In principle, it suited us, since at that time we did not yet know about the leaks. I found out that the air conditioner was leaking in the morning when I woke up and got my feet in a puddle. I also found out about the non-working drain that morning, when a friend from the second floor knocked on the door and said that the floor of the corridor was already in the water. We quietly left for our small business and lo and behold, in the evening everything worked and did not leak. Complaining or shouting at Thais is like banging your head against the wall, and the quiet departure from the flooded room worked wonders. At two o'clock in the afternoon we had a meeting with the hotel guide, and we, under the impression of communicating with the meeting guide, decided to go (laugh so cleanly). At the meeting, we were given five servings of noodles in our own juice. Among other things, it was said that you cannot take any excursions from street companies, you cannot take bikes (more precisely, that no one will give them to us without a passport deposit), diving is only possible with hotel representatives. How surprised she was when I showed the bike standing next to the hotel and the passport, which I had with me. She was also very upset when she found out that excursion activities in Thailand are strictly licensed, and even they always carry a Thai with them in buses. (Foreigners (farangs) cannot work as guides). So if you are thinking of going on excursions, but you need to save money, then feel free to take it on the streets. I would like to say one thing about the hotel staff. As you treat them, the same attitude will be for you. The first time we went to the pool, a Thai man immediately followed us and began to fish out the leaves from the pool with a net, I calmly took plates and cutlery to the room, went out to sit on a bench in front of the entrance and immediately a Thai man appeared, which, without asking, turned on fan and light if needed. Also, people from other hotels came to our hotel for breakfast and there was always enough food, even at 10 am. Little cleaning service. The bed was changed every three days, as befits three stars. Towels were changed every day. The trash was taken out every day, the floors were washed every day. As for the pool, I can say the following. If you like to spend time around it, then this hotel is not for you. Everything is very old, there are no umbrellas, the tiles in the pool have fallen off in places. We do not like to sit in one place, and therefore in the morning we got on the bike and drove wherever we looked. Where I advise you to go: 1. A statue of a big buddha. 2. The trail of the gibbon 3.
