6. Paragon beach
 7. Orchid island beach

1. City beach of Nha Trang city

The best swimming weather is from mid March to mid October. From November to March, the sea on the city beach is agitated and it is uncomfortable to swim.

This beach is one of the most popular places in the city. You can meet both tourists and local residents here. Vietnamese people love to gather here in the evenings and have picnics. The length of the city beach of Nha Trang is about 7 kilometers, along which there is an embankment with palm trees, benches, outdoor exercise machines and figures made of trees.

There are dozens of merchants walking along the shore, offering corn, coconuts and fruits, glasses and massage. If you are not a guest of a hotel that has its own sun loungers, then you will have to pay from 2 to 5 USD for them. The city beach is a municipal property, so if you sit on the sand with your towel, no one will say a word to you and will not take payment.

As for the waves, in winter and New Year's time, from November to March, most of the time the waves are strong and you can swim with great difficulty. The beach area is formally divided into several zones, below you can watch a video of each of this zone. It is believed that the closer to the river, the more turbid the water. But in the summer months, the water is clear almost everywhere.

Videos from different sections of the city beach

 • City beach in the area of Gorky Park
 • City beach near the old airport
 • City beach in the southern part of the city
 • City beach in the Lotus area
 • City beach in the area of Nha Trang Center

2. Bai Dai Beach

The best time for swimming in the calm sea is from March to November. From November to February, waves rise here, and the beach becomes attractive for various types of surfing.

A couple of years ago, Bai Zai beach was considered wild and people came here to swim in a deserted place, but in the last couple of years, a serious construction of world-famous hotel chains has developed here: Movenpick, Radisson, Fusion and others. Soon there will be a separate resort area with chic resorts.

The sand is white and clean, the water is clear. The depth changes smoothly, which makes bathing comfortable and safe. The waves are light to moderate, with special weather conditions it is possible to surf here. If you go from Nha Trang, then almost immediately after you go down from the serpentine, you need to turn left, on this section of the beach there is a zone of local restaurants and sun loungers. You can sit on them. The Shack Vietnam is especially popular with local residents.

How to get there

You can get to Bai Zai Beach by taxi or moped. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Just tell the taxi driver Bai Zai (Bai Yai). You can also use the transfer.

3. Zoklet Beach (DocLet)

The best time to visit is from March to December. At other times there is frequent excitement and the beach is not as beautiful as usual.

A wonderful beach with white fine sand. The beach stretches for 10 kilometers. The color of the water is very beautiful here. Zok Let Beach is located 50 kilometers north of Nha Trang. It is worth going here for the whole day. You can get here either by car or bike, or from the center of Nha Trang.

There are several hotels, fresh water pools, restaurants and shops. Renting a sun lounger will cost you 100,000 dong (about 5 USD) per person. The disadvantage of the Zoklet beach is that it can be crowded, but the beach is large, moving a little further, you will probably find a secluded area. If you go by land transport, then on the way you can observe white salt fields.

Popular for stops on this beach are Paradise Resort, GM Doc Let, Some Day of Silience Resort, White Sand Doc Let. On the territory of these hotels you can stay and use the infrastructure for an additional fee (5-10 USD).

You can order a transfer to Zoklet beach by following the link transfer to Zoklet beach.

4. Beach Jungle Beach / Wild Beach

The best time to visit is from March to November. At other times, there is excitement and a very strong risk of falling into the reverse course - be careful.

On the beach, there are two hotels Jungle Beach and Wild Beach - hence the name of the beach. The grounds of the Jungle Beach Hotel are reminiscent of the place where the once popular hippies used to hang out. The territory of the Wild Beach hotel is more well-groomed, but recently, Chinese people have been brought here in large quantities, although part of the beach has been allocated specifically for guests and Chinese guests they are trying not to let in this zone.

In general, here beautiful beach with white sand and calm seasurrounded by mountains and jungle. On your way to the beach, you will see a village whose inhabitants are not like those we see in Nha Trang.

To get to the beach, you need to get to one of these hotels - Jungle Beach or Wild Beach (see the mark on the map). The beach is located about 60 km from Nha Trang. Public transport does not go here, so you can get there by rented transport, excursion or taxi. You can order a transfer to the beach

5. Pearl beach

The time to visit this beach does not matter. You can come here all year round.

