Neogene system (period)

Neogenic system (period), Neogen (from neo ... and Greek. Gynos - birth, age), the thickness (system) of layers of rocks deposited in the penultimate period of the geological history of the Earth. The neogenic system refers to the Cenozoic Group (eR), following the Paleogenic system (period) and preceding the anthropogenic system (period). The beginning of the neogenic period is determined by the radiological methods of 25 million years ago, and the duration of over 23 million years. The non -ogenic system is divided into two departments - Miocene and Pliocene, which were highlighted, in Italy in 1833 an English geologist Ch. Liel. The name of the non -ogenic system (period) was proposed in 1853 by the Austrian geologist M. Gurnsom. For the knowledge of the non-beam system of the Government of the USSR, the research of the Russian scientist N. I. Andrzova (from 1882 to 1917) had the main importance (from 1882 to 1917). The results of these studies serve as the basis for the stratigraphic separation of the non -ogenic system in the territory of the USSR. They were supplemented and developed by the works of Soviet scientists: V. P. Kolesnikova, B. P. Zhizchenko, A. G. Ebarzin, R. L. Merklin et al.; Neogene system Far East L. V. Kristofovich studied, and others. Abroad studies on the neogenic system were carried out by Bulgarian scientists P. Gochev and E. Kenom, French - Sh. Deperer, E. Ogom, M. Zhinhu, Austrian - M. Nymiree, S. Schafer, Hungarian - K. Krechi-Count, L. Lopi, Romanian - E. Ekelius, S. Chokordel and others. Stratigraphy of the Neogenic system in the field of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans was studied by G. Finley (New Zealand), R. Kleinpell ( USA), Bolley (Switzerland) W. Blow (United Kingdom).

Divisions

The deposits of the neogenic system are everywhere dismembered by two complexes - Miocene and Pliocene. The first is represented by the marine sediments of the lower and medium minezen and the hypsiposal deposits of the Upper Miocene (Messinia). The lower horizons of Pliocene deposits (Pleasans) are predominantly clay; Often they fill narrow, but deep river rone valleys, Nile, etc. The upper layers of pliocene, isolated by sands (aces), are common outside the valleys, on more extensive spaces. In Italy and Greece in Pliocene there are many volcanic thickness. In the depressions of Central Europe, sedimentation on average Miocene occurred in the conditions of poorly communicated with the sea pools, which were divided into the end of the Miocene and formed saltwater lagunies and lakes. In the latter, the Sarmatian fauna of mollusks developed, and later - Panneon and Pontic Fauna. In the south of the USSR, within the Black Sea-Caspian region, separated from the World Grocery of Grocery Growing at the end of the Paleogen mountains, there was an insulated pool, sometimes communicating with the ocean. The lower Miocene and the bottom of the Middle Miocene are presented here by the top of the thickness of the Maicopian series, which accumulated in very large, but isolated from the ocean pool. The overlying layers are represented by either salt-water marine (Tarkhan, Chokraksky), or freshwater (Karagan Tier) and then again by the shipping (Konksky Tier) sediments. The Upper Miocene is complicated by the formations of the desired Sarmatian lake and the marine sediments of the Miotic tier. At the beginning of Pliocene at the site of the Black and Azov seas, a saline Pontica was located, then the Kimmerian lake, which was separated from the Caspian, preserved into this era in the form of a small reservoir in the south of the basin. At the end of Pliocene (Akchagyl Century) there was a last large sea transgression connecting with the ocean. The Akchagyl Sea in deep valleys of the Volga and other rivers penetrated into the depths of Eastern European Plain (to Kama) and to the limits of the Caucasus, leaving deposited in them, under the conditions of the location similar to the Plasens of Western Europe. Continental and powerful volcanic thickness of Pliocene are common in the Caucasus.

