The right to drive a car is confirmed by a certificate issued by the authorized body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the place where the driver is registered. Who issues the rights
The term of the rights is ten years. They are issued after passing the exam based on the results of studying at a driving school and a check on the paid fee and the cost of producing the form. Rights are issued only according to the registration or residence permit of the driver.

There is a new service, which can be found on the website indicated above, thanks to which car owners, as well as employers hiring them, can electronically verify information about both the car and the driver. You need to use a search system that will determine the date of birth of the owner, the opening of the category and the validity of the rights by number.
It will be difficult to find out the date of issue of a driver's license by number, since initially the system will require this information to be entered. Therefore, you can check it only on your own rights on the front side in section four.
The date of issue is indicated as a result of a data search for the presence of fines, checking the vehicle or driver. But this can only be done if you have a driver's license number, as well as the date it was issued.
