We rested together with my husband at the end of September. Was in the world chain hotels in Europe and Russia (3 * -5 *), and in guest houses in the south of Russia, so there is something to compare. Choosing a 4 * hotel, I didn't expect to get a 4 * European level (realizing that Turkey has its own concept of 4 *). The main criteria were: nice beach, proximity to the sea, proximity to entertainment and cultural center cities, cleanliness, good food. I am happy with the choice - we got exactly what we were looking for: - Cleopatra Beach is considered the best in Alanya (I think that it is the whole coast). A wonderful park with fountains, benches, exercise machines, etc. runs along almost the entire beach. - 3 minutes to the beach. - The very center - we looked at both historical sights (fortress Kale in particular), and close to the clubs / city embankment. - The hotel is clean, the staff is constantly cleaning up something, cleans up the dishes after you. It is worth removing the Do not disturb sign in the first half of the day, they are immediately removed (even the day before departure). In the dining room, the tablecloths are snow-white, clean (if you eat in the "first wave"). - About the kitchen. It is very different from what we are used to. The hotel itself positions it as Turkish. However, after 3-5 days she ceases to amaze and begins to like her. You need to treat it as part of the introduction to Turkish culture (although, of course, you can not eat everything). There is enough variety so as not to miss homemade food. - The staff is polite and ready to help (they do not know Russian, except for one bath attendant, but they teach them before our eyes, it is better to go with a minimum supply of English or German). Cons: - It is impossible to sleep with an open window (neither on the 1st, nor on the 5th floor) - noise from Ataturk Boulevard. - On the 5th floor, the noise is neither from the pumps, nor from the generators from the roof. - The traditional point is the Internet. In theory, it covers the entire hotel. But for the entire second half of the rest, the access points by the pool did not work, sometimes it was not possible to connect to the network in the dining room, the access point does not reach the distant rooms on the floor, and in general the speed is enough only for browsing the sites. - There is a mosque 20 meters away. Every 4 hours (including at night) the imam praises the Almighty through loudspeakers - each prayer lasts for several minutes. About compatriots. We spent most of our rest with the Germans (at the end, the Turks with the Russians stopped by). How many Germans smoke (it is impossible to be by the pool in the evening)! and how calm it was with the Russians. The hotel is suitable for couples and companies, and not suitable for families with small children, because there is no special entertainment for them either in the hotel or on the beach. We are going to return there next year (again with meals).

The main advantage of Alanya in comparison with many others turkish resorts the climate is warmer. In addition, the service in the hotels of this city, judging by the reviews, is offered to tourists of a higher quality than in the hotels of many other seaside settlements Turkey. For example, well-equipped rooms in this resort are rented in a hotel.Remi Hotel 4 *.

Location

This complex is located in the city itself, in Alanya. Its guests can get to the center of this resort in about 30 minutes, that is, residents of the hotel can use the infrastructure of the cityRemi Hotel 4 *can fully.

Not far from this hotel are such interesting sights as the city lighthouse and the famous Alanya castle. Also near the complex arearchaeologicalmuseum, water park and stadium.

The hotel is about 50 km from the Gazipash airport. But russian touristswho rented hotel rooms Remi Hotel 4 * (Turkey, Alanya), thicketsthey still arrive in Antalya. The airport of this city is about 130 km from the hotel. Tourists get to the hotel from here, judging by the reviews, it takes a long time. The tour operator's shuttle bus goes to the hotel for about 2 hours.

Hotel in relation to the sea Remi Hotel 4 *located quite well. The beach is only about 5 minutes walk from its gate.

General description of the hotel

Receives guests hotel Remi Hotel 4 * inmmulti-storey buildings of unusual southern construction. The complex has its own territory. Here travelers can swim in the pool or sunbathe on the sun loungers. Parking is located next to the complex.Guests of this holiday center can leave their cars rented in Turkey for free here.

The arrival of tourists at this hotel is registered at three o'clock in the afternoon local time, but the reception in the complex is open around the clock. This hotel was built a long time ago. And the last renovation was carried out here in 2008.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with pets in the hotel. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the rooms rented in the complex. In addition to the usual rooms, the hotel also has rooms for the disabled. Actually, the very territory of this complex is equipped in such a way that people with disabilities physical capabilities feel as comfortable as possible here.

What is the housing stock of the hotel

Total in the hotelRemi Hotel 4 *(Alanya)dli have 83 guest rooms equipped. In the rooms rented in this hotel, vacationers can use:

  • air conditioners and minibars;
  • safe and TV.