In the south-western Asia, the depidians accumulated mainly continental deposits, especially those powerful in Beloohistan and the foothills of Himalayas (Mount Silovik), where the locations of the bones of non -ogenic mammals and other animals are connected with them. In Indonesia, the non -ogenic system is represented by a powerful complex of marine and continental deposits, among which there are volcanic strata. Based on the comparison of the fauna of mollusks, Foraminifera, as well as vertebrates (for continental layers), it was possible to allocate all the most important divisions of Miocene and Pliocene, compared with the European Summary Deposits of the Neogenic System distributed over the entire periphery of the Pacific; They are composed of powerful sedimentary volcanogenic strata of Kamchatka, the Kuril Islands, the sedimentary strata of Sakhalin, the Japanese and Philippine Islands, the south of Alaska, coasting California and Mexico. Significant strata of the non -ogenic system are common in Central America on the Islands of the Caribbean Sea, in Venezuela and other areas. Stratigraphy them is based on the fauna of sea coastal mollusks and Foraminifera. In 1968, based on the materials of deep-water drilling, the study of non -ogenic sediments of the seas and oceans began. The precipitation of the neogenic system is opened by wells in the Atlantic, quiet and Indian oceans and in the Mediterranean Sea. In tropical, subtropical and moderate climatic areas at a depth of 3500--4000 M, the deposit of the neogenic system is represented by limestone alms consisting of planktonic microorganisms (foraminifera, nanoplavankont); At large depths of the abissual plains - red pelagic clances with radolaria. In boreal areas (Bering Sea, the Aleutian Islands, Antarctica) to the neogenic system include diatoms and clays, marine glacial sediments. As part of the deposits of the neogenic system, volcanogenic sedimentary rocks (Pacific Ocean) are also found, plaster (Mediterranean and Red Sea), turbidates (quiet and atlantic oceans).

general characteristics

In the Alpine Folded Area of Yu. Europe and South-West Asia at the end of the Paleogen, the Orogenic Stage of Development began, which was expressed in lifting the numerous mountain ranges (Alps, Carpathians, Balkans, Dinar Mountains, Apennel, Caucasus, Crimea, Ponta and Brand Mountains, Beloohistan, Himalayas, etc.). The growth of the mountains was accompanied by the formation of intermountain and edge depressions, which have become stiffed and filled with the products of the erosion of growing mountains (MOLASSI). As a result of the movements of the earth's crust, sedimentary strata were collected in the folds. At the same time, large introductions of granites took place. Along the faults, magma penetrated the surface, pouring into the form of lava cover and forming volcanic cones. The main centers of volcanism were the Apennine Peninsula, Small Asia, Y. Balkan Peninsula, the Caucasus. At the end of the period, the formation of deep depressions inland seas - Ligurian, Tyrrhen, Ionical, Black, Caspian, as well as the Adriatic, marble. All of them have relatively steep sides and flat bottom. Under them, as geophysical observations show, there is no granite-metamorphic layer of earthly crust and directly under the sedimentary strata lies the basalt layer. According to the structure of the bottom, they are similar to the collaps of the oceans. In Indonesia, underwater mountain ridges, transmitted in the islands chains, formed deep-water geosyncline gutters and the basins of the surrounding seas. According to the periphery of the Pacific Ocean along the edge of the mainland, raised mountain Systems (Cordiller, Andes, Kamchatka, Japan, Philippines, New Guinea, New Zealand), Growth of Island Arc and the formation of deep-water gutters and Kotlovin. Outside the active areas of the periphery of the Pacific Ocean and the Mediterranean belt of Eurasia in many areas of the continents in N. p. Intensive movements were also observed, expressed in the mural lifters of the mountains and the deepening of their depression. At this time, Mountain Asia Mountains were formed: Tien Shan, Kunlun, Altai, Sayan, Baikal, becoming a ridge. Weaker raises were also experienced by the Scandinavian mountains, Atlas, Urals, Appalachi, Mountains of East Australia, etc. At the same time, in two active areas of continents, within Africa and Asia, the formation of deep rift depressions (failures) of the earth's crust and raises. This is the system of rabes of the district of Lake Baikal, Angara, Barguzin, etc., as well as the system of rabes of East Africa and the Red Sea. The movements on the faults of the last system were accompanied by earthquakes and strong phenomena of vulcanism, pronounced by the huge cones of the existing (Kenya, Kilimanjaro, etc.) and extinct volcanoes, with large fields of tuffs and lav. Similar, but less grandiose was the formation of Rhine Valley, accompanied by volcanism. The formation of rhypsal depadies occurred in the axial parts of the mid-co-economy ridges of all oceans, which was also accompanied by intense volcanism and earthquakes. The relief disseminance led to the fact that the deployment of the non -ogenic system was partially formed in separate more or less isolated pools, which cause a large variety of lithological composition and contained In them organic residues. Within the central parts of the mainland, the deposits of the neogenic system are widely and represented by continental precipitation of minor power. Only in the foothill and intermountain depressions, they sometimes reach a huge power measured by several km; Sands, sandstones, clays, mergels, organogenic limestones, as well as powerful pebbles and conglomerates of the mountains are dominated; Places are known coal rocks with brown coals. In the arid areas, the accumulation of powerful thickness of plaster, potash and other salts was accumulated. At the end of Neogen, glaciers and glaciers were formed in the northern mountain countries. In Antarctica, they appeared at the beginning of the neogenic period in Neogen, the formation of modern continuity contours and oceans and the main features of their relief were. The location of the climatic zones and the nature of the vegetable and animal world were also close to modern.

