We went with my husband and child for 5 days in June, they were afraid it was cold, but the weather was excellent. Velvet seasons ... in general, for such a price -3700 rubles for 5 days for 2 beds, there are no complaints at all. We decided to choose a hotel and not an apartment because a cot is boring. And they gave it to us, I thought they would say - everything is busy. No, at check-in, the girl marked her, while we were walking on the sea, she was brought to the room! The rooms are clean, the bed is white without stains and Soviet flowered sheets ....! This makes me happy. The furniture is already a little shabby, but overall it still looks good, the plumbing works. The bed was changed, towels. Were removed. The maids are great. We arrived at 14:00 and immediately almost settled in, a little queue had accumulated by that time, we had to stand, but not for long. 15min drive from the airport, this is a huge plus. To the beach about 900m. The beach is good, pebbles. Clean. We took it without food, I will not say about food. We ate in canteens, there are a lot of them! Not all visited, the prices are reasonable. A good meal for a person is 250-300 rubles. The canteens are not far away. To the olympus park by bus 15min. The only thing is that the Ekaterininsky quarter is closer to the sea. There were many buildings there. The area is large. The closer to the sea, the better. But here you can't guess which building will be settled. The territory itself is green, well-groomed. It's good to take a walk in the evening. Nice to find. There were no noisy neighbors. From the window the view of the fisht and Sochi park is gorgeous in the evening. In general, if you want to relax on our sea without problems and overpayment of extra money - you are here. The whole territory is like european city... Each 2 buildings form a courtyard with a playground. The area is well appointed. Nearby, on the way from the Sovkhoz stop, there are many cafes and canteens. Tsek for breakfast from 100. Lunch / dinner from 200 per person. Had breakfast at the Dozen, dined at Letto. There are no queues in the canteens in May, there are not many people on the sea either. However, the beach is not ready yet. No awnings, no sun loungers. But the strip of the beach is wide, the pebbles are smaller and larger. it is better to enter the sea in safety shoes. The area of \u200b\u200bthe corner room with 3 beds is about 30m, very free. Pros: The hotel has spacious rooms, there are two air conditioners. There are shops and cafes on the territory, prices in stores are more expensive compared to Moscow ones, cafes are inexpensive and not bad (a good cafe on the territory of "Tomato Mamidor"). The hotel is quite clean, but there were stains on the blanket (but all the linen is perfectly clean) Cons: There are no normal restaurants / cafes in the vicinity, only canteens, in one of which, unfortunately, you got poisoned. Therefore, if you go to the canteens NOT on the territory of the hotel, you should carefully choose your food. The beach is far from the hotel (more than 500m), walk to the beach along the shortened path for about 10-15 minutes, there is no shade and you have to walk under the scorching sun. Not a convenient hairdryer in the room (if you need a powerful hairdryer, it is better to take with you). Paid sun loungers and umbrellas (sunbed 1 pc. - 250r , umbrella - 150r).
Tip: The beach is pebble, so it is worth buying shoes for walking and swimming in pebbles. (you can do this on the spot, but the shoes are not of the best quality). Also, if you want to get to the beach faster, it is better to choose the same hotel, but the Catherine House.

This hotel is very close to the border with Abkhazia. Some rooms have mountain views, but most rooms only see courtyard and other buildings. There is a grocery store on site with a good selection of products. I only booked accommodation, so I can’t say anything about the food at the hotel, but during the off-season many dining rooms on site were closed. The standard room is rather small and uncomfortable, the biggest disappointment is the sound insulation. You can hear everything, especially the noise of the water from the neighbors. There is no kettle in the room. I have no desire to return to this hotel. I would recommend it only to those who are able to sleep soundly without reacting to extraneous noise.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. They settled us closer to eleven o'clock. All this time we studied the territory and the nearest stores. We were given a room on the second floor. It seems not high, but the elevator did not go to our floor and the suitcases had to be lifted three flights. Otherwise, there were no comments on the number. Everything worked fine. Towels and soap accessories were designed for four people. The room has two air conditioners, one in each room, a TV and two armchairs. Large balcony with clothes dryer. The view from the window was on the mountains, beauty! The room was cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed every three days. The area in our hotel is much better suited for children, there are more playgrounds. The path to the sea is not very far, about seven minutes of a leisurely walk. The sea at that time was not very warm, but we still swam. We usually had breakfast in the room, dined in a hotel restaurant, and went to the nearest cafes for dinner. in one of the hotel buildings you can buy an inexpensive excursion to the sights of Abkhazia, to the dolphinarium or to the water park. The rest with us was just great!

I rested in Adler, at the Velvet Seasons hotel. The purpose of my trip was to get acquainted with local attractions. I only came to the room to spend the night and wash, so I chose this hotel, simple and economical. I liked everything in general. The food here is delicious and varied. There are several restaurants and bars on the territory of the hotel complex. Wireless Internet caught almost everywhere. In my room, the signal was weaker, but after going out into the corridor, everything was already fine. The beach is very close, clean and spacious. I really liked it here! I will keep it in mind.