About 75 kilometers south of Nha Trang is one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast - Pearl Beach. If you visit the beach on your own, you will have to pay 50 thousand VND per person to enter the beach. The sand is fine and soft, the water is calm. But, keep in mind that the beach is located in a bay, so during low tide the water may be stagnant. In addition, the bottom here is muddy.

On Pearl Beach, you can arrange a gorgeous photo session: huge boulders, piers, bridges, a lighthouse, a cascading fountain - all this will be wonderful decorations for your photos.

How to get there

You can get here on your own by bike (it is better to go with a navigator and carefully follow the signs), by taxi - from 70 USD for the round trip with waiting (the price depends on the make of the car and your ability to negotiate). You can order a transfer to the beach

In addition, an excursion with a visit to this beach is offered by some agencies of Nha Trang (about 33 USD, including a visit to the Dragon Labyrinth Chua Tu Van).

6. Paragon Beach (Paragon)

Paragon beach itself is small, but its main advantage is the presence of bulk breakwaters, thanks to which there is always a calm sea without waves. In practice, it is a large natural pool. The beach is considered private, therefore, you can relax here only if there are not too many visitors in the hotel.

For a sun lounger you will be asked for 60 thousand dongs (about 3 USD) c, in addition, you will need to pay “for bathing” - another 20 thousand dongs (about 1 USD) per person.

If you suddenly fail to get to the beach, then you can at least walk along the alleys along the sea and see a large bay where fishing boats gather.

How to get there

To get to Paragon Beach, you can take a taxi to the Paragon Hotel of the same name and walk. You can also get to the final stop, from where you can walk for 5-10 minutes.

7. Beach of Orchid Island on the northern islands of Nha Trang

One of the quietest swimming spots is Orchid Island Beach. In fact, this is not even an island, but a large peninsula that fences off part of the sea, and the beach is located from the inner part of this peninsula. Thus, there is a natural protection against waves. The downside of this place is that it is not easy to get here. You have to choose either an excursion, or independently get to the port using the city and ferry.

The beach has everything you need: sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, toilets and a restaurant. There are also additional entertainment in the form of gardens with exotic animals and birds, jet skis, parachute, etc.

Read more about how to get here and how much it costs in this article about.

8. Beach in the north of Nha Trang in the Hon Chom area

Visiting hours are all year round. In the summer months, the tide is very strong in the afternoon.

There are 2 main beaches in Nha Trang. It is a central beach that often storms and north beach, which is more secluded in the bay, so there are little waves or no waves at all. Very often on the northern beach, it is almost completely calm compared to what is happening on the central beach. Therefore, during the unrest on the central beach, it is worth going and checking how things are in the northern part of the city. You can get from the center to the northern part of the city by taxi or by taxi.

9. Beach at Vinperal amusement park

Visiting hours are all year round. Between November and February, Winperl and Hon Tam Island are great for swimming with children and adults who are afraid of the waves on the city beach in Nha Trang.

Although the beach is artificial, it is very beautiful. This beach is protected by the island of Winperl from the sea, due to which it is almost always calm. The downside is the price, since to get here you must definitely buy a ticket to the Winperl amusement park (the cost is 880 thousand VND). Therefore, it is difficult to travel here every day due to financial reasons, but it is worth getting out 1-2 times per vacation as part of your trip to Winperl Beach. Read more about this park and how to get here.

10. Hon Tam Island Beach

Visiting hours are all year round. Between November and February, Hon Tam Island is perfect for swimming with children and adults who are afraid of the waves on the city beach in Nha Trang.

Hon Tam Island (or just Island There) refers to southern islands Nha Trang. First of all, it is interesting for those who want to spend a secluded vacation in a quiet, ecologically clean place. The island has its own equipped white sand beach. This beach is also famous for its absence of waves, which makes it attractive for people who do not like the large waves in Nha Trang. Recently, the disadvantage of this island is the dominance of tourists from China, therefore best time the time to visit is before 12 noon.

You can read more about how to get here and the cost.

Visiting hours are all year round. Especially relevant this beach, only in the winter months, when bad weather often happens in Nha Trang. but here it is sunny and you can swim.

