We were going to the Dominican Republic for a long time, confused only by the long flight and finally decided. For the rest we chose Gran Bahia Principle - the hotel turned out to be heavenly. The territory is huge, they didn't manage to get around everything. Several swimming pools, a water park for children, mini golf, a mini-club, a gym - the richest infrastructure! There was also decent free internet in the hotel lobby, though only for one hour from one device - enough for correspondence with relatives. The food in the hotel is a buffet, and the variety of dishes really went off scale. Meat, seafood, vegetables and fruits on the menu were full of abundance. I especially liked the Dominican ice cream, some of it is especially tasty! At lunch and dinner, drinks are served by waiters, and they worked very quickly and accurately. Every evening we had a themed dinner, plus there are 6 different restaurants on site (visiting them by appointment) - we liked Japanese and Mexican. Bars and eateries were also open by the pools and on the beach - in general, it is impossible to stay hungry in the hotel! The coast and the ocean are gorgeous. The sand on the beach is powdered sugar, it's a pleasure to walk! There are many sunbeds and umbrellas, and you can also take kayaks for an hour, of course, if the weather is normal. We were not very lucky with the weather. In the beginning, everything was super, no waves, no algae - the water surface is like glass, and in the end it was impossible to enter the water, only the sea flora did not interfere with the buoys' swimming. But this did not spoil the rest. The Dominican Republic amazed us with its beauty and hospitality.

My daughter and I rested here for 10 days. We stopped in after lunch, literally in ten minutes we got everything done, gave an envelope with a password from the Internet and settled in. The apartments are spacious, there is where to roam. Towels and bath accessories were allocated for all. In general, the service is at the highest level. The room is cleaned of high quality, daily. At the same time, when they hung up a sign asking for cleaning, they removed it more carefully. Luxurious huge outdoor pool for adults and separately - for small ones. Entertainment events are also held here. The wife and daughter went to aqua-aerobics and something else. Many electric vehicles go to the sea, there are a large number of them, so there is no crush. The sea itself is, of course, very beautiful. White sandwhen there were no algae - crystal water, just a feast for the eyes. When there were a lot of algae, they walked along the coast in search of a place where there were fewer of them. This is perhaps the only negative. The restaurant made me happy. Always delicious, the dishes change, the service is unobtrusive, but impeccable. I would like to say simply "thank you" for a great holiday.

As for me, the hotel is wonderful! Beautiful well-groomed area, which is pleasant to walk around. Big enough hotel room, where it is pleasant to return after the beach in the heat. Just a feast for the stomach, not restaurants! We tried European, Mexican and Japanese food. I liked absolutely everything! It is also worth noting the cocktails, they are really good. The hotel staff know their job and do it perfectly. Very cool animation program. A magnificent pool, in it we were saving ourselves from seaweed at sea. By the way, the weather did not disappoint - the average temperature for the rest was about 30 degrees, but it did not hover, although there is decent humidity here. But this is so, by the way. And the hotel itself and its staff were remembered only for positive moments.

We went to the Dominican Republic for the first time, before that we were in Turkey and Greece, so there is something to compare with. We chose the Gran Bahia Punta Cana hotel complex because of the reasonable price. Unrealistically great rest! The territory is huge, there are many two- and three-storey buildings, these are all hotels in this complex. There is a large swimming pool for adults and children, and one indoor. There are even bars in the main pool that you can swim to and sit on an underwater chair! Electric locomotives run throughout the territory, we used them to get to the beach when we were too lazy to stomp on foot. Very clean everywhere, greenery, palm trees, just a fairy tale! There was a storm of emotions when they began to distinguish parrots on the branches))) We did not have this before! The room was spacious and comfortable. They give out bathrobes, slippers, constantly replenish personal care products. There is a hairdryer, iron and even an umbrella in case of rain, that was really quite unexpected). Air conditioning, ceiling fan are working properly, mini-bar is included in all inclusive. Regarding the restaurant, I can say that we did not see any dissatisfied. Buffet, just a cornucopia of food. For every taste and in any quantity. There are also themed restaurants on site, they go by appointment in advance. We learned about this too late, and we failed to get in. But even that was not very upsetting, because every day in the main restaurant the menu was different! Now about the sea. Very, very warm! We were lucky, our entire stay, the amount of algae was very small! Azure water, velvet sand, shade from palm trees ... Mmmm ... Well, more specifically, beach towels can be changed daily, there are a lot of sun beds, applied algae are constantly removed. The staff is very qualified, especially the chefs. They speak English well, some understand Russian. What can I say, my husband and I have only the most pleasant memories, I think this summer we will visit this wonderful country again!

