The world famous attraction of the island of Tenerife is the Teide National Park. The reserve is named after the active volcano Teide, which is considered a must when visiting the island. This ancient volcano is no less than 5 million years old, and not to visit it is an unforgivable stupidity. Climbing the volcano with a height of 3.5 km, tourists can enjoy the picturesque landscapes that open from above.

8. Mask Gorge

Unusually a nice place in Tenerife - the rocky gorge of Masca. It is remarkable in that its rocky slopes, along which it is still possible to go down, will lead straight to the ocean. Those who dare to descend should stock up on water for several hours downhill, wear comfortable shoes and acquire patience. The reward for such a trip will be a rocky beach near the ocean. You can get back by boat, which runs from here to Los Gigantes.

9. Eagle park

A unique attraction in Tenerife is the Eagle Park. Despite its name, it is inhabited by almost all representatives of the fauna. Here you can meet predators of African savannahs, crocodiles, monkeys from different parts of the world, and even fur seals, which arrange performances in the water arena for visitors. There is even a bobsleigh track in the natural jungle. And performances with trained eagles (which is an out of the ordinary case) are held several times a day. This, by the way, is one of the best places in Tenerife to visit with children.

10. Rocks of Los Gigantes

The Los Gigantes cliffs are the steep slopes of the Teide volcano. Aboriginal people call them the "Walls of Hell" because the black volcanic rocks that make up the rocks evoke awe and at the same time admiration for the forces of nature. The view of this beautiful place is truly incredible. It is not often possible to contemplate such a picturesque landscape. Tourists can also visit the town of the same name, in the port of which dolphins and whales splash.

One of the main man-made sights of the Canary Islands can be called Loro Parque, or otherwise "Parrot Park". Initially, its territory was really inhabited only by feathered representatives of this genus, but now there are many outlandish animals and plants. The park hosts fascinating animal shows all day long, which are definitely worth seeing when traveling in Tenerife. Tourists from all over the world come to Loro Parque with whole families to enjoy a wonderful vacation in this amazing place.

12. Siam Park

Siam Park - the best place in Tenerife, where you can relax after visiting all the listed attractions. To date, the park has set itself the goal of bypassing all other water parks in Europe in terms of entertainment. The entertainment arsenal of Siam Park is so diverse and rich that there are practically no attractions in the world that would not be here. Water attractions complemented by laser shows and other "quirks", leading visitors to indescribable delight. Siam Park is especially recommended for those who are vacationing in Tenerife with the whole family.