Tourists who visit the city for the first time enjoy the city beaches only for the first couple of days of rest. The local embankment is clean and well-maintained, but the huge number of tourists on it can tire you. Still others are annoyed by the proximity of a noisy city, especially at those moments when the soul requires calmness and silence. When you want loud music, the roar of motor boats and water scooters not to be heard from all sides, and there was nothing around but palm trees, white sand and the azure sea.

Experienced beach goers, who have been repeatedly, and most of the local residents try to spend their holidays on the outskirts of the city, or outside of it in little-known places, or Bai Dai beach.

Bai Dai Beach

Located in the southeastern part of the city nearby. Locals and European tourists call it differently: Bai Dai, Bai Yai or Bai Zai (the latter is the most correct from the point of view of the Vietnamese language).

Interesting! Its name is translated simply - "Long Beach". It got its unpretentious name for a length of almost 15 km, which makes it the longest beach in the area.

History

For a long time, the area near the beach belonged to a naval base, and therefore it was closed to the public during 35 years old, up to 2004when this facility curtailed its military activities. But for several years after the opening of access, this area was empty and was actually a wild beach, which only knew about locals and the most inquisitive of tourists.

By the end of the 2000s, developers came to Bai Dai, who built several hotels here, laid roads and created an infrastructure for high-quality and comfortable rest. But even despite this fact, the beach remains little known to this day.

Features:

First of all, the beach is different white and very fine white sand, which in consistency resembles flour. It is very pleasant to lie on it, have fun and go down into the water. The descent into the water is gentle with a smooth change in depth, which allows you to swim without the risk of drowning or being covered by a wave, even for young children and adults who cannot swim. It does Bai Dai

The water here is clean and transparent with a pleasant turquoise hue, and the waves are almost absent, or have a moderate height. windy weather can rise here, which leads to the appearance of high waves -

How to get there?

Tickets for trains, buses, ferries, charters

12Go.Asia provides online booking of all modes of transport on one platform, in countries South-East Asia and Oceania.

The beach is located 30 km from the city center. There are several ways to get to it.

By bus

It will not work to get directly to the beach by public transport, because due to the low passenger traffic, no route has been laid to this part of the city. However, tourists who want to save money can use by bus to Cam Ranh airport, which is located just 1.7 km from the beach.

Until some times of the year, one could get to the airport with only one public bus, who once a day left the central bus station of Nha Trang to the airport and back. And also on more expensive minibuses. Apparently, the city officials were pressured by taxi drivers who did not want to admit competitors to a very profitable direction. But this situation could not last forever and in 2017 the transport department launched up to Cam Ranh city bus number 18.

The final stop of this route is in the central part of the city, not far from the European quarter at: Yersin Streer 19-8. Stadium. That is, next to the city stadium.

Opening hours are from 5:30 to 19:00. The fare to the airport: 50,000 dong ($ 2.20), and around the city 10,000 dong (25 rubles).

The bus arrives at the parking lot in front of the terminals, from where there is a direct road to the sea.

You can overcome it on foot in 15-20 minutes, or using the services of a motorcycle taxi, which will take you to the sea for only $ 1-2.

By taxi

Taxis and transfers are conveniently booked on Kiwitaxi.ru - it is an online system for finding a taxi and booking individual transfers.

 • fixed cost
 • meeting with a nameplate
 • 24/7 support

Traveling to Bai Dai by taxi is quite expensive if the passenger does not have bargaining skills.

A 30 km one-way trip on the counter will cost from 600,000 dong ($ 27), but for this price, the driver can wait for his passenger all day until he purchases and goes back.

In total, such a trip will cost almost 60 $, which is unreasonably expensive. If the customer is not too lazy to bargain, he can try to persuade the taxi driver to turn off the meter and knock price up to $ 20.

Another good option to save money is to order a car. via the Uber app.

During the hours with a low coefficient (during low congestion of participating taxis), a trip to Bai Dai can cost as little as $ 15-20.

REFERENCE!On any street in Nha Trang, you can catch a rickshaw or a person on a bike with the TAXI sign. For only $ 7-10, he will take his passenger to the beach with a breeze. But such a trip has several drawbacks: the recklessness of Vietnamese drivers who constantly violate traffic rules and the need to order several bikes if the vacationer is not alone.

On your own bike

For those who do not want to depend on the schedule of public transport and argue with taxi drivers, knocking down the price, the best option would be to rent a bike for $ 6-8 per day.