Organic world

Most of the birth and many types of plants are neogen (especially Plyocene) exist, although their geographical distribution has changed in many cases. The climate of the northern hemisphere at the beginning of Neogene was a warm and wet than in the modern era, but gradually increasingly approaching modern. In Siberia, broad-sized forests prevailed, in Western Europe In areas located at relatively high latitudes, palm trees, laurels and myrtles grew. By the end of Neogene Siberia was covered with coniferous taiga, although walnuts were still growing along the valleys of rivers. In Western Europe, by the end of N. p. Evergreen forms were pushed back to the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, replaced by the north of flatfall and coniferous forests. The processes of gradual cooling and increasing climate dryness are mounted on fossil flora of the northern and southern hemispheres. The fossil flora of the tropical belt differed very little from the modern. On the plains of Central Asia and Kazakhstan, close to modern steppe and desert vegetation also existed since the beginning of the unicuned period. The start of neogen in Europe was accompanied by a sharp update of land fauna: died out the silence, ancient predators - Creodonts, many groups of primitive hoofs. To change, they appeared representatives of many new families, most of their existing dynamics: the ancient views of bears, badgers, hyenas, first probible (mastodonts and dinoteries), horses ancestors - Anchiteria, first pigs, antelopes, deer, bulls, sheep, man-like monkeys . Among them, there were, in particular, monkeys - the ancestors of a person, the fossil parts of the skeletons of which are found in the continental sediments of the Upper Miocene of North Africa of the Iplocene of the East African rift zone. There were new births of insects and rodents (for example, tubes). Mammals of North America at the beginning of Neogen developed apart and were significantly less diverse. In the middle of Neogen (Upper Miocene) between the continents of Europe, Asia and North America, there was a link on land (probably in the field of Bering Strait), which led to large migration migrations and their further development. At this time, a very homogeneous fauna of the steppe type is spreading on extensive spaces of Europe and Asia, the most characteristic and typical representative of which was a three-nailed horse - Hipparion. In some more young sediments, Neogen meet the most ancient remains of affection, wolverines, real horses and elephants. The end of neogen is characterized in Europe with the disappearance of many animal genera, which, however, continue to exist in modern countries of the tropical belt. South America for most of the neogenic period was an isolated mainland, which developed a peculiar fauna of gigantic latheless, silent, hoofs, rodents and flat monkeys, completely alien to the northern hemisphere. Only in Middle Pliocene there was its connection with North America, and penetrated from there a more highly developed fauna of mammals began to quickly push out local forms, which in the modern era were preserved in a small number of species. Australia was isolated from the beginning of Paleogen, there were developing the sizes, sometimes reached gigantic sizes. In the sea fauna of the non -ogenic period, and diverse, plate-like and diverse mollusks, foraminifera are especially abundant and diverse. Almost all their childbirth and many species exist Dynam. In closed and semi-folded, at times of the desired seas and large freshwater pools, in the south of the modern territory of the USSR, a peculiar lamellar-loophogo and buncrhetic mollusks developed, the study of which made it possible to develop a very detailed stratigraphy of the sediments of the non -ogenic system. Large stratigraphic value also have foraminifera and codes.

