In 2017, according to the law "On Foreign Citizens in the Republic of Bulgaria", to visit this country, the Russians will need to issue a visa. Russian citizens can also visit Bulgaria, having Schengen.
Features of registration
Regardless of the purpose of the visit, the Russians for visiting Bulgaria are obliged to issue a national visa or Schengen. The order of visa is the following:
- A citizen must first make an appointment with a consulate or visa center.

- With a prepared package of documents, a citizen visits the consulate in the established date. Documents are checked and accepted for consideration.
- After accepting a positive decision, the visa is placed in a passport, the document is issued to the applicant's hands.
Important! Visa centers take the documents of Russians for registration of visas Category C. Visas of the category are fabricated at the Moscow Consulate of Bulgaria.
A package of documents for various visas is different.
There is a certain list of papers obligatory to present:
- Application application, filled in sample.
- International passport. The passport must be valid 90 days after the end of the visit. In addition, there should be a minimum of 2 pages for applying a visa.
- Color photo of the format of 3.5 * 4.5 cm. The photo is glued to the application application. The photo card must be done no later than 6 months ago.

Pensioners instead of such a certificate are given pension, individual entrepreneurs - reporting for the last month and certificate of registration of IP, the unemployed - sponsorship from the one who pays the visit.

Who can submit documents to obtain a visa to Bulgaria
To submit documents to any citizen of the Russian Federation, or a non-resident who lives in the country legally, has permanent registration (permitted for citizens with RVP or residence permit).
Submit documents:
- Citizens personally.

How to place a visa for a child
Children can be issued both one-time and multiple visa. Children who have no passport (up to 14 years) the mark is placed in a passport of one parent or accompanying person.
If a child is accompanied by one parent or guardian in Bulgaria, then a power of attorney from another parent, certified by a notary. If there is no second parent, then you need to prepare a certificate from the police, death certificate or a copy of the decision on the deprivation of parental rights.

Important! If a child goes to Bulgaria with two parents, but one of them will be forced to leave the country before, then you will also need a power of attorney.
How can you visit Bulgaria, having a Schengen
You can visit Bulgaria in the presence of a multiple Schengen visa (multivisa). Russians with a multivism can be in Bulgaria not more than 90 days. If Schengen is multiple, then enter the country several times (based on 180 days). Entry and departure to the country is carried out on Schengen.

Tourist visa
The purpose of obtaining a visa is tourism. The validity period is 90 days. With a one-time visit, it is combined in the country of 90 days, with a twofold - a maximum of 60 days. Making this type of visa, it is impossible to pursue another goal, i.e. Man will not work or learn.
For registration, you will additionally need:
- tourist voucher;
- reservation at the hotel;
- extract from a personal account of the client in the bank (provided on request).
There is a separate type of entry permissions - for unorganized tourists. This permission was created for citizens who travel on their own or want to buy real estate in Bulgaria. The data listed documents are required to add a certificate from the place of work.
Guest Visa
The period of action is 90 days. Be sure to provide an invitation from a Bulgarian citizen in writing.
In addition to the main package of documents, additionally provide:
- invitation Letter (notarized), where the purpose of the visit and the full data of the guest of the country is indicated;
- reservation at the hotel or other confirmation of the location of the Russian citizen;
- confirmation of the reserve required for the trip, at the rate of one citizen, 50 euros is needed per day, if a person is in Bulgaria 10 days, then 500 euros need, etc.
Business visa
This type of permission is also called business visas. The validity period is 90 days. Attending the country within 3 months can be repeatedly. The purpose of the visit is the implementation of trade and industrial activities, the establishment of partner channels.
The main documents are attached to:
- A notarized letter invitation from a business partner ("declaration is shown;).
- If a citizen is not a legal entity, but only represents the interests of the company, then a letter from the Russian company confirming the fact of visit and a certificate from the place of work is necessary.
- Letter certified by the Bulgarian TPP or Bulgarian-Russian TPP in
Moscow, a copy of the contract confirming affiliate business activities.
Service trip
The purpose of the visit is a business trip. It is allowed to be located on the territory of Bulgaria not more than 90 days.
In addition to the main documents, we need:
- An invitation letter from an organization that accepts foreigners.
- Traveling prescription from the Russian employer.
- Help from work, indicating all employee data and company details.
Transit visa
There are cases when to get to another country (for example, Romania), you need to make several transplants, as there is no direct flight. The Russians are allowed to be transit (passing), in the territory of the Bulgarian Republic no more than 36 hours. For registration you need a copy of the visa of the country that is going to visit a citizen. If a country in which a person is sent to transit through Bulgaria, presupposes a visa-free regime for Russians, then the official confirmation of the goal of the trip (invitation, Turpetevka, etc.).
Long-term visas (category D)
Long-term resolution is provided to citizens who are going to live in Bulgaria. A long-term visa gives the right to repeatedly enter the territory of the state. If a residence permit is issued, it is canceled.
student visa
If a citizen of the Russian Federation plans to study in Bulgaria, then you need to provide:
- letter invitation from educational institution;
- a document confirming the presence of a permanent place of residence in Bulgaria (lease agreement, certificate from a hostel);
- medical insurance policy for the entire period of stay;

The period of consideration of the application for an urgent single visa is 2 days. Short-term resolutions (C) are issued within 4 business days. Applications for a long-term visa can be viewed no more than 35 days, the documents must be submitted in advance, 90 days before the trip.
The cost of visa collection for Russians is appointed according to the law "On foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria", all amounts are indicated in the euro, recalculation is carried out on rubles according to the course.
