“I don't need compensation for being offended. I want to return the money spent on the trip, and I need to know that the people who beat us are punished. If they were fired, I want an official response. The hotel must provide its guests with security, and the staff beat us up, ”the young man is indignant. The victims also wrote a statement to the police in Verkhnyaya Pyshma and filmed the beatings they had received.

The beating of young people took place at the Azura Deluxe Resort on the night of September 24. There Nikita rested with his girlfriend Elena, as well as with two married couples of friends.

Nikita says that in general there were no complaints about the hotel, except for the attitude of some of the employees. “For example, you approach a bar, the bartender, seeing that you are from Russia, will be rude, pour something else instead of what you ordered, if you start to be indignant, he will throw a glass in your direction. Tourists from Russia could wait an hour for a glass of beer at the bar. Once before our very eyes, the bartender rudely served Russian girls. I told them directly that the Russians are a dumb nation and all Russian girls are easily accessible, and the men are always a drunken cattle. This is the position of the staff, ”says Nikita.

On one of the last evenings of their vacation, the young people saw off a couple of friends from Dusseldorf at the reception and, taking this opportunity, decided to write a claim against the bartender's actions. One of the hotel employees, who had previously smoked a hookah in the lobby, upon hearing Nikita's request, began to shout and grab the Ural by the throat.

Other hotel staff rushed to help him. As a result, a crowd of hotel workers attacked Nikita and his friend Nikolai, they began to beat up young people. Nikita's girlfriend also tried to separate the fighters, as a result, she was hit in the face, and also left numerous bruises and abrasions on her body. Another friend of Nikita, Evgeny, also separated the fighters, but did not receive serious injuries, escaping with bruises.

Later, unable to cope with the tough Ural guys, the hotel staff armed themselves with wooden sticks and bottles. They tried to beat the residents of Sverdlovsk with them and push them out of the building onto the street to the pool.

“On the street, my sobbing girlfriend in blood ran out to me, I hugged her, began to calm her down, and at that moment I was hit from behind with a wooden bat or a stick, and several people began to beat me up,” says Nikita. - My friend Nikolai fell to the floor and could not get up, as they began to kick him. On the street, stunning Nikita, the hotel workers threw him into the pool.

The beating took place in front of other hotel guests who were still awake at that moment. A holidaymaker from Ukraine tried to separate the fighting. “He did not get into a fight, but tried to drag away people who attacked us with sticks and bottles. But in the end he got it too: he was beaten by the pool, ”says Nikita. As a result, Nikita received numerous hematomas and bruises, his head was broken, doctors in Turkey put four brackets on the wound.

After the incident, the victims turned to the reception desk, asked to call the police and a doctor, but the managers ignored them. As a result, Elena was able to call for help only from the reception desk of a neighboring hotel.

After the fight, the young people had their room key cards blocked and paid Wi-Fi turned off. The police officers who arrived took the victims and took them to the hospital, and later to the police station. As a result, the young people spent 10 hours in the police: part of the time they were interviewed, part of the time they just sat, because they could not return to the hotel. Later, only girls were allowed into the hotel, they took their things, and they were evicted to a simpler hotel, where they spent 8 hours and returned home ahead of time.

According to Nikita, they were not drunk at the time of the fight. In the hospital, all Ural residents were examined for the presence of alcohol in their blood.


The young man notes that on vacation they, in principle, did not drink a large amount of alcohol. “We were with the girls, so we didn't drink much. We could afford a couple of glasses of wine at dinner. To be honest, everything was civilized, there was not a single very drunk person in the entire hotel during the rest, ”the young man notes. He wonders that even if we assume that the tourists were drunk and inadequate, why did the staff beat them up and not call the police right away?

In an interview with RIA Novosti, one of the girls (Alena) said that on Sunday night, three married couples finished their vacation in Turkey and decided to see off a young man, also a Russian, whom they met on vacation.

After a while, the Russians had a conflict with the bartender, after which he, according to the interlocutor, began to behave aggressively, "jumping out from behind the bar." An attempt to complain to the administration provoked an attack by the hotel staff: a representative of the hotel management grabbed one of the tourists by the neck. As a result, the Russians were pushed out onto the street.

