Attractions Guzeripl - what to see

The Museum of Nature of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve has been operating since 1956, and in 1982 it was moved to a modern building. Guests will be able to see here exhibits telling about the flora and fauna of the local region. Among them are rare and endangered plant species, stuffed animals. One room is designed to tell visitors the history of the formation of the biosphere reserve and the people who study this area in different time... The walls are decorated with historical photographs and important documents. Tourists walking here on foot will come across an ecological path decorated with wooden animal sculptures. There is also a mass grave of soldiers who died during the Second World War. The most ancient exhibit is located in the reserve - a dolmen.

Dolmen Guzeriplya is not left without attention of visitors - an ancient structure made of stone, covered with secrets and legends. It is believed that it has a special energy and supernatural power. When visiting dolmens, those who wish do not miss the opportunity to make a wish. Even today, the exact period of construction has not been established, but scientists agree that this is the 1st-2nd centuries. BC. Among the options for the purpose, the most plausible is the one that calls them tombs for sages and elders.

Of course, Belaya is the central attraction of the region, it stretches along the entire Guzeripl. It originates from the top. She has picturesque shores: rounded and sharp colored stones, rocks covered with moss, bushes and trees.

Many call the gorge the most interesting. To him in the village begins hiking trail... IN good weather it is a pleasure to walk through the forest. In autumn, mushroom pickers are often found here. The canyon itself looks spectacular and is an excellent backdrop for memorable photos. The rocks are crowned with lush lush vegetation. The river bed is uneven here, with many rapids. Because of this, the streams of water become quite turbulent and noisy.

Adrenaline lovers and real daredevils come to Guzeripl in the spring to take part in the international rafting competition "Interralli-Belaya". Armed with canoes and rafts, athletes with different countries conquer the river. They start from the bridge and finish at the confluence of Belaya and Kishi.

Another interesting, but completely non-extreme event is held in parallel - this is the festival of author's songs "Primrose". As a rule, during this period, the village is overcrowded with visitors; a friendly festive atmosphere reigns here. There is also a minus - a popular event entails an increase in prices, and it is better to book rooms in hotels for this period in advance.

Adherents of active leisure and extreme species sports will not be bored in the village. Horseback riding, rafting, hiking routes in the protected area and observation platforms make your vacation incredible. Only one thing is worth it, but the surrounding Lagonaki plateau deserves a separate discussion. And there is also thermal springs, however, there are not so many of them as in other cities of Adygea - reviews confirm this.

Guzeripl is a resting place for many residents and guests of Adygea. What is the attraction of Guzerilil?

Guzeripl - geography

The village of Guzeripl (Adyg. Guzerypl) is part of the Dakhovsky rural settlement of the Maikop district of the Republic of Adygea.

Guzeripl is located on the left bank of the Belaya River (not included in the territory of the Caucasian State Natural Biosphere Reserve - KGPBZ), 76 km from Maykop and 46 km from railway station Khadzhokh (settlement Kamennomostsky). The height above sea level is 665.4 m. Further, the uninhabited territory of the Caucasian Reserve stretches. On the territory of Guzeripl, the Molchepa and Zholobnaya rivers flow into the Belaya River.

In the 2000s was built highway Guzeripl - Lagonaki, leading through the recreation center "Partizanskaya Polyana" to the Lago-Naki plateau. At a dead end near Yavorovaya Polyana, a tourist trail begins to the Fisht shelter in the reserve.

Guzeripl - history

Guzeripl was founded in 1924 as a cordon of the reserve and was used mainly by lumberjacks (and before the war and prisoners), who rafted wood along the Belaya River to the village of Kamennomostsky.

how tourist centre Guzeripl begins its history in 1940, when the Guzeripl camp was built there (as a branch of the Kamennomostsky Tourist House), in our time - the Caucasus tourist center.

In 1949, the famous starting in the village was opened tourist route No. 30 "By Western Caucasus". It passes through the glades of Partizanskaya and Yavorovaya to the Armenian shelter, then through the Guzeripl and Armenian passes to the Fisht shelter, and from there through the Belorechensky and Circassian passes to Babuk-aul.

Guzeripl - modernity

In the 2000s, the rapid development of Guzeripl began as a tourist center, as evidenced by the rapidly increasing number of hotels and other recreation facilities in the small village.