The vacation turned out to be amazing - we spent two weeks in Gran Bahia, in Puta Cana. The hotel rooms can be summed up in three words - space, comfort and luxury. We lived in the 17th villa, the apartment is bright and well-groomed - the main thing is not overwritten furniture and snow-white linen. In the minibar, water, tea, coffee and beer were included in the room rate and were replenished regularly. There were no complaints about the cleaning either, the girls worked perfectly! The condo and other equipment never let me down, only they changed the room key several times, it was demagnetized and did not work - this is the only thing that unbalanced. The staff is very courteous - they came to help at any time of the day or night. The restaurants served lightning fast, and when problems arose, all other employees did not remain bystanders. By the way, some of them speak Russian very well, so there was no barrier in communication either. The hotel also had its own shopping area, prices, of course, were off scale there, but we bought a few souvenirs. Another little tip, take your dollars with you - the most demanded and profitable currency in these places!

By submitting a booking request, the Buyer understands and accepts the Services as described on the Site and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

    1.2. The process of booking the Services includes the following steps:

    "Two Bananas" accepts the application and checks the availability of the date of interest to the Buyer;

    After the parties agree on the dates, "Two Bananas" sends the Buyer instructions on how to pay for the Services (if payment is not provided upon the fact on the day of the service or the tour);

    The Buyer undertakes to confirm the booking by making 100% payment of the cost of services, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

    1.3. The booking is considered complete at the moment of sending the "Two Bananas" booking confirmation e-mail or by other means of communication to the Buyer.

    1.4. Before completing the booking, the Buyer must inform about his specific needs and services that may be required due to his physical condition, otherwise “Two Bananas” does not assume any special obligations, responsibility or compensation in connection with these needs of the Buyer.

    2. Cost and payment

    2.1. Prices on the Site are indicated in dollars and if, by agreement of the Parties, the Buyer makes part of the payment on the day the Services begin in another currency, the cost of the Services will be calculated at the rate of the National Bank of the Dominican Republic for the current date.

    3. Rights and obligations of "Two Bananas"

    3.1. "Two Bananas" undertakes:

    Make these Terms and Conditions available to the Buyer by publishing them on the Site.

    Provide the Buyer with confirmation of the booking of the Services by email or other means of communication after receiving payment for the Services.

    Provide the booked and paid Services in accordance with their description presented on the Site.

    Inform the Buyer that "Two Bananas" is not responsible for services and products provided by third parties.

    3.2. "Two Bananas" has the right:

    Change the schedule, itinerary or sequence of visits to attractions due to unforeseen, unavoidable, or similar circumstances.

    Stop the provision of the Services if the Buyer makes their provision difficult or impossible by his rude or indecent behavior. If the guides "Two Banana" assess the Buyer's behavior as inappropriate and violating the order at the places of visits, especially in religious and cultural ones, such a Buyer will be denied further provision of the Services without reimbursement of his expenses and compensation for the cost of the Services.

    4. Rights and obligations of the Buyer

    4.1. The Buyer undertakes:

    Agree to the Two Bananas Privacy Policy, booking, payment and cancellation rules as specified in these Terms and Conditions.

    Provide the information required to make the reservation.

    After receiving confirmation of the booking, check the information indicated in it, and in case of errors, inform Two Bananas immediately.

    Purchase travel insurance at the time of visit Dominican Republic.

    4.2. The buyer has the right:

    5. Cancellation, change of conditions and termination of the provision of Services

    5.1. Cancellation or modification of the Two Banana Services:

    5.1.1. "Two Bananas" may terminate the provision of the Services without paying compensation to the Buyer if the Buyer makes it impossible to provide the Services with his rude and inappropriate behavior. In addition, in this case, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the damage caused by "Two Bananas" in the amount of the full cost of the Services and other losses.

