If you are not alien to the beautiful, then you should take a small camera with you or be content with a phone with a good camera. To recharge your gadgets, it will not be superfluous to get a portable battery in advance, for example, to purchase a “Power Bank”.

13. How to set up camp correctly?


Start setting up the camp before dark, preferably not in an open area. An ideal option would be the edge of a forest or a river bank. Before setting up your tents, determine the direction of the wind, and also decide where your fire will be located. Remember that for your own safety it will be better if the tents are located at a distance of 30-40 meters from the fire.

Based on considerations of the skills and practical experience of your companions, distribute work responsibilities: someone will collect firewood and start a fire, another will cook food, and the rest will set up camp.

14. How to behave in nature?


Always stick together, and do not stray from the intended route in search of adventure or a shorter route. Do not leave trash behind - it is better to burn most of it, and bring the remains to the nearest settlement.

In case of a sharp deterioration in health, do not be heroic. It is better to skip continuing the hike and consider medical options.