Translated from the Adyghe " Guzerypl (gozaripl) "means" road "or" observant ", which is not far from the truth, because this is the last settlement in this direction. Near the village is the rocky belt of the Kamennoye More ridge, and behind it is one of highest peaks Adygea - Mount Tyrba. From the central glade of Guzeriplya you can see the valley of the Belaya River.

In Guzeripl, there is a museum of the Caucasian State Natural Biosphere Reserve, which displays local plants and stuffed animals. The pride of the reserve is the restoration of the population of the Caucasian bison.

On the territory of the museum you can see the largest dolmen in the territory of Adygea (and, fortunately, the whole) dolmen. It is over four thousand years old. On the glade of tourist gatherings on the left bank of the Belaya River, there are the remains of other dolmens.

And how not to mention that the international rafting competition Interralli - Belaya is held annually in May. Thousands of spectators flock to watch the athletes navigate the rugged rapids in kayaks, canoes, catamarans and rafts.

Simultaneously with the rally in Guzeripl on the Polyana of Bards, the festival of author's and amateur songs Primrose is held. Festival participants and spectators live on the banks of the Belaya River in a tent city.

Guzeripl - panoramic points

In Guzeripl, four panoramic points have been created to explore the Belaya River valley.

The first is Small observation deck... It is located on the Black Rock practically in the center of Guzeripl. Besides the river, you can see the eastern part of the village.

The second is the Big Observation Deck (above the Small). It is located on a rocky ridge and allows you to see the central and southern parts of the village.

The third is located on the southern slope of Mount Kazachya. The rocky "shelves" offer a view of the Abago, Atamazhi and Guzeripl mountains.

The fourth - on the slope of Mount Filimonova (on the territory of the reserve), is very rarely visited.

At the foot of the Main Caucasian ridge, at an altitude of 670 meters above sea level, the village of Guzeripl is located, surrounded on all sides by mountain ranges, which creates a special microclimate here, favorable for health.

The Guzeripl settlement is located seven ten six kilometers from the capital of Adygea - Maikop, and forty six kilometers from the Khadzhokh railway station and the Kamennomostsky village. The village itself is located on the border with the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, and a cordon of the reserve was created near the village.

In Adyghe, the name of the village sounds like "gozarpil", which means observation or road. And the name is not accidental, because Guzeripl is the most remote settlement of Adygea, located at the foot of the mountains, he, like a guardian, watches over the beautiful valley of the Belaya River. In the distant past, Guzeripl was a village of woodcutters, but now it is a rapidly developing center of tourism. It is quite possible that in the near future Guzeripl will be able to become the main tourist center of Adygea. The village has already built hotels for every taste, offering many additional services... Supporters active rest can settle down in the glades in the vicinity of the village, on the banks of the Belaya. Tourists are especially fond of the site in front of the village, where in summer time under the treetops you can see small tourist sites.

The first people on the territory of the village of Guzeripl appeared more than four and a half thousand years ago, as evidenced by the presence of a dolmen.

And the village of Guzeripl itself was founded in 1924 as a cordon of the Caucasian State Reserve.

It is curious that during the Second World War, Guzeripl was the only settlement in Adygea that did not fall into the zone of German occupation. It was defended from the enemy by the riflemen of the third company of the 379th Mountain Rifle Regiment of the 20th Mountain Rifle Division of the North Caucasian Front.

The attention of tourists in Guzeripl is attracted by the Museum of Nature of the Caucasian Reserve, where you can get acquainted with the unique exhibits of flora and fauna, with the history of the restoration of the population of the Caucasian bison. Behind the museum is the largest dolmen in the territory of Adygea, dating back to the second millennium BC.

Every year at the beginning of May, international rafting competitions are held in Guzeripl on the waters of the Belaya River, requiring the participants to have self-control, courage and a certain level of skill. The route of the competition begins at the bridge over the Belaya River and ends at the confluence of the Kishi and Belaya rivers. In parallel with these competitions, the festival of the author's song "Primrose" is held in the village, at the "Glade of Bards".

Museum of the reserve, I recommend a visit to every tourist heading to Guzeripl. This place definitely deserves the attention of travelers vacationing in Adygea. The reserve itself is a landmark of the region, and the exhibits in the museum are one of its most valuable parts.

Description

The complex was opened in the mid-fifties of the last century. In the first hall, the exposition tells about the creation of the reserve. The history of the reserve from the time of the "Kuban Hunt" to the present day. In the rest of the halls you can see rare representatives of flora and fauna. Moreover, each exhibit is presented in the form of stuffed animals, placed in their natural environment.

