensive and quite decent wine and famous brandy of all sorts, fruits and sweets. We collected a bunch of mini-bottles for friends as a gift. Everyone was happy.
Outside the territory, a lot of entertainment. Every evening, and even during the day, we sometimes walked along the coast. We went to Varna, but there is nothing special to do there.
The hotel has plenty of space for children. If not at sea, then in the pool. So they rushed back and forth all day. The sea is two minutes from the hotel. True, the beach is small, there are not enough sun loungers, it is dirty, but we did not lie there. We swim to the hotel, sunbathe by the pool.
The only unpleasant impression left from the exchange office outside the hotel. We were not warned about the scammers, but we are to blame. There is one rate on the billboard at the exchanger, and the real one is hidden behind the door inside. When the operation is completed, nothing will be returned to you, no matter how indignant you are, the police will not help. They warmed us up for 1200 rubles. Then we warned everyone and no one else went there. Changed at the hotel. But this is the only nuisance and does not apply to the hotel.

Just got back from on their own organized tour... We are very satisfied with the rest and the hotel. We chose the hotel for a long time. Paradise Greenpark was negative reviews, but somehow we liked it and we did not lose.
Studio room with two rooms. Was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, bed linen after 3 days. The linen is good and clean. Shampoos were also available every day. There is a double bed in the room, in the second room there is a corner sofa, also versed in 2 sleeping place... TV with some Russian channels, but hardly watched. The room has a free refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, air conditioner.
We had a balcony overlooking the pool, and apparently the noise of constantly pouring water in the pool had a calming effect. I never swam in the pool, went to the sea.
To the sea, if you walk 15 minutes along the broken steps and go out to the Admiral Hotel. Then we found another road, more attractive: along the road a little down to the sea to the Casino Havana Club hotel, and there you go to good road, you go down almost to the Riviera past the stalls and various entertainments. A lot has already been written about the beach in previous reviews, they did not use sun loungers, they rested with a rope on the sand.
I liked the food very much, it was always hot, fresh and varied. Very tasty cakes, a lot of fruits (all seasonal were in abundance).
The hotel staff are friendly, many speak Russian. Thanks to the hotel staff for good vacation.
Although the resort itself is a bit run down, it is very good impressions left over from the trip.
We went on an excursion to Nessebar, but it was very hot, so we didn't go anywhere else. Recommend!

I work in travel company and saw a lot. I rested in many countries of the world in hotels ranging from 2 * to De luxe and Luxury. I had a situation: my husband had a birthday, I wanted to surprise him, time was limited and the budget too. As a result, I chose this hotel based on reviews. Yes, by the way, I have never been to Bulgaria and treated them with disdain.
Arrived at this hotel late at night, we were quickly checked in. They were given dry rations: a bottle of water, 2 croissants, a pear, an apple.
Number: we had a studio. I was shocked by the size))) A huge living room with an unequipped kitchenette, but with a refrigerator and a bedroom. I was very pleased that the bathroom had normal plumbing and a good large shower.
The food is absolutely normal. I can't say that it was very diverse, but there was enough of everything. After all, this is not a 5 * hotel on the ocean and you are not paying fabulous money. It always surprises me when I see or hear reviews that there was nothing to eat in the restaurant. Guys, what do you eat breakfast at home? Do you also have 5 plates of food for your lunch? So do not overlap, be moderate and the food will not bore you so quickly.
The service was ok too. A light bulb in the bathroom burned out, went down to the reception, and said that it was replaced immediately.
Road to the center and to the beach: the hotel is located 600 m from the sea. There is a closer road to the sea, but you have to go down the steps (135). It is also not catastrophic, but it will be extremely uncomfortable with children and with strollers, so just go down the road to the beach.
The beach is great. You can rent a chaise longue with an umbrella (6 lev chaise longue + 6 leva umbrella - 7 euro) or lie on your own towel.

The hotel is good budget. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every day.
The food is varied: vegetables, fruits, pork, chicken, cutlets, sausages, etc. Fish: baked mackerel and some kind of fried breaded. Soup is served at lunchtime and in the evening, we always took it. Ice cream every day for lunch and dinner. Be careful with salads and vegetables (a couple of times sour came across). There are not enough sweets. A couple of times there were eclairs, rolls. So basically, the cookies are dry and the waffles are slightly smeared with something (from wafer cakes for cakes). Alcoholic drinks are served from 10 to 21:30. We arrived at the hotel at 22:30, everything is closed, no drinks. We were given dry rations: a bottle of water, 2 croissants, 2 rolls and 2 apples each. We looked sadly and went to the beach to eat pizza.
The sea is cool, the beach is sandy. There is a free shower on the beach! There is a toilet, but paid - 1 lev. To walk far to the sea, if you can walk without children, it is still possible, but it's hard for a child, ours always asked for pens (4 years old). The hotel itself is quiet, calm, there is no animation. There is not a large playground for children and a children's pool.
Money was changed at the hotel, as well as at the Grand Mall in Varna (more profitable). To Varna by taxi 20 lev.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, the hotel was not very impressed, but there are no particular complaints - mediocre.
