Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby, being the Customer tourist servicesincluded in the tourist product and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, I give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: surname, name, patronymic, date and place birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; address email; as well as any other data related to my personality and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, in the amount necessary for the implementation and provision of tourist services, including those included in the tourist product formed by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or a set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and data of persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by current legislation Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without using such tools, if the processing of personal data without using such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows in accordance with the given algorithm, the search for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in card files or other systematized collections of personal data, and / or access to such personal data, as well as for the transfer (including cross-border) of these personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and the Tour Operator.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (the Tour Operator and direct service providers) in order to fulfill this contract (including, depending on the terms of the contract, for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claims issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized state bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

I hereby confirm that the personal data transferred by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and its authorized representatives.

I hereby give my consent to the Agent and the Tour Operator to send me emails / newsletters to the e-mail address and / or mobile phone number provided by me.

I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide the personal data of the persons indicated in the Application, and I undertake to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of the inspection bodies.

I agree that the text given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons indicated in the Application, consent to the processing of personal data is stored electronically in the database and / or on paper and confirms the fact of consent processing and transferring personal data in accordance with the above provisions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.

This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be revoked at any time by me, and in terms of a specific person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person, by sending a written notification to the Agent by mail.

I hereby confirm that my rights as a subject of personal data have been explained to me by the Agent and are clear to me.

I hereby confirm that the consequences of withdrawal of this consent have been explained to me by the Agent and I understand.

Transfer procedure (all types)

Meeting tourists at the airport

  • After leaving the plane, tourists enter the airport building and pass passport control.
  • They go down to the first floor, where they receive their luggage on a transport belt.
  • When leaving the airport, customs control... Usually tourists go through it with little or no check, but some can be spotted checked.

Tourists who have ordered a private transfer must go to the TEZ TOUR counter. Tourists who have ordered a VIP transfer must contact a representative with a TEZ TOUR sign. A service is also provided - a meeting at the exit from the airport with a nameplate (be sure to inform in a letter about the need to meet with a nameplate).

TEZ TOUR company is not responsible for forgotten things on buses, which guides repeatedly remind tourists about.

An individual transfer implies a strict adherence to one hotel without landing other tourists, and does not imply the obligatory presence of an accompanying guide.

Air-conditioned minibuses are available for regular private transfers. Cars or any other transport must be ordered in advance.

If tourists do not arrive on TEZ TOUR flights, please provide all flight numbers with a flight code letter. Without this code, we cannot always find out the time of arrival and departure of the flight and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee a timely meeting of tourists.

Tourist dispatch process:

  • The day before departure, faxes are sent to the hotels for the group transfer, on which the departure time from the hotel is written. The hotel staff places these faxes on TEZ TOUR info boards.
    For tourists who have ordered an individual transfer, faxes are sent to the number of the tourists' room. The time is set on the basis of arrival at the airport before the start of the flight check-in, that is, 2-2.5 hours before the departure of the flight. Tourists who have ordered an individual transfer, if they wish, can set the time of departure from the hotel themselves, within reason.
  • On the day of departure, a bus with a guide arrives at the appointed time, provided that it was not detained by tourists from the previous hotel. If the tourist did not come out on time for his transfer, then the guide waits for him for some time and leaves for the next hotel to pick up tourists so as not to be late for the airport. Latecomers travel to the airport themselves.
  • Upon arrival at the airport, tourists go through customs control and check-in for the flight, with the assistance of a TEZ TOUR representative at the airport. All problems must be addressed to him.
  • After registration, tourists go up to the second floor and go through passport control.
  • If you wish, you can visit the Duty free shop.
  • After all these procedures, tourists board their flight and fly away.

VIII.When moving from hotel to hotel, fax is sent to the tourist room number the night before.

Transport for VIP transfers

Arrival

  • Meeting at the plane's ladder with a nameplate by the representative of the CIP Terminal.
  • Transfer by VIP car to the CIP Terminal.
  • Passenger baggage delivery by an employee of the CIP Terminal.
  • After completing all the formalities, the CIP Terminal staff will escort passengers to a TEZ TOUR representative.

Departure

  • The service begins with meeting passengers at the entrance to the CIP Terminal by the staff of the CIP Terminal.
  • The staff of the CIP Terminal will help passengers go through baggage inspection and hand luggage.
  • The staff of the CIP Terminal will register the plane tickets.
  • Passport control is carried out by the personnel of the CIP Terminal.
  • Food and Beverage: Light snacks, non-alcoholic (cold / hot) and alcoholic drinks are offered.
  • Services of a nursery for babies.
  • A children's playroom is available for children.
  • If necessary, the staff of the CIP Terminal will help passengers make purchases in the Duty Free shop.

Service cost:

  • For arriving passengers - 220 € (net) per person.
  • For departing passengers - 220 € (net) per person.
  • Infant (0-1.99) - free.

If passengers on a reservation booked in advance do not arrive / do not depart on the indicated flight for any reason, and the customer does not notify the CIP staff in writing at least 12 hours before departure / arrival of the cancellation of the application, in this case the paid amount of the application will not be returned (issued as no show) and is not transferred to another application.

Fast Track at Antalya Airport

Arrival

  • Meeting at the entrance to the airport building (terminal (T1 & T2) or at the exit from the sleeve.

Departure

Meeting passengers before entering the airport (photo of the meeting point below). The entrance to the airport is through a separate CIP entrance.
