The most successful in terms of location, I considered clean ponds: not far from the sea and the Olympic Park nearby, it was because of his visit that a trip to Adler was planned. I booked a room through a travel agency, there were favorable conditions: a room on the official website cost 2500 rubles, and through the agency it was 1800. In total, I paid 10,500 rubles for 5 days.
After reading the reviews about the hotel in advance, I learned that no one would check in our room before 2 pm, so we planned our arrival time so as to arrive at the hotel by the time of check-in. Upon arrival, there was a decent line at the reception, but they settled quickly. We got a room on the second floor in building 14.

The room is quite spacious, corner, without a balcony, which upset me very much, since it is still more convenient with a child when there is a place where you can dry things.
The room has an empty minibar, aka refrigerator, inside of which there was a decent build-up of ice. In general, the first impressions of the room are positive, but then, when you start looking closely at the details, it seems that the hotel lacks supervision. Scratches on the walls, not a thawed fridge, poorly cleaned tiles in the toilet are like trifles, but they don't seem to be.

The room was cleaned according to a strange principle. In five days, our linen was changed once and vacuumed once. It seemed very strange that the towels were not changed even once. The trash was taken out daily. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were reported a couple of times. You have to be more careful with the shower gel - I started allergic to it: my whole body turned red.
Hotel infrastructure
In the 1st building there is a canteen "Old Sochi", in 14 there is a pharmacy and car rental, in 16 there is a sushi and a hairdresser, in 18 a grocery store. There are two large playgrounds on the territory.
At the entrance, a guest card is issued, in which your data is written: building number, rooms, period of residence. After 23:00, the entrance to the territory is strictly according to these cards. During the day, documents are not checked at the checkpoint, and anyone can enter the territory.

In the velvet seasons, buffet-style meals are organized, you can take "all-inclusive": breakfast, lunch, dinner, or separately, what you need. Breakfast - 550 rubles per person, lunch and dinner are more expensive. Our food was not included in the price of the voucher, and we ate in the nearby canteens - "Sea Coast", "Yuzhnaya", when we walked to the state farm Russia ate in the canteen "Berezhok". For the price for two, breakfast came out: 200-250, lunch 350-400 and dinner a little more expensive. The food is delicious, homemade. Once ate on the territory of the hotel in the canteen "Old Sochi" is also delicious, but the choice of food seemed to me more modest compared to the canteens on the coast.
Beach
The beach is very coarse. Before that, we rested for five days in Sochi, and I thought the beach was a nightmare, no, in Adler the situation is much worse. If you go out through checkpoint No. 2 and go to the sea you will get to the beach of Velvet Seasons, and through checkpoint No. 1 to the beach from another hotel, the entry into the sea is steep, it quickly becomes deep. Sun loungers and umbrellas on all beaches are paid. It surprised me a little, okay, our hotel rooms were relatively inexpensive, but in the Sochi Park hotel located not far from us, the rooms cost twice as much and on the beach they had the same sign as on ours about the free beach and paid services ... On the beach of the Velvet Seasons, animation is held, something like a children's exercise, but it is more likely that a six-year-old child is no longer interested in it.

The hotel has become impoverished and has risen in price by 20 percent. Perhaps there are a couple of advantages - it is closeness to the sea, a closed area, a shop on it, and perhaps that's all. Think before choosing it. The hotel is not more than three out of five points. Excellent location of the hotel, a lot of free space for walking and relaxation, well-groomed territory (and this is not only in the hotel but also outside it), private beaches (clean, equipped and free space is enough, but the pebbles are large, it is not convenient without special shoes, buy it can be here, the issue price is 200-300 rubles), always free parking pockets, guarded territory, delicious, almost homemade food! We chose the Chistye Prudy quarter for recreation because of its proximity to the sea and the Olympic Park. Bicycle, electric, gyro equipment for rent here. And this hotel is positioning itself as a THREE STAR !! .. at least there is water and electricity :)

On the territory of Chistye Prudy, they bought 5 liters of water in a shop - 46 rubles. We lived in building 1, the sea is very close. Everything in the room is pure white linen and towels. We changed everything three times in 10 days. Cleaning every day. The Olympic Park is within walking distance. You can walk along the beautiful and clean embankment not only during the day but also in the evening. Even my mother, who is 72 years old and has very sore legs, was able to do it. If it is very hard to walk, there are 125 bus stops you can take 3 stops for 10 rubles to Sochi Amusement Park and the Olympic Park. All 10 days did not strain at all for any reason. We are very happy with everything if there is an opportunity, we will definitely come again.

The room was poorly cleaned, the air conditioner was broken, I will find an empty tin can under the bed (after the previous tenants), there is no bar in the room, although it should have been. There are no coolers with water in the buildings, I had to go to the reception with bottles, but it wasn't always there either, as it runs out quickly. On the territory of the store, the water in the store is very expensive, and the store is only one and very small. And the prices are as if we lived on Rublyovka. Now for the most important thing, never take food packages !!! It's a quiet horror. Firstly, all monotonous is one, every day, there is no choice. And you can't even eat what you have. Pasta is always cold, not salted, potatoes were almost always undercooked, sausages and wieners are a separate topic altogether. Where did they buy it at all ?! The city hotel itself is very large, but the rooms were not empty. They settled us quickly (arrived closer to 8 pm) and immediately went to dinner (they took 2 meals a day). For dinner, several types of meat-cutlets, kebab, liver, chicken fillet. For garnish - pasta, village-style potatoes, French fries, stewed vegetables, several types of cereals, always fresh vegetables, salads (Caesar, vegetable, Olivier, crab). For dessert, small biscuits and fruits (bananas, apples, chopped oranges). juices were all poured out of packs (no yuppies). We always came towards the end or the middle of dinner, there were not so many people, but there was always enough food. On the contrary, you need to come to breakfast early, because the people are like the sea. The rooms were standard, quite ordinary clean tidy rooms with no frills with large windows and a bathroom, comfortable beds, a thin TV, a wardrobe. The audibility in the rooms is very strong, we heard everyone passing through the corridor at night. To the sea literally 50 meters walk and on the beach. There is a bus stop near the hotel - you can go to Adler (railway, airport) to Krasnaya Polyana, to Sochi .. anywhere. we mostly spent time outside the territory, went on excursions a lot, walked, so we were not bored.