The motorbike ride from the city center to the airport takes only 40 minutes.

The shortest way to the beach from the center of Nha Trang lies through the northern Halong Bay Bridge. On it you need to get first to the airport, and from there on the road to Bai Dai. You can get directions around the city through the simplest applications with maps in your smartphone, for example: Google maps.

Upon arrival at the beach, it is recommended to put bike to a guarded parking lot near local hotels or cafes, thus protecting it from theft. They rarely happen here, but because of this, you should not neglect the safety rules.

Infrastructure

Almost the entire area of the beach, except for several sections in the center, is divided between nearby hotels. Each of them takes care of the area entrusted to him and makes it comfortable.

Therefore, here you can find all the infrastructure facilities necessary for the beachman:

 • paid and municipal parking;
 • catering establishments;
 • several supermarkets;
 • rental stations for equipment for water sports and boats;
 • pools with bars, discos, nightclubs;
 • sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms;
 • massage salons.

There are vendors on the beach who sell Vietnamese fast food and soft drinks for a small price.

What to take with you?

Apart from a small amount money for beach expenses and swimwear, vacationers in Bai Dai do not need anything else. The most economical tourists can take food, a blanket and an umbrella with them. Everyone else can rent a sun lounger with an umbrella on the beach, and eat at one of the many local cafes, or buy food at the store.

Benefits

The beach has the following advantages:

 • long distance - there are areas with infrastructure, or completely wild beaches;
 • desertedness - poor transport accessibility scares off most tourists from a trip to Bai Dai, so it is very quiet here, which disposes to a relaxing holiday.

Many hotels on coastline offer rooms of all price categories. It is easy to find cheap accommodation here for the night, or for the entire stay in Nha Trang.

disadvantages

The beach has been criticized for the following:

 • some parts of the beach are not controlled by any of the hotels - they are rarely cleaned and are heavily littered in places;
 • it is difficult to get to the beach by cheap transport and expensive by taxi;
 • some are annoyed by the noise of aircraft from Cam Ranh airport.

Hotels on the map

On the coastline along the beach there are more 30 hotels of various price categories.

The cost of rooms in the cheapest of them is from 1000 rubles per day.

Is the beach paid?

In general, the beach is completely free, but some hotels may charge a fee for staying on it, usually this fee includes the rent of a sunbed and an umbrella, as well as the use of a shower.

For the rest of the territory, the cost of renting a sunbed is 50,000 dong ($ 2.20).

Excursions to Bai Dai

At any travel agency in Nha Trang, you can book a tour to Bai Dai Beach.

The tour costs from $ 20 to $ 40 per day of stay.

The excursion price includes: transfer, sun lounger rental on the beach. In some cases, the price includes meals, but rarely. The tour can be booked at any travel agency or even at your hotel.

There is a very beautiful Bai Zai beach 15 kilometers from Nha Trang. It is also called Quiet Bay. It is not as crowded as it is here, but you can hardly call it completely quiet. This beach is loved by both locals and tourists. There is a long, gentle entrance to the water and white sand under your feet.

What is there on the Bai Zai beach:

There is a cafe on the beach where you can taste seafood, buy drinks and coffee.

A small monkey lives here, which tourists feed very well. But the little mischievous girl constantly makes eyes and makes a plaintive look, as if the opposite is true. She sniffs all the treats, tastes them, and then decides whether she likes it or not. In the second option, she just throws out the treat and looks at you slightly contemptuously, because you wanted to feed her with something tasteless. But the monkey's anger quickly passes, she clearly likes tourists and especially to be the center of attention.

The cafe also has showers and a toilet. The waiters can bring the order directly to the sun loungers. A little further along the beach, there is a small floating market. The shopping arcades are located on wooden piles, as many of the waves travel very far. Here you can also have a snack.

We moved to the very edge of the beach, as we wanted to launch a quadcopter and photograph the beach from a height. The waiters asked us to move further, as there was a Vietnamese military post right next to the cafe and the place where we were resting. They say they, like real military men, guard their territory and do not favor such "toys".

On the way to a more secluded spot, we met fishermen. True, they did not notice the "results" of fishing in buckets. After observing them for some time, we came to the conclusion that obviously these fishermen are not here for the sake of catch, but more for the pleasure of the fishing process itself.