Minerals

Numerous minerals are associated with non -ogenic sediments. From sedimentary minerals, the most important fields of oil and gas in the foothill and intermor defamions of the Middle East, California, Alaska, Japan, etc. In CCCP to oil and gas regions that meet major foothills, the Carpathian, Azov-Kuban, Terek-Caspian; intermountain variables - Transcarpathian, East-Black Sea, South Caspian and Fergana; Intranavid depression - Sakhalin-Okhotsk, South Okhotsk and Anadyr. Numerous in the non -ogenic sediments of the Burya Coal and Lignites deposit, stone coals are somewhat less often. Thus, on the territory of CCCP, deposits of the Far Eastern, Kolyma, Central Yakut, Amur, Pribaikalsky coal-eyed provinces and regions, Transcarpathian and South Ural Burglards, etc. foreign Europe Burgographic deposits in GDR, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, and others are known. In Asia, the largest coal deposits are connected with Anatolian Rugged Pool, coal deposits are also known in India, China, Southeast Asia. Significant reserves have coal deposits of Northern and South America and Australia (Latrobe Valley pools, etc.). The sulfur deposits are noted mainly with evaporite formations (preparpathose, the Apennine Peninsula, Sicily), as well as deposits of salts (Predarpathia, Transcarpathia, Transcaucasia, Central Asia, etc.). Marst deposits of Titan, Tin, Ilmenite, Rutila, Zircon, etc. were formed, Many Boxite Fields of Tropical Belt (Jamaica, Guyana, Suriname, Ghana, Guinea). Bentonite and paligorskite clays, Alunites, Perlites, Kaolinites, Galluazita are also significant. Limestones, quartz sands, sandstones, diatomites, clay are used as building materials, ceramic and cement raw materials. Numerous and variety of mercury, tin, lead, zinc, antimony elements, and other elements forming ore belt (Polymetallic Belt Peru, Golden Belt of Ecuador, Tin and Copper Bolivia Belt, Copper-Silver Bolivia Belt, Copper-Silver deposits of Central America, Medical sandstones of Tajik depression, polymetallic fields and mercury ore provinces of the Alpine Flat Belt, incl. Transcarpathia). In the northwestern and western parts of the Pacific coast, incl. On Koryak Highlands, Kamchatka, Kuril Islands, Sakhalin, Cassiciterit-sulfide, crooked, mercury, antimony ore provinces, lead ore deposits, zinc, copper, gold, silver, molybdenum, arsenic, chromium and other metals. The areas of intense volcanism and magmatism are promising for searching for non-ferrous metal ores. In the oceanic regions, sand-clay shelf sediments in many areas of oil and gas pool: Mexican Bay, Caribbean Sea, Guinean Bay, Mediterranean, Red, Bering Sea, Alaska Bay, Japanese and South China, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, California. On the northeast shelf of Australia, the productive stratum is timed to the Miocene Rifam. Large prospects are associated with iron orders, containing many valuable metals (nickel, copper, cobalt, etc.), and phosphorites. Phosphorites and phosphatisated precipitation and rocks are distributed both on the shelves and in the upper parts of the continental slopes and in pelagic areas, mainly in the underwater mountains. Part of the rock enriched rocks has the Miocene age - the shelves of the North-West, South-Western and South Africa, the eastern and Western shores of North America, New Zealand, the underwater mountains of the Pacific, Indian and Atlantic Oceans.

Miocene Epoch

From 25 to 5 million years ago. Throughout Myocene, the continent was still "on the march", and during their clashes there was a number of grand cataclysms. Africa "crashed" to Europe and Asia, as a result of which the Alps arose. In the collision of India and Asia, up shot Himalayan Mountains. At the same time formed Rocky Mountains And Andes, since other gigantic plates continued to mix and enrolle each other. However, Australia and South America still remained isolated from the rest of the world, and each of these mainland continued its own unique fauna and flora. The ice cover, which began to form still in oligocene, has spread to the entire Antarctica during the Miocene. This led to even greater cooling of the world climate. With a decrease in the steppe temperature, the steppe has steadily grow up and ultimately occupied a significant part of Africa, Asia, Europe, as well as North and South America.

More and more herbivores

In Miocene, mammals became much more and more diverse, among them there were many herbivores. By this time, the "ruminant" stomach turned into an ideal mechanism for digesting herb. As a result, in Miocene, a kind of explosion occurred, which generated new types of herbivores capable of "chewing a chewing." Rush animals can fill their belly with a huge amount of food, to digest which you can and later. At the same time, if a predator attes to a ruminant animal, it can take it from it, carrying a reservoir of feed for a few days ahead. Once in safety, the animal can do without unnecessary hurry to digest the eaten. In the course of this peculiar "ruminant revolution", the number of the ancestors of the current antelopes, buffaloes, deer, giraffes and sheep increased dramatically. In North America, antopoin-like Wilorogues lived - their bizarre horns grew on them at the tip of the nose. There are many new types of teeth to cope with herbal food, the former herbivore teeth have undergone two major changes. First, the pattern of tubercles on the chewing surface of the teeth was significantly more complicated, and they became self-folding. Now on the teeth, as we were erasing, rows of durable enamel ribs were formed, which remained sharp all the life of the animal. Secondly, the individual teeth developed much wider crowns (the part of the tooth, which is given over the gums) and they became larger. These innovations, like the appearance of root holes (which ensured blood flow to the growing part of the tooth), contributed to the fact that the teeth of animals began to grow all their lives. Now the constant friction of the teeth of each other no longer led to their premature wear.

