The next day we asked to be resettled, again asked to be close to friends, to which the Chinese woman at the reception freaked out wildly, snorted and said that the rooms were all busy, but we saw how many people were in fact ... As a result, they were moved to another room ... As you enter it, you immediately feel a terrible smoky smell. And it was also like a sofa, so it smelled of urine as well as the decorations on the bed! We just put it all together and did not touch the whole vacation.
Our room was cleaned for 3+. Every day they gave out water, changed the towels in the bathroom (which, by the way, were already very worn out), washed the floors (except under the bed), and gave out almost all things like shampoos, soap, toothbrushes ... Never changed beach towels in 10 days , and never changed the bedding.
The territory is large, beautiful palm trees, ficuses, grass, bridges, a small lake. But on the very first day when we were sitting by the pool late in the evening, we saw a rat! Not a pleasant first impression. But then we often met them ...
Pool. For some reason, the hotel advises to swim only there, and not swim in the sea) So the hotel has 2 swimming pools, near the main building where the reception is, and near the rest of the buildings, closer to the sea.
On the very first evening, we saw how wonderful it was to clean ... they just throw in bleach with huge ladles. There is no water purification system. At the bottom there is green dregs.
In the second pool, the picture is even cooler, even small fish swim in the children's pool! and of course also dirty water and dirty green-brown bottom.
The beach is endless! Nice sand, cool sea with waves. Waves by the way every day, sometimes strong, sometimes a little weaker. As the guides said, swimming is strictly until 18.00, then the police will fine. There are very few sun beds and umbrellas. There is always a red flag on the beach and a security guard / lifeguard. So if you went for a swim and left your bags, the guard absolutely calmly approaches your bag, opens his coward to see what is there and whistles ashore if you have something valuable in your bag! Same food every day. In the first days it even seemed delicious ... on the 10th day I didn't even want to look at it all.
Scrambled eggs, noodles, rice, chicken or fish (generally tasteless), milk rice porridge, inedible sausages or bacon, a couple of flakes, yogurt. Vegetables include radishes, carrots, cucumbers, onions and very rarely tomatoes. From fruits, bananas, tasteless green guavas, green melons and almost normal watermelons. For taking out food, a fine is 100ue. If you come with a large bag, you must leave it in front of the entrance to the restaurant or it will be shoved into a hotel bag and a clip will be attached.
Wi-fi, in theory, should be in every room, but it is not. Sometimes during the day you have it, in the evening it is no longer, and you have to call the master to fix it, but he doesn’t come sooooo soon. The next day or every other day. We had to ask for this 4 times. By the way, all rooms have the same wi-fi password, so it sometimes helped out.
In general, something like that. I would definitely not return to this hotel, so I would not advise you either.

Regarding food, only breakfasts were included in the tour price, at breakfast we ate our fill, but the taste of some food is specific. There were fruits, pastries, vegetables, and meat, everything was enough. Only unnatural juices: (The hotel area was cleaned, upon request, they brought a knife (to peel fruit) and an iron, etc., to our room free of charge. local guides, went on excursions only with them, they have much cheaper! They will also help with dinner, tell you which restaurant you can go to. You can also buy a SIM card from them for 20 yuan. You can have dinner for two for 60 yuan or 300 ... the choice is yours. We spent an average of 120-150 yuan per dinner for two! If you try all sorts of exotic dishes, then count on RMB 300-400 ... And it's not a fact that you will like all this. I advise you to try popsicles, it costs 10-15 yuan, in front of you they will make a huge ice cream from any fruit, very tasty! You can try it on the street, if you walk down a straight line from the main building, there, after 8 pm, street trading begins. The beer is cheap there (on average 4-5 yuan per 0.6 l)! Tried pineapple beer, coffee beer - delicious! Everywhere you have to bargain! The prices they break are unrealistic! Usually the real price is 3-4 times less. They have very tasty mangoes! I do not recommend buying anything on free excursions to a snake, shark farm, at a pearl factory, everything can be bought much cheaper! The beach is 3-5 minutes away, there are free sun loungers on the beach. Buses No. 25, 26 stopped near our hotel, taking them to the Land of Heaven Park and to the Buddhism Center. If you go to reverse side then you can drive to Dadonghai Bay and Yalungwei Bay and to the center of Sanya, as well as to Pedestrian Street (where shopping centers and souvenir rows). We went to a Buddhist park, I really liked it there. I liked the hotel very much. The hotel is well located. The only negative in Chinese hotels there is no such power system as all inclusive, they have there what is called breakfast in bed. Here's a small minus. The hotel lacks entertainment, animation of some kind. It is conveniently located on the road, you can get on the transport at any time and get to the center. Everything is very convenient. The food is varied, well fed. Convenient access to the sea. The beaches are nice and clean.

The hotel has not been renovated for a long time (towels are faded, leaky, dishes are split). - Location: far from Sanya (20-30 minutes by taxi, it costs 30 yuan, i.e. 150 rubles one way). We ate in the Russian restaurant "Marina" at the hotel (there either by taxi for 10 yuan, or by free bus from the "Marina" itself at 6-7-8 o'clock, and you can go back along the shore on foot). - Pegasus guides: terrible, know nothing, do not know and do not want to know.