Meeting with local guys

On the beach, besides (sunbathing and swimming), we found a couple more. The first entertainment consisted of crab watching. The entire beach was covered with small deep holes that are the houses of these marine life. We haven't seen large crabs, but there are many small ones here. They crawled out and hid.

But the second entertainment was more informative. Walking along the beach, Vova came across a company of local Vietnamese who were taking a break from their workdays. The guys quickly sat Vova in their circle and began to treat him with everything they had. Beer, green mango with salt, small boiled shells and quail eggs. Having quickly mastered sign language, the local guys immediately learned from Vova how old he is, whether he is married and whether there are children. For the Vietnamese, the family is sacred, so when meeting one of the first questions will always be about the family. The locals gave a warm welcome and took pictures with pleasure.

Beautiful Bai Zai beach. For those who want to diversify their beach vacation the very thing.

There are three main ways to get to Bai Zai Beach:

 1. As part of the excursion. Usually a round-trip transfer to the beach is offered for $ 5-10 per person. The cost of the trip also includes sun loungers.
 2. Alone on a bike. Rent a bike on average $ 5-8 per day. We need a road leading to Cam Ranh, part of the way passes along a serpentine.
 3. Taxi. You can arrange a round trip with the driver, the driver will be waiting for you on the spot.

Nha Trang is one of the most popular resorts Vietnam, where tourists from all over the world are drawn. And it is not surprising, because the beaches of Nha Trang offer rest for every taste: youth with club entertainment until the morning or real relaxation in the bounty style. In this article, you will learn about all the beaches of the city and its surroundings.

Tran Phu City Beach

Of course, the most famous beach in this area. This handsome man stretches for seven kilometers, and it is solid light sand. Its color is due to the fact that its structure is special, these are the smallest particles of sea shells. The sand is not as fine as in Phuket, but it is very pleasant, walking on it barefoot is a pleasure!

A stunning promenade stretches along the coastline, from which you can go down to the beach. Although Chang Fu is located in the city center, there is a lot of greenery around. There are lovely gazebos and benches. The area is clean, the park area and the beach are carefully cleaned, although there are foliage and branches from the trees on the sand. The beach is municipal, which means that from early in the morning locals gather on it to take a morning exercise, exercise or swim.

However, you shouldn't swim here in winter. From November to March there is seasonal bad weather. The wind rises, driving the waves. Some daredevils, of course, decide to swim, but with children these months it is definitely not necessary to go to Chang Fu. The rest of the time - beauty! The sand heats up in the sun, at lunchtime you have to jump barefoot to the sea. The bottom of Chan Fu is flat, gently sloping, the approach and depth are comfortable.

You can start trying Vietnamese cuisine right on the beach. It is full of assorted cafes and restaurants, where food is excellent, especially in the part of the beach where it is located. But those who manage to miss European dishes can also find a suitable institution. Russian tourists, for example, adore the Gorky Park restaurant.

Tran Phu Beach in Nha Trang is replete with signs in Russian, even in the menu you can find the Cyrillic alphabet.

Tranquil Paragon Beach

Unlike the city center, where huge waves often rise, the place is quieter here. This is a private beach.

How to get to Paragon Beach in Nha Trang?

Anyone can use the bus number 4 (travel - 7 thousand dong), which goes on the third line. You need to get off at the last stop, Winperl, and walk another fifteen minutes on foot. First, go a little in the opposite direction to the crossroads and turn left there. Another option is to call a taxi from the terminal (it will cost about 80.000 VND).

In general, the road by public transport takes about forty minutes. To go back, you need to come to final stop... Often the bus is already accepting passengers or you will have to wait a maximum of a quarter of an hour.

Paragon features

A beach in the literal sense of the word Paragon can hardly be called. If you look at the beaches of Nha Trang in the photo, it is immediately easy to recognize. It looks more like an artificial pool in a natural environment. The coastal part of the sea is fenced off by a rock. That is, in any weather, there are no waves and debris that beats during a storm. The sand is light, so the water looks turquoise. The sandbank is wide, which means that young children will feel free here.

Some people lack the liveliness of sea waves. But the partitioned space is quite spacious, and there is no impression of isolation. And even during a storm, which can last for several days, it is better to swim in such a closed beach than to admire the ramparts on Chan Fu.