    5.2. Cancellation of booking and provision of Services by the Buyer:

    5.2.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the booked Services. Cancellation is made by sending a message by e-mail or by other means of communication specified in the contacts section. Previously unpaid excursions must be canceled at least two days prior to the tour. If the excursion or service was paid in advance (as required by the internal rules of the company and the contract of cooperation with the contractor "Two Bananas"), a 100% refund is possible with a valid reason for canceling the excursion or service, as well as advance (at least 4 days) informing "Two Bananas ".

    5.2.2 If, on the start date of the tour / trip, the Buyer does not appear at the appointed time at the meeting point, then “Two Bananas” reserves the right to withhold the full cost of the Services.

    6. Responsibility of the Parties and Dispute Resolution

    6.1. For all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the Parties agree to be guided by the legislation of the Dominican Republic.

    6.2. Any complaints from the Buyer must be voiced to the heads, guides or managers of "Two Bananas" immediately and must include arguments regarding the discrepancy between the Services described on the website and the Services provided to the Buyer. The Buyer undertakes to cooperate with “Two Bananas” and wait until his substantiated complaint is resolved on the spot, as well as make the proposed solutions to continue the provision of the Services. If the Buyer's complaint cannot be resolved immediately and on the spot, then the Buyer has the right to send it along with documents confirming his correctness by e-mail or other means of communication. Two Bananas will consider the complaint within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.     6.3. "Two Banana" is not responsible for services / products provided by third parties.

    6.4. I often went to the beach alone. Nothing was lost during the whole vacation. Various sports events are held on the beach: contests, stretching, dance lessons, etc. There are many sun beds, enough for everyone. In the shade under an umbrella on a lounger you can not Hopefully :) they were occupied since the night :) 3. There were 3 swimming pools available in our hotel. One by the beach, the second and the third in the center. The pools are large, clean, with bars. There are a lot of sun loungers, you could even be lucky with an umbrella and a shade :) Recreational activities - water aerobics, stretching, dancing, bingo, table tennis, volleyball. 4. The hotel area is huge. If you are too lazy to walk, they carry electric cars. In which part of the hotel to live - everyone's business :) the beach is noisy, at the reception too. We lived almost in the middle, after 23:00 silence. Wi-Fi throughout, somewhere better, somewhere worse, somewhere not at all :) 5. I liked the room. Large, four-poster bed, balcony, large wardrobe. Plumbing is more or less serviceable. The safe worked. Iron available. In the minibar: cola, fanta, beer, water. There were no mosquitoes on the 3rd floor, but those who lived on the first complained. There is almost no noise isolation, you can hear both neighbors and the street. This did not bother us. Wi-fi in the room is ok. 6. Cleaning of the room - we have never met worse yet :) The bed was not changed, the dirty and wet towels were folded as clean and also did not change. When we left all the towels on the floor, they were taken away and new ones were not brought;) The minibar was not refilled, the shampoos and shower gels were not brought, the bathroom was not washed, the floor was always dirty. Hell. All questions had to be resolved through the guest service. And all the same, they were solved once and in part. It was the cleaning of the room that lowered the rating of the rest by 1. A trifle - but terribly annoying. Relief came on 3 days, when another cleaner took over. Everything was clean and beautiful, for the tip it was beautiful and overflowed with everything that was overflowing :) extra towels, shampoos, beer :) 7. Food. Awesome. Gorgeous. They cook very tasty and varied. Restaurants (fish, Italian, grill) - above all praise. Ice cream, fruit available all day. 8. Entertainment boring. In this regard, it is better to rely on yourself :) 9. Excursions. We took from a tour operator - Anex tour. Santo Domingo and Samana. Not saturated, boring. But I'm 6 months pregnant and they didn't take me for interesting and extreme ones :) 10. A month before departure, we still found a review, which said that the hotel is located in the chain, but it is the most extreme to the road, that is, it takes about 20 minutes to the ocean on foot, but trains often go, but we thought that with a stroller it was not a very convenient option for us and turned to the tour operator with a request to replace bahia Hotel Principe Premer to the Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro hotel, which is located in close proximity to the ocean and walk to it for 5-7 minutes) Tour operator requesting free places and taking from us a surcharge in the amount of about $ 900 he rebooked us a hotel.     The voucher clearly indicates the name of the Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro hotel and the name of the Family suit, but at the reception we immediately put on the Premiere bracelets (even before check-in, to visit restaurants) with which we were not allowed to the main restaurant ... we suspected something was wrong and went to figure it out ... - we were told that we did buy a Premier - and that the inscription on the Bavaro voucher does not mean anything and there is simply no Family Suit category in Bavaro. Rather, there are, but they are called Superior suit - that is, we have a mistake in the voucher - which was made by the operator and therefore we are accommodated in the Premier ... there were 20 of us like that from Ukraine ... the reception did not want to hear anything about our surcharges or about The name of the hotel is written on the voucher ... the guide of the host of Terramara - Elena - behaved strangely - she did not take any part in the negotiations at all - at all! Barely calling her, she still arrived - announced that she had written a letter to Kiev and was waiting for what they would say, she did not even try to talk to the hotel staff. Let me remind you that it was Christmas - a day off and the time difference ... it was already late evening in Kiev, that is, she knew perfectly well that now in Kiev no one would decide anything and only she could provide us at least some assistance in negotiations, but no - she just told us about this turned around and left without even trying to help (((