All exhibits are combined into groups (biological), which makes acquaintance with them even more interesting and informative. Here you can see bears and wild boars, as well as wolves. And, of course, a variety of birds. The most beautiful landscapes depicted in numerous paintings.

Opening hours, prices 2018

The museum is open every day, without a lunch break, from 9 to 17.00. It will not be difficult to find it, it is located just at the entrance to the village. On the banks of the famous Belaya River. Walk in Guzeripl and its surroundings

It is worth starting a walk along Guzeripl with a visit to the cordon of the Caucasian Reserve. The protected area begins right in the village, behind the bridge over the Belaya River. A little over 100 people live in the village itself. IN recent times it is actively developing as a tourist center, new guest houses and other infrastructure are being created.

On the right bank of the Belaya, about 300 m from the bridge, huntsmen live on the cordon and museum of Nature of the Caucasian Reservededicated to the local fauna and flora, as well as the history of the restoration of the bison population. Since 1979, this protected area has the status of a biosphere and is part of the international system of reserves of the Earth's biosphere. And since 1999, the lands of the reserve are included in the UNESCO list World heritage... The museum is open to visitors from 10.00 to 17.00 (with a break from 13.00 to 14.00). And on Mondays and Tuesdays - from 14.00 to 17.00.

Museum of nature of the Caucasian reserve

Not far from the museum stands one of the best-preserved large Adyghe dolmens, whose height reaches 2.5 m. megalithic structure, made of large slabs of sandstone, passed over 4.5 thousand years.

In addition, on the right bank of the river. White can visit the monument at the mass grave of soldiers who defended the village during the Great Patriotic War. It is also interesting to see a wide artificial waterfall on the dam of an old small hydroelectric power station, which supplies Guzeripl with electricity. It is located on the right tributary of the Belaya - the Molchep River.

The uninhabited territories of the spurs of the Caucasian ridge begin from Guzeril. Mountain gorges surround the village from all sides. From the south, at a distance of about 10 km, rises abago pasture... The route to it is laid from the mouth of the river. Molchepa. To climb the alpine meadows of Abago, you need to obtain permission from the staff of the Caucasian Reserve.

Mount Abago

At the very Guzeripl r. Belaya receives a large left tributary - the Zhelobnaya River. An asphalt road leads from its mouth to the west, gaining height to the guerrilla "Partizanskaya Polyana" and above it - under the tops of the mountain plateau Lagonaki. It was laid relatively recently to Yavorovaya Polyana, from where tourist groups get along the trail to the Fisht shelter.

Earlier, a narrow-gauge railway ran along the starboard side of the Zhelobnaya valley, along which timber was delivered down to Guzeripl from logging sites on the mountain slopes. Prisoners worked here, including the repressed Don Cossacks. From the village, the forest was rafted along Belaya to Kamennomostsky. To walk to the site of the former logging camp in the Zincionka meadow, you must also obtain permission from the administration of the Caucasian Reserve.

Partisan glade lies at an altitude of about 1600 m near a mountain lake with fish. It is 18 km away from Guzeripl and got its name from the partisan base that was here at the time civil war... During the Great Patriotic War, the cattle collected from the Lagonaki plateau were hidden from the invaders in this clearing. There is a tourist center here, and there is a 0.4 km mountain slope, convenient for skiing. You can get here on foot or by taxi.

Lake at the Partizanskaya glade

The gutter flows down from a beautiful mountain ridge Stone Sea, encircling the high-mountain meadows of the Lagonaki plateau from the east. These places, which are full of sinkholes and cavities, are very popular with cavers. Highest point ridge is rock Nagoy-Kosh, ending in the direction of Guzeripl with a light gray wall of limestone.

Ridge Stone Sea

Yavorovaya glade removed from Partizanskaya by 6 km to the west. It is located not far from the Armenian River, at an altitude of 1575 m. The asphalt road ends here. The name was given to the meadow because of the broadleaf maple growing here - sycamore.

Yavorovaya glade

And to complete the walk around the village of Guzeripl, you can climb the trail to Guzeripl pass, which is located between the unnamed peak and the spur of Mount Otshen. The way to it from Yavorovaya Polyana lies through the Armenian shelter. This route, called "Through the Western Caucasus", was very popular in previous years. From the Guzeripl pass, tourists can go to another pass - Armenian, then - to the Fisht shelter, and through the Belorechensky and Cherkessky passes to go down to Babuk-Aul.