Telephones in this hotel are installed not only in the rooms, but also in the showers. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi. Hairdryers are provided in individual showers for hotel residents.

Tourists about the rooms

Accommodates travelers in their booked hotel roomshoften even earlier than estimated time. The rooms in this hotel, judging by the reviews of vacationers, are rented rather spacious and comfortable. The maids in the apartments of this complex are cleaned daily, but not very carefully. However, in any case, the hotel rooms do not look dirty.

The disadvantages of the rooms of the complex, tourists include, first of all, weak wi-fi. Also the air conditioners are not very good in this hotel. Unfortunately, they cannot create a comfortable microclimate in the hotel rooms.

Lingerie at Remi, judging by the reviews, is often changed. However, the fact that the shower has run out of gel or shampoo often have to be reminded to the guests separately.

The views from the apartments of this hotel are, as tourists note, not particularly interesting. From the windows of rooms rented at the hotel, vacationers can admire only the garden or the pool. The sea is not visible from the hotel rooms.

Infrastructure

On the territory of the hoteli Remi Hotel 4 *egguests can, for example, take a dip in the pool. The hotel also has its own fitness center. This hotel also has wheelchair ramps. In addition, the hotel has:

  • business room;
  • conference hall;
  • luggage office.

Guests of the hotel have the opportunity to visit a hairdresser, as well as a sauna or a steam bath. Moreover, in this modern complex equipped with a sports hall, as well as a tennis court. For a fee, guests can go windsurfing or snorkeling at the hotel.

Reviews of tourists about the infrastructure

The pool in this hotel, as noted by vacationers, is comfortable.The staff pours a lot of chlorine into it.But guests do not consider this a special drawback of the hotel pool. After all, as you know, in Turkeycoxsackie virus epidemicshappen in last years often. Bleach is at least some guarantee that the hotel will not have an outbreak of this disease.

Sun loungers on site are free for guests. Tourists, of course, also consider these to be the advantages of the complex.

Most vacationers believe that this hotel is best suited for those travelers who love peace and quiet.Tourists looking for various kinds of entertainment at the resort should in any case look for another hotel in Alanya. No noisy hotel activities Reminot provided for guests. There is no entertainment here. Even on TV, hotel residents can watch only one Russian-language channel.Perhaps only the singing of the mullah through a megaphone in a nearby mosque can break the silence in the hotel.

Some disadvantage of the hotelRemi Hotel 4 * (Turkey, Alanya)ee guests believe that its staff practically does not speak Russian. And, unfortunately, the hotel employees do not show any special benevolence towards domestic tourists. More or less sincerely in this complex, the employees refer only to the Germans. And the point here is only that the guests of this nationality give the hotel employees a big tip.

Overall infrastructuretourists from this hotelread quite developed. But still, many vacationers note that for the price they paid for the rooms,serviceinRemi Hotel 4 *better quality could have been provided.Some guests even think that in this regard, the hotel should be assigned not 4, but only 3 stars.

Remi Hotel 4 *: description of rooms

Rooms for rent in the hotel, of course, with meals. About the dining roomhotelon the Internet, unfortunately, there are also not particularly good feedback... The food in a local restaurant, judging by the reviews of vacationers, is rather monotonous and not too tasty. This is especially true, as tourists note, the sweets served at the hotel. Of the fruits in the complex, guests are served only grapes, melon and watermelon. The wine in the dining room of this hotel is also not of very high quality.