    Having spent a lot of money and time in the next 2 days on negotiations with Kiev operators, after 2 nights we were moved to the right hotel ...
    After 2 days, the youngest girl was poisoned, they ate only the maximum baby food ... they called the number in the insurance and got into the Travel Professional Group ... why? It is not clear - after all, they called the insurance company ... after long songs and melodies they dictated the insurance number to us ... they called back the European Travel Insurance insurance company - they told our coordinates and called the doctor for the child 1, 8, stipulating that we had poisoning and the child had vomiting and diarrhea ... that in 5 minutes they will call back and inform when the doctor arrives ...     By using the Site, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which immediately enter into legal force at the time of starting to use the Site.

    Any booking made on the Website through the booking form, email or other sources of communication provided in the Contacts section automatically means the Buyer's full agreement with these Terms and Conditions and his obligation to pay the full cost of the Services booked by him.

    1. Booking Services

    1.1. The booking of Services and the procedure for their confirmation between "Two Bananas" and the Buyer is made electronically, starting from the moment the Buyer sends a request to book an excursion or service. By submitting a booking request, the Buyer understands and accepts the Services as described on the Site and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

    1.2. The process of booking the Services includes the following steps:

    "Two Bananas" accepts the application and checks the availability of the date of interest to the Buyer;

    After the parties agree on the dates, "Two Bananas" sends the Buyer instructions on how to pay for the Services (if payment is not provided upon the fact on the day of the service or the tour);

    The Buyer undertakes to confirm the booking by making 100% payment of the cost of services, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

    1.3. The booking is considered completed at the moment of sending "Two Bananas" booking confirmation by e-mail or other means of communication to the Buyer.

    1.4. Before completing the booking, the Buyer must inform about his specific needs and services that may be required due to his physical condition, otherwise “Two Bananas” does not assume any special obligations, responsibility or compensation in connection with these needs of the Buyer.

    2. Cost and payment

    2.1. Prices on the Site are indicated in dollars and if, by agreement of the Parties, the Buyer makes part of the payment on the day the Services begin in another currency, the cost of the Services will be calculated at the rate of the National Bank of the Dominican Republic for the current date.

    3. Rights and obligations of "Two Bananas"

    3.1. "Two Bananas" undertakes:

    Make these Terms and Conditions available to the Buyer by publishing them on the Site.

    Provide the Buyer with confirmation of the booking of the Services by email or other means of communication after receiving payment for the Services.

    Provide the booked and paid Services in accordance with their description presented on the Site.

    Inform the Buyer that "Two Bananas" is not responsible for services and products provided by third parties.

    3.2. "Two Bananas" has the right:

    Change the schedule, itinerary or sequence of visits to attractions due to unforeseen, unavoidable, or similar circumstances.

    Stop the provision of the Services if the Buyer makes their provision difficult or impossible by his rude or indecent behavior. If the guides "Two Banana" assess the Buyer's behavior as inappropriate and violating the order at the places of visits, especially in religious and cultural ones, such a Buyer will be denied further provision of the Services without reimbursement of his expenses and compensation for the cost of the Services.

    4. Rights and obligations of the Buyer

    4.1. The Buyer undertakes:

    Agree to the Two Bananas Privacy Policy, booking, payment and cancellation rules as specified in these Terms and Conditions.

    Provide the information required to make the reservation.

    After receiving confirmation of the booking, check the information indicated in it, and in case of errors, inform Two Bananas immediately.

