We rested in Turtas in August 2019. We have visited this hotel for the 3rd time and every time we are absolutely satisfied with the rest! 15 days have flown by for us just not noticeably. Well, because I was in Turtash, and I saw with my own eyes what was happening, I closed my eyes. This time, I rested in a completely "different" Turtash. Let's start with check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 8.00. Much has been written about Inga here and it is completely unclear why the hotel management still does not react to her behavior. I am silent about her hospitality, maybe a person really cannot smile. She offered us to check in for $ 45 with a view of the sea or for free with a view of the road. Of course, she saw the information that we were the second time. She offered to go see the numbers. In comparison with 2016, there were 3 types of delicious soup, now 1 is not tasty, there was trout and chicken on the grill every day - now 1 time in 7 days on a Turkish night, sometimes there was mackerel and 1 time lamb. Meat could be found among stewed vegetables, fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, pears, plums, oranges every day, cherries and apricots 2 times. There is a queue! By the way, I was waiting for everything in the restaurant, well, when someone would pour wine into a plastic cup - I didn't wait)) - they only poured it into glass glasses. I was very pleased that along with the ugly Turkish sausages that no one ate, almost all the time there was meat or grilled fish and a lot of fresh and stewed vegetables.
They did not take excursions from the guide - outside the hotel territory in local travel agencies the same programs, all tours are insured (if something happens to you and the travel agency is guilty of this - they will simply take away their license) but half the price and do not lie like that, as a guide in a hotel, who, for example, said that it takes 4 hours to get to Pamukkale, although in fact it turned out that it was 6.5 hours, etc.
As for the attitude of the staff: it was after talking at the reception that everyone got the impression that everyone wants to make money on you. But the rest of the staff are very nice people. When they see a benevolent attitude towards themselves, they answer the same. Yes, they also told us that among the staff there are those who invite girls out on a date and at the same time argue with others for money - will they go or not, they will kiss or not and be sure if there was something yesterday - today the entire staff is already talking about it hotel knows)).
The animation is also good, every other day, clowns, magicians, acrobats, dancers are not boring.
The entrance to the sea from the shore is really not very much - there are a lot of boulders, you can hit hard - that's why we went down from the pier. Or we went to Alanya to Cleopatra Beach (travel by minibus is $ 1.5, the driver can tell where to get off).

I'll put 5 points on food, I didn't have time to taste everything, drinks are a good choice, wine is delicious ... that is, especially white, beer is not diluted. The territory is gorgeous, green, tidy, clean, everywhere there are benches, hammocks, a lot of sun loungers, and besides, if, well, suddenly the staff serving this territory does not get it, in any case it was so for us .Animation is a separate topic, just excellent, so much laughter, I even pumped up the press))) show with fire. It is worth noting the children's animation, it was also interesting. who love peace and quiet, so the hotel is considered to be a more family option. But we two young couples arrived with this calculation, did not want Russian partying, to the blue knee. True, we met Russian guys, very cute and humorous. Rested in this hotel in mid-May. The hotel is good, the territory is beautiful, large. The hotel is suitable for families with children, of whom there are a lot of them. For children, there is animation every day, games, there is a slide with a swing. When we rested there, there were a lot of elderly Germans in the hotel. Therefore, all the animation was in German. By the way, due to the fact that ... then the hotel was really only pennies, then there was no one to carry out the animation with anyone, and no one went to discos. The disco starts at 12 o'clock in the morning, which is also inconvenient. You have to wait for it, there were times when you come to the disco, there is an empty dance floor, and the disco then slowly turns off. The situation is the same in neighboring hotels, all because the beginning of the season. Tours were taken at the hotel. Russians are settled in low-rise buildings near the pool. We wanted to move into a 6-storey building overlooking the sea. They promised to relocate us, but in the end they didn't even relocate us for money. But then we were only happy, because only Germans lived in the 6-storey building, and there is nothing to do there. They have their own pool, and there is always deathly silence. There is a summer garden disco a kilometer away. All other discos in Alanya. After 12 o'clock at night a taxi doubles in price. We rented a car for 50 bucks without deposit.
