We paid attention to the only trifle - in the common corridor there is very good audibility, while you go to the elevator you can even hear a quiet speech in all the neighboring rooms. I do not know if it is possible to somehow improve the sound insulation, but it would be great! Otherwise, you feel a little uncomfortable and embarrassed, knowing that you can be heard so well in the corridor.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, because we already knew what to expect. We were pleasantly pleased with the gift mugs with the inscription "Thank you for coming back", which were presented to us - very nice). Rooms are cleaned late. Just in the heat when you come from the beach. It was not critical for us, because found all day on the beach. But families with children will not be very comfortable.

Hotel recently renovated. The rooms are clean. Towels are changed every day. Plug adapters and beach towels are available at the reception. The location is excellent: the center is within walking distance, the bus stop is near the hotel. We went to Nissi Beach, so I can't say anything about the beach, which is located next to the hotel. We had a late flight. We spent the day by the pool. There is a guest shower, you can leave your suitcases. Shops are located near the hotel. There is a souvenir shop on the ground floor where you can buy everything you need for affordable prices (in comparison with other gift shops).

Main disadvantages: There are obvious problems with the service. The front desk is very slow and honestly not very welcoming, as if they are doing you a favor. A separate issue is cleaning and interaction with the maids: they take tips, but cleaning is only a bed made somehow, changing towels and collecting garbage. The floor is covered with stains, it is not washed, walking barefoot is disgusting, while slippers are not provided in the rooms. They don't wipe the dust, the mirror in our room was all stained, I had to wipe it myself, the maids don't pay attention to it. Dirty dishes are not taken away, I had wine glasses for 2 days and they were taken only when I myself caught the maid in the corridor and asked her about it. At the same time, I was rudely answered that this was not her number and she should not do this. Once they simply slipped a note under the door that there would be no cleaning today, without any apologies, they simply presented it with a fact. Perhaps they have very few maids and they cannot cope with the number of rooms, but this is already a question for the hotel management, this should not become a problem for a guest who pays for accommodation. I cannot say that this is a feature of the mentality, this is not the first time in Cyprus, before that we were in Limassol, Mediterranean Beach, I don’t remember that there were any complaints about the service or cleaning. The breakfast is monotonous, the assortment does not change at all. Very heavy and poorly closing bathroom doors, great force is needed to close it. Soundproofing is very poor, you can hear everything that happens both in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms.

Objectively, the hotel has both pros and cons. Of the obvious advantages: Good location relative to the beach (Limanaki / Pantahu, literally 7 minutes walk along the promenade across the street from the hotel, that is, in fact, the hotel is on the second line). There are many taverns and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Modern design, the photos correspond, the area of \u200b\u200bthe room is about 25 squares, a spacious balcony (only view of the pool, some rooms have a side sea view). WiFi is normal, everything opens quickly, you can watch movies online. There is a tea-coffee station and even a capsule coffee machine. Mini fridge. There is a hairdryer, but it barely works. There is an ironing board, but the iron will have to be taken at the reception against a deposit, while it is not given for the entire period, each time you need to return it and then go to get it yourself again. When booking, we asked for a room not at the elevator, since we are traveling with a baby - we were settled in a room near the elevator. We also chose when booking a room with one large bed - provided with two separate ones. They independently moved the beds and fixed them with an armchair so that they would not move apart. The safe did not work on arrival. Repaired one day after treatment. On the second day of stay, the front door lock broke. We waited a long time until we found the right person with the right keys and knowledge, who would let us into the room.

Monotony of breakfasts

A beautiful brand new hotel, everything is clean, the location is excellent, 1 km to all the rest and entertainment. The beach next to the hotel is good, also clean, long coastline. There is a free, ample parking lot, there have never been any problems with places. Wi-Fi catches well throughout the hotel. We were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea. Upon arrival, a compliment awaited in the room: wine and fruit. We were delighted with the hotel, we just didn’t like the fact that the breakfasts are always the same. Dinners I do not advise taking, it is better to eat for this amount in restaurants and local taverns. In general, if not for food, then a solid 10!

Noisy in the hotel, as you can hear everything from the restaurants, not scary. The contingent is very different. The hotel does not raise a hand for youth. The floors are washed badly. There is no air conditioning in the corridors. The hotel is unrealistically hot. The reception, in my opinion, is adequate. Breakfasts are disgusting as everywhere else on cyprys. Do not take rooms with a pool! They throw garbage from the balconies and spit there.

Were 14 days in this hotel at the end of September. Very satisfied. The hotel is new (opened in 2018), clean, well maintained and comfortable. From Larnaca airport an hour's drive. Good location not in the very epicenter of the movement, but nearby. There are many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. around. But all the souvenirs were bought in a shop on the first floor of the hotel, convenient + good prices and choice. The hotel has its own free parking in the backyard, which is very convenient, we took the car for a week. The room is nice, spacious, with a large balcony (there is a dryer for things). All the rooms are new and almost the same (the corner balconies are smaller and there is no 3rd bed), well, on the 0 floor there are rooms with their own bass, it's a very dubious pleasure to live there and look at the wall and pass by the main pool :) The room has everything what you need: a safe, a refrigerator (works regardless of the presence of a card in the slot, as they wrote here in the comments), TV, kettle, hairdryer. Excellent air conditioner and blue night soft lighting in the toilet, so that you don't feel like walking :). There is also a charging interface directly in the sockets. There is no nursery pot or toilet seat for the child, which is crazy considering that the hotel is resting with small children. Also terrible pillows, it is impossible to sleep on them, others are not in the hotel. I had to sleep on decorative, thin ones (they lie on the beds in the room for beauty). Socket adapter for a bail of 2 euros at the reception, towels for a bail of 5 euros are also there. You can change it once every 2-3 days (it would be more convenient to get clean every day, the sea is salty, after all) All rooms (except for the basement) with excellent views of the sea and the city. On the whole ter. the hotel has excellent free internet. Nice pool with slightly salty water, comfortable sun loungers. There is also a seller of excellent fruits at an excellent price (4.5E kg of mango, which is cheaper than supermarkets). Walk to the beach 5 minutes with a stroller, so no problem. Sand, gentle entrance, crystal clear water, shower available. Sunbed and umbrella 2.5E each. Or we leave the hotel and to the right, there is also a good beach with bars, but the bottom is rocky. I advise you to take a car or a quadric, or a bus at worst) and go to the nearby beaches of Makronissos Beach, Landa, Nissi, Konnos, Vrissiana and Fig Tree Beach, stop at Cape Cavo Greco chic places and it's all nearby. We liked the hotel very much and we would have returned without looking. I recommend!…