“Our girl's nose was broken. The guy hugged her, began to calm her down. At this time, he was hit from behind with a wooden bat, his head was broken. I began to attract attention. In the end, they (the hotel staff) saw the blood, saw that the shooting was in progress, and began to disperse. One of them, leaving, looked into my eyes and, smiling, said: “Welcome to Turkey”, ”Alena said.

According to her, three of the six victims, a girl and two men, "received more serious injuries." The rest had bruises received from the hotel employees when they tried to take away the phones from the Russians.

Three of the group of tourists were absolutely sober, and "the rest drank as they saw off their friend." According to the girl, the Turks "specially sent the sober to the police, and those who drank to the hospital - they took blood only from those who drank."

Alena called the comments of the hotel director shocking. According to her, "they do not even understand who the fight happened with and why."

As the Russian woman clarified, after the incident, the hotel administration allowed only women to return to their rooms for half an hour so that they could take their things. The tourists turned to the nearest Russian consulate in Turkey, where, according to her, they confined themselves to the answer that their "application was accepted."

The representative of the Russian Consulate General in Antalya told RIA Novosti, in turn, that there were no complaints from the parties to the conflict at that time.

Alena added that now the affected families are thinking how to defend their interests from a legal point of view.

Then one of the workers, noticing that there was a video filming, took the phone from one of the girls. the victims, they were pushed out of the hotel building, were chased and beaten with bats until they lost consciousness, "he explained.

The young man also clarified that one of the young men had a cut on the back of the head from a blow with a bat. He was taken away in an ambulance.

"Nationalist sentiments and hostility towards Russians became known only upon arrival. Before the incident, during their stay at this hotel, the young people received repeated threats and provocations of extremist content. The police did not take any measures," said the Yekaterinburg resident.

Huge hall, good climate, comfortable sofas, everything is very high. Very nice and competent reception staff. Several people speak Russian. Minor technical problems that arose during the rest were solved instantly. Separate hello to Christina. You are just a miracle, the hotel owners are very lucky with the employee)
The room was given on the 5th floor overlooking the Granad and the sea. I usually try not to find fault with trifles, so I can't say anything bad about the room. There are similar numbers in 3, 4, and 5 stars, there are not many differences TV on 135 channels, Russian 5 or 6, but watching Disney in Turkish was not at all embarrassing.

I was very pleased with the playpen type crib for the younger child. He was really comfortable in it.
Didn't really like the elevators. Sometimes they had to wait long enough. Well, this is standard. living on floors 1-2 usually do not understand that it is faster to go down and up from their floor on foot than to push in the elevator. Classic.
What else can you say good ... Meals for lunch and dinner are very, very good and varied. Always a choice of meat dishes, fish day on Tuesdays, barbecue in the evenings. Didn't like that very modest selection in the morning. By and large, except for scrambled eggs and cheesecakes there is nothing to take.
Yes, the hotel claims a children's menu. This is an exaggeration, in the morning and in the afternoon it is not. In the evening, they put some kind of instantly cooling nuggets and rings in the children's room, that's all. You can go to the administrator and ask for a couple of cans of baby fruit food. Considering that almost all dishes are spicy enough, feeding a two-year-old child at lunchtime becomes quite a quest.
With places the situation is 4-. Finding a place for 1-2 people is not a problem, but with two children, if you do not come to the opening, it already becomes problematic.

What I didn't like very much was the schedule. Lunch from 12 to 14 is a bit early and inconvenient in my opinion. If we consider that the opening time of the snack bar is also 12 hours, then there is no logic.
He practically did not use the bar, not a fan of Turkish alcohol. Cocktails are standard with a huge amount of chemical juice and ice and a minimum of alcohol. Every time discussing with bartenders what and how to pour, as many have done, is not for me.
Flatbread is unrealistic, there is a queue for two hours, but this is usually the case everywhere.
Snacks are very worthy and a lot of things, but again they are made in time with lunch. Or or.
On the plus side, I would like to note a very good, polite and relatively inexpensive photographer. Communicated with neighbors, they praised the bath, but he himself did not reach it.