    Purchase travel insurance while visiting the Dominican Republic.

    Pay the full cost of the booked Services on the day of the excursion or service.

    Arrive at the meeting point with the guides "Two Banana" without delay.

    Be personally responsible for being physically able and willing to participate in any activities / activities included in the booked Services and to wear appropriate clothing.

    Conduct yourself in an appropriate manner and within the bounds of decency, as well as respecting local laws and traditions.

    To take care of personal belongings on their own, because “Two Banana” is not responsible for the safety of the Buyer's personal belongings.

    Reimburse immediately and on the spot any damage caused to "Two Bananas" and / or third parties during the provision of the Services, if the Buyer is responsible for causing such damage.

    4.2. The buyer has the right:

    Receive the Services in accordance with their description on the Site, booking confirmation and these Terms and Conditions.

    5. Cancellation, change of conditions and termination of the provision of Services

    5.1. Cancellation or modification of the Two Banana Services:

    5.1.1. "Two Bananas" may cancel the provision of the Services in whole or in part due to circumstances that have arisen against the will and desire of "Two Bananas" and which cannot be foreseen or avoided (force majeure), including declared or actual war, civil unrest, acts of state authorities , sanctions, epidemics, blockade, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural disasters and other similar phenomena that prevent the "Two Banana" from fulfilling its obligations.

    5.1.2. "Two Bananas" reserves the right to change the date or time of the beginning of the provision of the Services, as well as the right to change the route, in the event of unforeseen circumstances specified in clause 5.1.1., Without the occurrence of obligations to pay compensation and compensation for damage to the Buyer.

    5.1.3. If the provision of the Services was interrupted due to the occurrence of the circumstances specified in clause 5.1.1., "Two Bananas" has the right to withhold payment for the actually rendered Services.

    5.1.4. If “Two Bananas” cannot complete the provision of the Services due to the occurrence of the circumstances specified in clause 5.1.1., Then, at the request of the Buyer, “Two Bananas” may reimburse the Buyer part of the amount paid for those Services that were not provided, according to the calculations of "Two Bananas".

    5.1.5. "Two Bananas" may terminate the provision of the Services without paying compensation to the Buyer if the Buyer makes it impossible to provide the Services with his rude and inappropriate behavior. In addition, in this case, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the damage caused by "Two Bananas" in the amount of the full cost of the Services and other losses.

    5.2. Cancellation of booking and provision of Services by the Buyer:

    5.2.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the booked Services. Cancellation is made by sending a message by e-mail or by other means of communication specified in the contacts section. Previously unpaid excursions must be canceled at least two days prior to the tour. If the excursion or service was paid in advance (as required by the internal rules of the company and the contract of cooperation with the contractor "Two Bananas"), a 100% refund is possible with a valid reason for canceling the excursion or service, as well as advance (at least 4 days) informing "Two Bananas ".

    5.2.2 If, on the start date of the tour / trip, the Buyer does not appear at the appointed time at the meeting point, then “Two Bananas” reserves the right to withhold the full cost of the Services.

    6. Responsibility of the Parties and Dispute Resolution

    6.1. For all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the Parties agree to be guided by the legislation of the Dominican Republic.

    6.2. Any complaints from the Buyer must be voiced to the heads, guides or managers of "Two Bananas" immediately and must include arguments regarding the discrepancy between the Services described on the website and the Services provided to the Buyer. The Buyer undertakes to cooperate with “Two Bananas” and wait until his substantiated complaint is resolved on the spot, as well as make the proposed solutions to continue the provision of the Services. If the Buyer's complaint cannot be resolved immediately and on the spot, then the Buyer has the right to send it along with documents confirming his correctness by e-mail or other means of communication. Two Bananas will consider the complaint within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Refunds, after consideration of the complaint, can be made in the amount equal to the non-rendered part of the Services, according to the calculations of "Two Bananas", but cannot exceed the full cost of all services provided.

    6.3. "Two Banana" is not responsible for services / products provided by third parties.

    6.4. "Two Bananas" is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays or deviations from the schedule, costs or other problems for the Buyer in connection with a breach of obligations by hotels, transport companies or other companies and persons providing services, included in the Services purchased by the Buyer.

    6.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of the Dominican Republic, it will be removed from the Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding.
