As for the check-in, everything went without question, quickly and clearly (after 20 minutes we already went up to the room). The things were lifted by a porter. We were accommodated in a new building in a room overlooking the pool (they said that we were very lucky, since such rooms are usually occupied). The room is fresh, two new beds, an LCD TV, well furnished, although the furniture is far from new, the shower is clean, even a hair cap. The minibar is, in principle, not bad: cola, fanta, juice stood, but we used it. I also didn't like the absence of a kettle, but this is for tea lovers like us. I will not write about the fact that in 4 stars everything is much easier, and everything is clear.
I didn't like the food very much, because from a small amount of products, especially meat (as far as I understood from meat there were only beef and chicken), they are trying to come up with some kind of variety and this is immediately obvious. Despite this, there are no complaints about the taste. For exotic lovers, there are local dishes. There were very few fruits, but in principle everything suited us. The first time I encountered the fact that there was not enough space for dinner, I had to wait ...
A couple of times went out into the city and ate at McDonald's (it is located not far from the hotel). There is a fish market in a 20-minute walk from the hotel, we were cut right there and prepared the fish that we ourselves chose, very tasty and fun. Anyway, I liked the location of the hotel in the city strip, there is where to walk (if you can of course fend off local sellers).
The only thing that was bought from the locals is a tour (here, as I understood, everyone does this, according to the realization that the hotel is much more expensive). We went to Luxor. The place is beautiful and distracts a little from the usual landscapes, I highly recommend getting there to everyone who has not been, amazing photos are obtained there and went to the banana plantation. And they ate plenty of fruit - everything was of the highest quality. We were offered two more trips to the paradise island, but we chose the island of utopia - super! I really liked the ride on a yacht, swam from the island into the sea, there is such a beautiful white sand, fine, just wonderful, I recommend it, and all the trips cost us very cheap, at the hotel we found out it was twice as expensive.
The hotel area is quite large and refined, a lot of greenery, exterior items. Nice clean pools - swam a couple of times in total, we all the same came to the sea. There is a water park, but we never got there, but every time they stopped at the mini-zoo to feed the monkeys, like small children (but fun).
The beach is awesome. In general, there are two of them and both are cool. True, the one near the old building is dirty, so we hardly swam there. The sun loungers are always busy almost from seven in the morning, but we learned that for a couple of bucks you can always find a couple of free ones without unnecessary nerves, swearing and early awakenings and did not soar about this. Also very pleased with the entertainment. The animators did their best and entertained as best they could - they did it very professionally.

And so ... after all the decorations we were taken to our room. Room 456. The first emotion from what he saw is shock and panic! The size of the room is no more than 14 sq.m. The ceiling is low and sloped at an angle to the window. Feeling that the ceiling is on the head. From furniture - a bed, one bedside table with one narrow drawer, an ottoman and a dressing table! EVERYTHING! No chest of drawers, no extra shelf. There is nowhere to put things at all. There is a wardrobe with hangers, but there are no shelves. And where to put all the brought things is not clear at all. And if a family with a child, then it's just a pipe! The only pleasant moment is the view from the room directly to the palm trees and the neighboring hotel, and to the left of the sea. Because there is a view and worse is the basement rooms and rooms overlooking the corridor of the adjacent building. Next is the bathroom. Very small - 2x2 meters, this is the maximum. Shower cubicle for midgets. I am a girl (size 46) could hardly fit in it, and even about washing long hair, it's just hell ... The toilet worked every other time and did not always wash everything that got into it :) Safe in the room paid ($ 1 per day) ... The mini bar is empty. There is no drinking water. You can collect it in a restaurant in your own bottles.
The next circle of hell is the Elektra air conditioner. The air conditioner hangs to the right of the bed and blew directly on the sleeping people, as a result, the husband caught a cold ...: (There were only 2 ways to avoid getting cold air on the sleeping people - 1 try to direct the air flow along the ceiling and 2 way (we were advised by vacationers who, too, managed to catch a cold under the air conditioner) is to cover the operating air conditioner with a towel so that the air flow goes down. The air conditioner itself is sooo old - during operation the mechanisms whistled and rumbled. At night we slept with pillows on our heads to somehow muffle the rumble. Yes, we called the foreman on the very first day to eliminate the noise. A peasant who speaks neither Russian nor English came, knocked on the body of the kondeya, smiled and left. An important point - the kondeya has not a native remote control, but a universal one. I accidentally pressed to the "S" (select) button and thereby knocking down the settings. I went to the reception for help, they promised me to send a wizard. In anticipation of help, I turned to the almighty Google and lo and behold! We ourselves restored the slave settings from the kondeya. And the master came to us only 11 hours later !!! Those. if we hadn't set it up ourselves, we would have had to sleep in the heat and stuffiness.
An interesting incident happened. While on holiday, Google sent me a request for a hotel review. I described everything (as in this review - about the beach, the room and of course the air conditioner). After 30 minutes, the hotel manager sent me an angry response. Claiming that I am a liar, that they have all the air conditioners only Mitsubishi and Fujitsu (remember, we have Elektra in our room), that they have the most diverse cuisine and the like ...
Now about the food ... don't bother. There is a main restaurant and a snack bar, which is, like, a beach one. But from the snack bar to the beach as much as from the main restaurant. Because there is almost no beach at the hotel. The entire beach is two concrete paths. And all the people nest at the territory of the restaurant. But back to food. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and very poor. Meat - chicken, turkey, some smelly fish and, sometimes, dry beef kebab. Poor selection of sweets. All salads are variations of the same food: finely chopped or coarsely chopped. Wholes or halves, and so on. Of the fruits are perennial watermelons and sometimes apples, peaches or grapes. The bar is sooo meager white and red wines of terrible taste. Beer (haven't tried it), whiskey and gin. Well, soda. Everything! There are almost no pastries for breakfast, just two empty buns. On the 4th day of rest, I already turn back from one kind of the same food. I always walked half hungry.
We pass to the beach. As I said, the hotel has almost none. Two concrete paths by the sea and three areas with sun loungers on the grass by the bar. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. The fight for sunbeds starts at 5 am. !! At 6 o'clock in the morning there are no more empty sun beds. Those who did not have time to take a place on the grass and by the sea are forced to lie by the children's pool, with all the consequences ... screams, brawls and constant crying! The main contingent of holidaymakers is couples with small (!) Children and pensioners. There are almost no youth: (NO TOWEL. You can buy them for $ 10 (but no one will wash them) or bring your own. Mattresses on sun beds are also paid. Rent 1 $ / day per mattress. The place for sun beds is very small in size. And you can't comfortably stay in. We were sunbathing in the lap with our neighbors, under their feet, and under ours lay other lucky ones.
The only consolation for me was the Hamam. The sorceress Aigul works in it. I highly recommend going to her. I liked her so much that I went to her for an aroma massage.
