Patent - a document that allows foreign citizens to work on the territory of the Russian Federation. You can personally go to the FMS at the place of registration of a citizen and find out all the information you are interested in. What needs to be done in this case:
- Take a passport and go to the FMS at the place of registration / registration.
- Contact employees of the registering authority asking for information about the readiness of the document.
- Name full name, series and passport number. You can simply make an identity card.
Employees will check the readiness of the document on the available information database. Nevertheless, sometimes employees refuse to rise in this issue, referring to the presence of SMS informing. Therefore, such a method is not always effective. However, you can learn about the readiness of the patent via the Internet.

- Apply for the manufacture or extension of the patent.
- Go to site MC.MOS.ru.
- Click on the "Find out a patent readiness" button.
- Enter a patent application number in a specially reserved field. It is issued in the FMS after a written appeal of a citizen.
- In the box below to type verification code.
- Click on the "Check" button.
For several minutes of waiting - and the appropriate inscription on the document will appear on the screen. In fact, everything is much easier than it seems.
By passport
Now on the Internet there is a huge number of various third-party checks of this or that information. You can easily find out whether the document is ready according to its owner. For example, by passport. 
Similar check services require the following actions:
- Go to a page with a form to implement ideas in life.
- Enter the passport details of the recipient's citizen in special fields.
- Click on the "Check" / Find button.
After that, information on the readiness of a patent or any other selected document will appear on the screen. Sometimes such resources require a citizen for issuing relevant information.

If this happened, it is necessary to immediately abandon the services of the online service and in no way translate funds for using the site. The fact is that this is a scam site. They are just trying to catch up for gullible and unsuspecting users.
You should immediately pay attention to the fact that checking the readiness of the patent - the service is free. It is usually provided on the FMS sites of certain settlements. Money for it is not charged. The same applies to SMS informs - the message is free.
What is needed to obtain a patent
As soon as the readiness of the patent (in Moscow and not only) is confirmed, it will be possible to come to the FMS and get the relevant document. But for this it is necessary to take a certain list of securities.
More precisely, the following documents are needed to obtain a patent:
- passport;
- receipt of payment of the state duty for the extension / manufacture of a patent;
- the tear-off coupon about registration in the migration service.
