In 2017, within the framework of the National Russian Event Awards, 3 regional competitions will be held: Vladimir - North-West, Central, South and North-Caucasian federal districts; Kazan - Volga and Ural Federal Districts; Irkutsk - Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts.
The organizer of the Regional Competition of the National Award in the field of event tourism "Russian Event Awards" in the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts is the Interregional Association of Event Tourism in Siberia (MASTS), Irkutsk.
Organizers of various events, both regional and federal, are invited to participate in the competition - authors or groups of authors from among state, commercial and non-profit organizations that have implemented projects in the field of event tourism. Projects implemented in 2017 before the end of the deadline for accepting projects for the corresponding regional competition are allowed to participate in the competition.
The application and the description of the project should be made on the official website of the award www.rea-awards.ru in the section "Apply". Applications and project descriptions are posted on a dedicated WEB-interface for participants and experts of the National Award in the field of event tourism "Russian Event Awards" www.2R.ru/rea. The competition project can be declared by the author only in one official nomination of the Prize.

On the morning of October 12, the regional final of the Russian Event Wards National Award for event tourism started at the Palaty Museum Cultural and Educational Center. Last weekend - October 28 and 29 - the organizers of the National Russian Event Awards summed up the results of a large-scale competition for the best event in the field of event tourism at the end of 2017.
639 projects from 65 regions of Russia were submitted for the competition. The finalists were chosen in Lipetsk. And the regional stages took place in Kazan (September 30 - October 1 - Volga and Ural Federal Districts), Irkutsk (October 6-7 - Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts) and (October 12-13 Central, North-West, North Caucasian and Southern federal districts). 197 projects from 48 regions of the country reached the final of the national award.
The Vladimir region has collected an impressive harvest of National Prize trophies.
1st place in category "Municipal tourist information center" took the Tourist Information Center of the city of Vladimir, and the third place was taken by the Tourism Development Center MBUK "Intersettlement House of Folk Art and Crafts" of the Gorokhovets District.
Another first place went to representatives of the Vladimir region in the nomination "Children's tourist event"- The winner is the Day of the mosquito.
Grand Prix in the nomination "Best Tourism Event Dedicated to the Year of the Environment" presented to the organizers of the Day of the Forest, which is held in the Sudogodsky district of the Vladimir region.
