First of all, you need to know that with permission to be temporarily in the Russian Federation, a foreign citizen is assigned many rights and obligations. Regarding the latter, everything is simple here - a foreign citizen who violates Russian laws will be held accountable in the same way as the native citizens of the state. What gives a foreigner RVP
As for rights, they increase than with the estate of a mark on the decision on or with the estate. A foreigner, in particular, can travel outside the Russian Federation with a TRP, and also use the following privileges:
- get a job on the basis of any type of work. contracts without a special patent;
- open your own business;
- be served (free of charge) in all medical institutions of the state;
- until you actually apply for other permits.
What can not be done is not to live in the region where the foreign national was also constantly hit in the field of view of the employee of the migration department.
In order for the last condition to be fulfilled, rules were introduced. This must be done in the authority that issued the TRP.
The period for the procedure is two months. A delay in notification is allowed for a maximum of 6 months, but you will need to provide documented good reasons for this.
To notify the FMS that you are present at the place of registration, you need to provide an application and an income statement.
The term of the RWP is three years. It cannot be extended, and therefore you should think in advance what you will do next - apply or leave Russia.
Are TRP holders allowed to travel abroad?
For those interested in this issue, let's say that traveling abroad with a temporary residence permit is not prohibited, but some nuances will have to be taken into account.
If you are heading to a visa-free state, then everything is simple here. Gather your documents - TRP and passport, foreign identity card - and hit the road.
If your country of visit is a visa country, you will need to apply for a visa. In this case, you will need a “temporarily staying visa”. It is received by those who live in this status on the territory of the Federation. Documents must be submitted in advance to the representation of the power to which you are going.
And most importantly, your absence from Russia is limited by time. You are not entitled to obtain a temporary resident's permit and go abroad at any time.
If a foreign citizen left for 30 days and returned back, then the countdown of the six-month period starts anew the next time. If the rule is not observed, then the temporary residence permit will be canceled, and only one year from the date of the recognition of the old one as invalid will it be possible to apply
There is one noteworthy "but". The law states that if a foreigner stays abroad for more than 6 months, then the TRP is canceled. Pay attention, not "remained", but "remains".
This means that no one noticed that you have exceeded the established limit, then when you are in Russia, it is useless to make any claims against you. You have the right to sue if you try to take your permission away from you. But with the timely discovery of the fact, when you were still outside the Russian Federation, you will have to “pay off”.
