Take, for example, route number 18C. Its length is 30 km, and it is served by only 6 buses. With the official traffic interval of 25 minutes, any traffic congestion leads to transport delays and hassle for passengers.
Another important factor is directly related to the decision of the owners of "BigAvtoTrans" to leave the city market of public transportation. Nobody argues, any owner has the right to make any legal decision to change the main profile of his company. But the townspeople should not suffer either - no one released BigAvtoTrans from responsibility for correct operation on the routes that this company still serves.
And here, it must be admitted, the quality of the carrier's work, unfortunately, has decreased: there are fewer buses on the lines, and the intervals of movement are longer.
Having studied the proposals of the city department of transport and communications, the head of the administration noticed that any changes in the city route network must be carried out professionally and carefully, in close cooperation with transport companies- only in this way the mayor's office will preserve the effective system of public transportation created in Vladimir. All changes that will be adopted on this topic in the mayor's office will be adopted in the interests of passengers and for the development of the industry, according to the principle of "measure seven times - one cut."
At present, from the entire list of proposals of the Transport and Communications Department, Andrei Shokhin has approved changes to only four bus routes.

In most cases, however, no explanation is given. One can only assume that either the defendant paid off the debts, or the plaintiff decided not to recover part of the amount from him.

In total, the city administration reduced its claims by 63,016,932.63 rubles. Based on open data, it is impossible to argue that the defendants did not pay this amount, however, the opposite remains unproven.
Fifth reason: there were no contracts
In the course of ten trials, it turned out that contracts with tenants were simply not concluded. That is, the companies used municipal land, but at the same time they did not owe anything to the city.

Indeed, during the voting at the end of April 2011, 27 city council deputies voted for Shokhin's approval as the head of the city administration, only three against. Having won a convincing victory, Andrei Stanislavovich began to optimize the states of the Orange House. Although young people came here, also from the deputies, guys - [Ilya] Potapov came. FOOTBALL AND "MONGOL SHUUDAN"
The head of the administration of the city of Vladimir admitted that he did not know what a hobby was. As a child, he collected postage stamps, and now at his leisure (if he suddenly appears) plays football:
