We chose the Ivolga Valley cottage hotel - the cottage is very cozy, where the fireplace is the main attribute that brought everyone together. -The hotel itself is in need of repair in the cottages, many minor faults. -Beds are comfortable, linens are clean -Food is bad !! like in a bad canteen. I had to buy meat vegetables and make kebabs every day. -New Year's Eve banquet was organized very well! The great presenter made everyone dance and laugh and have fun. Didn't notice how time passed. The junior suite is spacious, neat, the temperature in the room was 24 degrees during the day and in the evening, at night it was only cool because the floor was blowing cold, they took a heater so that the child would not be cold, they also pushed the baby's crib close to ours, because in height, it is just at the level where it is cold. I liked our hostess Marina: we were met at the reception, taken to the room, answered questions about the rest, and in general were not intrusive. If you go to this sanatorium, then with a large company in a cottage or a room with a kitchen with your own products (just in case, because the sanatorium provides a buffet, but if you are late for it, you may not have breakfast, or rather have breakfast (to have lunch or dinner) with a delay, we were lucky in this regard, we arrived early and took our seats and the food was available), we really liked the waitress girl (with the child they came early, it was not served yet, she brought breakfast, and on other days when you contact her, there is always a kind smile and help in resolving issues))) the rest of the restaurant staff are also very positive. Thank them for that. The organizers did a good job that they invited the animators for 3 days. they very well organized leisure activities for vacationers (from myself, I can notice even more and more varied), but I will probably stand up because vacationers did not come to events much, there were more of those with children. Rest from 1 to 4 May 2014, two adults and a child, I liked the rest in general, comfortable houses, a spacious junior suite, a large territory. The big trouble was that the room was 14 degrees Celsius, very cold, I had to sleep under two blankets. Taking into account the fact that it got colder on the street on May 2, it was problematic to keep warm. as a result, the child has caught a cold. May 2 came for breakfast, there was a long line, it turns out there was no porridge, no boiled eggs, or any other thing for breakfast. We waited half an hour, although the cost of services is rather big. However, this was the only incident regarding food, by lunchtime they had already corrected themselves, everything was tasty and in sufficient quantities. The room warmed up to 18 degrees by May 3, despite the fact that I immediately asked to increase the heating on the 1st. The area is very beautiful and well appointed.

We had a rest on Christmas from 05.01-08.01.14. The impression is not very good. Most of all the complaints are about the European standard number, which is located in the 9th building. The building is not fully completed, the hallway smells very much of renovation. The rooms seem to be nothing, but everything is done somehow: the entrance lock is broken - they waited for the carpenter for a day, the shower is leaking. The room does not have a refrigerator, a minimum set of dishes - at least glasses, no hair dryer, trash can, brush in the toilet. The extra bed is a small folding bed in the aisle of the room. The room was not cleaned even once. The buffet was monotonous - the same every day. And the constant struggle for a place in the dining room. And if you order something in a restaurant, you can sit for an hour and wait for nothing. Bad luck with winter, so there was no ice rink. It was suggested to ride on the Volga - but it's difficult to call it a skating rink. There was good entertainment for children and adults - they liked it.