And now the introductory part is over and I will write about the huge number of disadvantages of this hotel, which really spoiled my vacation.
The first and most important disadvantage, from which almost all the others follow, is, well, just the microscopic territory of the hotel and the beach. It seems that the entire territory was allowed into a huge hall, there was nothing left for everything else. It would be logical if this hotel was in the center of a tourist city, and not positioned as a resort and spa.
There are never any poolside seats. Finding at least one at 9 am is already an achievement. Get up at 7 am like people in the next room and go to take seats? Sorry, I paid and arrived in 5 stars, not 2-3.
Seats by the sea - please, in rows 6-7, if you're lucky again. Due to the microscopic territory, the sun loungers are practically in the sea. There is a pier, there are places, but with children on it is absolutely not an option.
Children's pool - under the awning. We were on average at an air temperature of 35-36 degrees. And it was really cold in it, the youngest child did not like it there.
Children's club. The announcement of the hotel again announced a lot, as a result, at least. A dark room, my 9-year-old daughter was not interested there at all, although usually she could not be pulled out of the children's clubs by the ears. The site - as if illiquid assets were brought there, just to have it. A pair of gurneys and a climbing frame that is scary to climb. The ball pool, where the balls ran out, tennis table and table football, that's it. Neither daughter nor son had any desire to go to the kids club.
In general, the hotel has a major problem with the animators. Again, I have something to compare with, even in hotels it was much simpler than the declared ones by the professional animation team. Here there was a feeling that people were recruited on a leftover basis. In the morning they seem to pass a lot, but in real life it is not clear what this crowd of idlers is doing. No, I'm kidding, they're constantly trying to sell lottery tickets. Creepy annoyance, zero professionalism.
Contests and so monotonous are spoiled even more by the hosts. Within 5 minutes the participant is asked where he is from, what is his name, what brought him to this hotel. Then humor usually begins at the level below the belt and after that, participation in jumping on the board, taking out spoons, etc. is long and tedious. Until the end of the contests, the audience usually did not sit out, and the participants also tried to quietly escape.
I was especially "pleased" when my daughter was allowed to play Bocha for two days in a row, and on the third they said that children were not allowed. The reason was trivial - in the first days, you did not fill up enough adults, in the third, the child turned out to be superfluous. The animator showed his highest professionalism.
Evening animation is standard. But again, there is a huge disadvantage due to the hotel's territory, or rather its absence. If you want to see at least something on the stage, you have to come a lot in advance, because there is no amphitheater here and there never was, the chairs are placed in rows on the meta, where in the morning there are sun loungers by the pool. Already from the 6-7th row, it is unrealistic to see something behind the heads, and in parallel you will be smoked from hookahs, which stand right there almost on their heads.
Well, you get the idea. In the morning at 7 am, take the sun loungers, in the evening run to dinner and then to cartoons in order to see something on the show in an hour and a half. Hotel 5 stars, bravo.
What else can you remember ... The gymnasium again "to be in the photo in the announcement." Rugged fitness equipment at a 5 star hotel. I could not run with a weight of 88 kg on the track, it was as if she would die under me. Everything creaks and falls apart, the same feeling as in the children's club that the written-off illiquid was brought here. By the way, the hotel is only a few years old. So, in principle, it is unrealistic to shove new equipment, it was originally a second-hand. This is an indicator of how the owners of the hotel relate to the guests, usually this is on the little things and gets out.
And the last fat minus concerns the hotel contingent. Citizens of the Russian Federation, I missed you very much. There were literally a few people from the Russian Federation and a little more Belarusians and Kazakhs.
Honestly, it's better to put up with your own people from "Nasha Rashi" than to communicate with Hungarian-German-Slovak characters. I will not paint for a long time, the moderators will not miss it, one mate, pushing a child out of the queue for potatoes is a norm of behavior for them. Crawling forward in a bar or coffee shop and stealing the drink delivered to you, throwing your towel off the chaise longue and then making round eyes, jumping from the bridge to your head - again, in the order of things. They usually hide their eyes and run to comments, making faces behind their backs. Europe, however.
By the way, the hotel staff, especially the bars, and the animators treat them better than ours, this is very noticeable and very annoying.

As a result, unfortunately, the number of minuses in this case significantly outweighed the pluses and, despite the fact that something was very good, I will not go to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to you.
