How to find out if a patent is ready to work in Moscow

The implementation of labor activity within the framework of the Russian Federation precedes the process of obtaining a special permit, which gives the right to a foreign citizen to realize himself professionally. The procedure for preparing this document is not too long, but even it sometimes confuses the candidate for a work permit. Hence the question of how to check the readiness of a patent for work in Moscow.

Before it becomes known whether your patent is ready or not, you need to understand how the procedure for obtaining it as a whole takes place. 1. Collect documents.
  2. Submit an application to the FMS.
  3. You pay the fee.
  4. Go through the fingerprinting process.
  5. You get permission.

It is necessary to submit an application along with a package of documents strictly within one month.
