The list does not differ from what is required to obtain a passport for registration:
- Everyone who is already 14 years old - a general passport of the Russian Federation. Minors, regardless of age, must also submit a birth certificate;
- The questionnaire is a statement. It should already be filled out, but the signature is already placed when submitting. You do not need to paste photos yourself either;
- Photos of the required sample: for an old passport - 3, for a new one -2;