Initially we chose another hotel, but there were no rooms available when we came to the travel agency. Hastily chosen this one according to the reviews. I can’t say that it’s really bad, but it’s definitely not 4 *, this is a 3 * hotel good location... Close to the sea and to the museum, water park, damlatas cave, funicular, red tower and a bunch of other attractions within walking distance. Due to the delay in departure, we arrived at the hotel at about half past one in the night. The travel agent (FIT Holiday) asked the administrator to figure out some kind of dinner for us, to which an affirmative answer was received, but they say no goodies, simple food. That was fine with us. The receptionist did not speak Russian well, but in general it was clear in Russian-English what he wanted to convey to us. We were registered quickly, friend filled out the form, left her phone number there (remember about the number, this will be discussed later). Another person from the staff took us to the room, helped us with our suitcases, showed us what was in the room. We immediately noticed that there was a problem with lighting + one lamp did not work. To this we received the answer that tomorrow a technician will come and fix everything. The technician did not come either the next day or on other days. Now about the decoration of the room. The furniture is very old, the mirror hangs at the level of the abdomen and chest, which is incredibly uncomfortable. The TV is small, we really didn't need it, but still I will note it. The air conditioner worked fine. Bed linen and towels were stained, linen was not changed even once a week. They came to clean every day, but so formally wave a rag on the floor, throw garbage in the corners, they could still change towels if they were thrown on the floor, but not the fact that on the same day. We were changed only the next day. The cleaning lady came to the room right before lunch when everyone comes back from the sea and goes to the shower or at 9 am when everyone gets up. I had to adapt to her so as not to intersect, since she knows nothing except the word tomorrow. All the skirting boards in the room were covered in age-old dust. The walls of the room were dirty and torn in places. Glasses of windows and balcony doors have not been washed since the beginning of the season, but they have it everywhere. Noise isolation is not good at the window and balcony door, prayers were heard early in the morning, but basically we were so exhausted during the day that we did not pay attention. The curtains in the room are perforated and dirty, but the night ones blocked the light well. There was no dryer on the balcony, wet towels and bathing suits were dried right on the chairs and railings. The view from the balcony to the backs of the neighboring hotel, however, for a city hotel this is normal and in general, we did not care either. The bathroom is a separate story altogether. It was narrow and long. The hood buzzed there when the lights were on, but there was no sense in it. At the entrance, there is the end of the sink and a cabinet above it. The door opened inward, that is, to open the door and exit, it was almost necessary to get up into the shower stall, since the door had to be opened right up to the wall because the sink was blocking the path. The tiles above the sink were splashed with pasta from the previous occupants. The toilet is old, badly washed, it's time to throw out the brush in general, rusty and dirty. The tile is also old, unwashed. The shower stall was difficult to close, the door constantly jammed, too, everything was unwashed naturally. It is very difficult for even a thin person to turn around because of the tiny size of the cabin, you can cuddle all your elbows, and who is more complete, I don't even know how they washed there. The mixer worked terribly, the water was adjusted for 10-15 minutes, and all the same, it could suddenly go from ice to hot water, burned the heel there while trying to cope with the mixer. Also, all the waterproofing in the cockpit was moldy black. The tile on the floor has lost all its grout, and all kinds of dirt have crammed into it. Towels were provided in this set: 2 bath towels, 2 for the face, 1 for the feet. Beach towels for a fee, sun loungers and umbrellas too. We didn't buy any of this, went with our own towels and just lay on the sand on any of the beaches we liked, no one said a word to us. I won't talk about the beach and the sea, it has nothing to do with the hotel. In general, it is clear that the hotel was updated all except the rooms, but due to poor cleaning, the view is slightly neglected. In the dining room, waiters wash the floors by simply pouring water from the kettle and wiping it with a mop. They just carry dirt across the floor. The glasses are dirty everywhere. As already mentioned in previous reviews, the waiters are very arrogant, they constantly pretended to want to take the plate, although it is full of food, very annoying, it was impossible to eat there calmly, and they strive to take everything. Sometimes they asked about the finish or not, but mostly they muttered something in Turkish or even silently took the dishes right from under their noses. On the tableware, knives and forks, the fingerprints of the waiters were often visible, it was very disgusting. The head of the waiters brought drinks to the guests they liked, usually they were English speakers. The waiters, however, did not offer this to anyone, perhaps because of the language barrier or simply did not bother themselves. As for the food, we didn't expect much as this is a small city hotel. There was always some kind of meat, fish or chicken, maybe turkey sometimes, I'm not sure. For me, most of the dishes were either very salty or spicy, or even both together, which significantly reduced my choice. But we definitely didn’t leave hungry. There were always greens, fruits (grapes, apples, watermelons, plums, nothing interesting, we went to Migros for interesting ones), vegetables, olives were only some canned, fresh olives were only. The sweets were mostly jellies, biscuits or