Before the way back, you can rinse your feet near the villa, which is located on the edge. There is a hose with a tap behind the pool fence. Locals do not hesitate to wash their feet there, and tourists use it.

Of the minuses - the modest size of the beach, few sun beds and umbrellas. 40 thousand dongs to pay for admission (children are free), plus another twenty - for admission to the sea. There is nowhere to eat, because there is a cafe only at the entrance. It is better to take a snack and water with you if you are going to visit Paragon Beach (Nha Trang).

Picturesque Pearl Beach

This beach is located quite far from Nha Trang. The most convenient way is to book an excursion (in a Russian travel agency it will cost about $ 33, including a snack). Now groups of tourists are brought here by some travel agencies from Nha Trang. It is difficult to get there on your own, buses do not run.

What makes Pearl Beach different from others?

Pearl Beach in Nha Trang is little known, which means there are almost no people on it. It is located south of Nha Trang. The entrance to the hotel (the beach belongs to it) is paid -50.000 VND. There is a restaurant on the water and a magnificent stone lighthouse. There are huge boulders, palm trees, wooden houses on stilts all around - the views here are unforgettable. It is worth going for some beautiful pictures at least once. If you are planning to take a photo of white sand beaches in Nha Trang, then come here.

The beach is small in size but lovely. In the season, the water is clean, warm, there are no waves even in the daytime, unlike Nha Trang. Natural umbrellas made of palm leaves. If you book a tour, drinks and fruit will be served on the beach. But in winter, the water becomes dirty: in the off-season, many packages and other debris are washed ashore.

Of the minuses - the infrastructure is not at all developed (except for a lonely restaurant and hotel) and far from Nha Trang. Overall, a nice place where you will feel calm and at one with nature.

Fun Beach Louisiana

Where is it located and how to get there?

Strictly speaking, there is no separate beach called Louisiana, this is a part of the city beach, which belongs to the stunning cafe of the same name. Therefore, it makes no sense to write separately about the sea - everything is the same as in Chang Fu. Louisiana is an establishment with its own brewery, so true lovers of the foamy drink flock here. Indeed, it has its own pool and beach. The cafe is located near the middle of the city beach.

You can get there on foot, if you walk along the city beach in the direction of the cable car (Vinpearl), take a taxi, telling the driver the name of the restaurant, or buses No. 2, 4 or 5. The stop is called “ Central beach”, Then walk a hundred meters to the lotus.

What is there on Louisiana Beach?

The restaurant offers visitors comfortable sun loungers with mattresses and sun loungers at the very shore. The area is clean and well appointed. Despite the sale of alcohol, it is calm around, visitors are not raging. Security guards keep an eye on vacationers' belongings and drive away annoying local vendors.

Louisiana beach waiters (Nha Trang) serve people around the perimeter of the beach, quickly bringing beer and snacks. If there are waves at sea, you can use the pool. There are also fresh showers and toilets. The price for renting a sunbed is less than two dollars, a glass of 0.6 liters of branded beer is three dollars with a tail. You can also guess promotions: 3 times a week from noon to one and from four to five in the evening when buying two glasses of 0.3 liters, the third is poured free. By the way, the beer is excellent! Salted nuts are given to him for free, you just need to ask the waiter.

At the tables by the pool, the Internet catches well, there are interruptions on the trestle beds. Disadvantages: the sun loungers that stand by the pool are asked to get off after four in the evening, because the Louisiana staff are preparing tables for dinner. The restaurant (like its beach) is open from seven in the morning until one in the morning. On the downside, it is quite expensive compared to other places.

Overall a pleasant place. No one runs up and looks to see if you took a drink to get the right to occupy a sun lounger and splash in the pool. Live music is played on Louisiana Beach in the evening.

Deserted Bai Dai

Translated from the Vietnamese language, Bai Dai (pronounced in Russian as Bai Zai) means "long beach". It really is like that - stretched as much as 15 km. There used to be a military base here, 20 km south of Nha Trang.

Bai Zai Beach, Nha Trang - how to get there?

You can get there by renting a car or by taxi. You can bargain with the driver: for 500 thousand dongs you will pay for the road from the city and back with waiting. This is a common thing in Southeast Asia: the client is resting - the driver is waiting. Payment after delivery, in Nha Trang.

