The loudest and most massive parties take place on the beaches of Anjuna and Vagator. By the way, do not worry that parties thunder until the morning - usually only until midnight, at the latest - until two. Goa has strict rules for limiting noise at night, and the police closely monitor this. But the loud young people who demand "the continuation of the banquet" cannot be stopped even by the law.
Kerala
This state is located in the very southeast of India and is considered the cleanest, most comfortable, most developed and richest region in the country. A big plus of Kerala is that this is where the highest level of medicine in India is (and we never know what might happen). There are many good hotels and shops, pharmacies and cafes in Kerala. Kerala has an amazingly mild climate and beautiful beaches on the Malabar Coast that are so well suited for families with children. Moreover, the beaches are framed by lush vegetation, which is very attractive. 
There are few tourists from Russia in Kerala, and this is another plus. The beautiful beach of Kovalam, which is 15 km from the capital of the state of Trivandrum, somehow went to the top 50 beaches in the world (according to National Geographic) - a good indicator, isn't it? It is also nice that the cuisine here is somehow softer, more refined - probably the Kerala cuisine has been influenced by Creole and Arab cuisine. In general, feeding children with this is not so scary. And in Kerala, it is very beautiful and interesting. No wonder she was nicknamed "Venice of the East" - there is a whole network of canals, rivers, lakes and reservoirs, along which it is so interesting to ride a boat! With children in Kerala, you can go to one of the state's national parks, which cover an area of \u200b\u200balmost 800 hectares. There you will see tigers, elephants, leopards, antelopes, panthers, crocodiles, and other animals - terribly interesting! Well, not without temples, ancient and very beautiful. 
Panaji
I would like to highlight the pretty capital of the state of Goa separately. The resort is surrounded by hills, famous for its three amazing nature reserves, with unique white beaches and good entertainment. Older children will be interested in seeing old temples and mosques in Panaji, as well as a museum of archeology. Younger children will be happy to visit the Bondla Nature Reserve, where deer, bison, monkeys, porcupines, turtles and other animals live. The island of Elephant will be a great delight for children, where ancient cave temples with many stone figures are located (the giant head of Shiva is especially impressive). Nature reserves