something like oatmeal, nut and raisin jelly, rarely Turkish. Therefore, I hardly ate sweets. On a Turkish day, there were many different foods and sweets, but it was only dinner. Overall, lunch and dinner were no different. Breakfast was rather poor: vegetables, cereals, some sauces, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The pancakes ran out quickly if they didn't come early, and of all this, I only ate them for breakfast. From drinks, as usual, juices a la yupi from the machine, brewed tea, tea bags by the pool, coffee from the machine, all sorts of soda, Efes beer and dry red and white wine. The wine was just in 2 bottles, you had to come up and pour yourself. In fact, there was just three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. From 16 to 17 (or from 17 to 18, I don't remember exactly) it was like an hour of cake, but there was no cake, just waffles, buns and cookies were taken out on the table to the pool, you could have tea / coffee with this if you got hungry ... There was also a bar, but we did not drink anything there, there is nothing to say about strong drinks. As for beer and wine, they are of normal quality, given that I do not like dry wine or light beer, I took them once or twice a glass of each type just to try. We did not use the pool, except that it is tiny there is nothing to say. I don't understand why anyone was swimming there when the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. There was a swing near the pool, we sat there once, the seat was deformed, it slipped all the time, with some spots. There was also a small veranda with tables forever staying under the ashes of people constantly smoking there. Ashtrays were sometimes emptied, tables were not wiped. It is also worth noting Diana in a separate paragraph. This is the administrator of the hamam at the hotel, as it turned out. She declared herself in the morning immediately upon arrival with an unexpected phone call directly to the room at around 8.30, that is, the reception staff transfer personal data to third parties (!!!). And as you remember, we arrived late and went to bed at about 3 am. This madam, without introducing herself, asked when we were going to breakfast and what was already waiting for us downstairs at the reception. I sleepily answered yes-yes, wait, without having the slightest idea who it is, because the meeting with the guide was scheduled for 12. In general, it turned out that she was campaigning for us in the hamam, which in general was part of my friend's plans, she was the first time in Turkey. At first, we even liked it, showed us where / what (as if we ourselves do not know how to read, the hotel is tiny), for some reason she said that we have a bad tour operator (we never had such thoughts, a strange girl in general). While she was showing us the hotel, we met a group of Czechs, Diana asked where they were from, learning that the Czechs muttered something to them like Bye! and went on. We asked why he treats the Czechs in such a way, in response, "They are Czechs!" Probably bad money is being promoted, that's how we thought and went to look at the hotel further. In general, we went to the hamam, everything was as usual, as usual at the end of the "chiropractor" carried out diagnostics, which I refused after a few seconds of hellish pain. Well, the imposition of additional services and so on and so on began, after the refusal, rudeness began, according to experience this is typical for hammam administrators. Actually, therefore, I can not stand them, first they will begin to wring their hands / feet, then impose services, after refusal, outright rudeness. When we checked out, in the evening they asked us to prepare a lunchbox, as they picked us up at 3-40 in the morning. When I opened it at the airport, I was shocked, I thought it must be a joke. The content is: 1 cherry tomato, half a cucumber (half !!!), a flat cake with a palm 5 year old child, a small box of juice and a small container of some kind of sweet pasta like nutella. Taking into account the fact that it takes 3 hours to get to the airport, sit there for 3 more hours, fly for 3.5 hours (there is no food on airplanes now), this is just a mockery. This is the first time I've seen such a meager lunchbox. It's just a shame. Actually, this turned out to be the last straw that prompted me to write this review (therefore, there is no photo either). Now about the phone number. The employee who accepted the questionnaire decided that he could take advantage of his official position and write to my friend in Viber with a request for a meeting, etc. She ignored him, but somehow on the penultimate day he caught us on the beach and started asking her why she wasn’t answering, and so on. My friend does not speak English, I had to translate (I can't say that I am a very good translator). Somehow we got rid of him on the beach, but he wrote again, had to say that he was married, it seemed to stop him. In general, the employees in this institution for the service sector are not at all suitable for the waiters and administrators. If you wash this hotel and change the staff, teach them not to disclose the personal data of the guests, remove the hamam with this whole gang of charlatans, and also change 4 * to 3 *, then it will be quite an excellent institution. If you also make repairs in the rooms, then the stars will not have to be changed. P. S. Forgot to mention the water in the room. It was brought 1 time upon arrival, it was 2 cups sealed with foil. There is a cooler downstairs where you can take water for free. But they don't give bottles for it, you can buy it twice as expensive at the reception and then use the bottle many times. We bought a 0.5 liter bottle of water in migros for 1.2 lira and used it to draw water. Also, in the room, the urn was only in the bathroom, there was no room in the room, we had to constantly go there to throw something out, and there was no special furniture in the room to put a suitcase, so they just lay on the floor in the corner under the kondeem ... He was in some nook. The layout of the room was very strange.