The beach, of course, is not as well equipped as Chang Fu. There is natural debris everywhere: twigs, leaves, seaweed ... But Bai Zai is not in vain listed among the best beaches in Nha Trang. An atmosphere of peace and spirituality permeates everyone. The sea is clean and calm (waves only in winter). There are few people, and the landscapes are mesmerizing.

If you got here on a rented car or motorcycle, they can be left in the “parking lot”. This is a small area where you can leave the iron horse. Locals take a bribe of only 5 thousand VND - for this money they will act as security guards. You don't have to worry about transport, because for residents it is one of the main types of income (except for the sale of seafood).

Entertainment and prices for Bai Dai

Bai Dai Beach in Nha Trang is great for surfing: there is a decent wave in winter. You can rent a surf: you have to pay 180 thousand dongs per hour. They offer different boards to choose from; in poor English, the owner will explain which one is best for what purposes. Money is taken only after the board is returned - they trust.

There is infrastructure only at the very beginning of Bai Zai, from the city side. There are several cafes there. Local restaurant menus offer Russian translation of dish names. True, it is difficult to understand what a snapper or triggerfish is. And the owners often don’t know a word of Russian. Local merchants are not yet spoiled by tourists, they even rejoice in a tip of 20,000 dong. The prices are low, and the attitude towards customers is warm.

There are many kilometers behind cafes wild beach with snow-white soft sand and crystal sea water. Locals clean up marine litter at low tide. The Vietnamese do not think much about disposal, they just bury the finds in the sand. The entrance to the sea, depending on the ebb and flow, does not change: it remains gentle, but the shallow water at low tide is small.

Fishermen are frequent guests here. They swim on boats in the form of cans - it looks very authentic!

This is also a remote beach that does not go public transport... If you rent a bike, you can drive from the center of Nha Trang to the beach in an hour. We must be prepared that the traffic is crazy: on the road, trucks and lorries drive no worse than racers, and often motorcyclists rush along the oncoming lane. You will have to go 65 km north of the city. On your own you have to go along the АН1 highway. When you see the Huyndai Shipyard sign, turn right.

As you drive along the coast, you will see fishermen and smell the fresh fish. You will be convinced that you were not driving in vain. The place is magical, of those that paint in pictures. You can stay in a real bungalow. The owner is a man who is probably already under a hundred years old. For $ 65 a day you can live happily with three meals a day. Or you can pay for a one-time visit ($ 5).

You can stop by between two hotels and everything will be free in this no-man's land. If you are not taking a taxi, but using a rented vehicle, it is convenient to buy gasoline from the locals. At the front door of the houses, you will see green bottles. Drinks can also be purchased. In general, "Jungle Beach" is a heavenly place! Clean beachnot loaded with people.

You can get to Vinperl (by the way, actually it's called Hon Che) by ferry by sea or by cable car... Of course, the second option is much more picturesque: you can admire the views of the sea and the islands around. The cable car starts from the central Winperl ticket office, near the Nha Trang port. The cost of an adult ticket is 800,000 dongs (about $ 35). The price includes travel by funicular (in both directions) and entrance to all parts of the park.

Things to do?

The park is just wonderful! It has a lot of entertainment, but you can easily get lost. We advise you to take a free card and move along it.

Visitors to Vinperl say that one day is negligible for a local amusement park, you will probably want to come again. There is an amusement park, a slot machine room, a shopping area with souvenirs and decorations (prices are higher than in Nha Trang), a water park, an electric sled, an oceanarium, and even a fountain show!

On the beach - as always, white sand, crystal azure water (warmer than on the city coast), an abundance of sun loungers and umbrellas, and no problem to take a seat. You can rent a jet ski, the cost of this pleasure is about $ 44 / hour.

By the way, almost all the beaches of Nha Trang have amazing sand, which is loved not only by tourists, but also by sand flies. Insect bites are not dangerous, but they itch very much, and wounds heal for a long time. Local pharmacies have remedies: just show the pharmacist the bites and they will give you the medicine.

You should also be careful with the sun. On the Vietnamese coast, even those who usually only get a tan get burned. Do not be lazy to use strong sun creams, and then the beaches of Nha Trang will leave you only pleasant memories.

The beaches and attractions of Nha Trang are marked on the map in Russian.
