This airline flew on 10/31/18 from Moscow to Phuket and 11/15/18 from Phuket to Moscow. Virtually no complaints. There was enough space between the chairs even for our son (height 185cm). But there are claims to the airline itself: lost luggage, found it on 09/30/2018, 10/10/2018 should have been delivered to our home, as we were promised by phone, after waiting all day, we started calling Vnukovo again, to which we were told that the luggage handed over to the airline. As for the food, in general, a complete trash of pasta and sausages for children, the menu does not change along the way. Conclusion, I will not fly with this airline again.