Circular Overview

The need to adapt to predominantly herbal stern is not the only problem that arose before new Miocene herbers. No less serious problems were associated with life on open plains, where herbivores were constantly in sight of predators. To survive in such conditions, the animals needed good circular vision, giving a wide or even 180-degree review (with such a review of the eyes are located on sides of the head, and animals see what is ahead, and what is behind, remaining still) . Such vision allowed her herbivore to notice the danger in time, which, in turn, improved the interaction in the herd. In order for the herd to have more chances to survive in the open area, there were special methods of carrying, the "guard service" (when individual animals are diagonally through the whole herd), as well as more advanced signals and information exchange systems inside the herd.

Third Horse Message

Throughout myocene, the horse continued to increase in size. Merigipus in size was equal to the current pony. The middle finger on each of his leg was disproportionately large compared to the same finger at his predecessors, and it can be said that Merikgippus walked all his life on tiptoe, - more precisely, did not go, but quickly ran. Numerous tubercles on the indigenous teeth helped him chew hard grass. Previously, horses were forest residents and fed to gentle and juicy foliage. However, by the beginning of the Miocene, they adapted to life on open plains.

Forests are able to feed only a limited number of animals

The spread of steppes and the gradual disappearance of forests in Miocene was greatly affected by the increase in the number of populations of herbivore mammals. Less trees - less energy that they "give" animals. Imagine a minute ordinary tree. Most of its energy it consumes support for himself. To this end, it develops a special solid barrel and a lot of branches. In a moderate climate, animals per year can consume only a very small part of the edible substance produced by wood. On deciduous trees (which are annually discharged by the foliage), the leaves generally grow only six months a year, and the fruits and seeds (with the exception of nuts) appear only for several weeks. So, the forests of moderate belt may be for the year only a limited number of animals.

Third message about elephants

Now the elephants have become much more like modern. Mastodont - it is called Platibelodon ("shovelobille") - I paved my way through the thickets like a severe bulldozer. From its lower jaws protruded wide vopotoxy fangs, which he knocked out of the soil different plants. Denoteries was much larger (about 4 m in the shoulder). With the curved fangs of the lower jaw, he might have pushed edible roots as large forks.

Grass - a tireless manufacturer of food

With herbs, everything is quite different. In general, grass - plants fast-growing and rather stable climate change. Most of the trees are low. Only a few grow up to one or two meters or more, the rest is much lower. As a result, a herbaceous plant consumes extremely little energy to create support structures - simply because it almost does not need it. But almost all its grass is spent on the production and accumulation of nutrients. Thus, the steppes form extensive zones of increased pho-tosynthesizing activity and can provide food numerous animal populations.

New teeth for hard work

A sharp increase in the amount of grass on land in the Miocene Epoch meant, in fact, the emergence of a fundamentally new food source. However, at first, the herbivore mammal was not easy to use the resources of this bottomless storage room. Some of their species were even extinct, because they could not adapt to herbal diet. Mammals whose teeth were designed for chewing up soft foliage, it turned out to be not easy to switch to such hard and fibrous food like her grass. For such animals, herbal "diet" meant constant enhanced chewing, and their teeth were quickly wearing, creating them serious problems. After all, mammals do not have an unlimited reserve of teeth, and toothless jaws mean for them an inevitable hungry death. Responsible problem arising from new Miocene herbivores. No less serious problems were associated with life on open plains, where herbivores were constantly in sight of predators. To survive in such conditions, the animals needed good circular vision, giving a wide or even 180-degree review (with such an eye overview are located on both sides of the head, and animals see what is ahead, and what is behind, remaining still) . Such vision allowed her herbivore to notice the danger in time, which, in turn, improved the interaction in the herd. For a herd to have more chances to survive in an open area, special methods of carrying "guard service" have been developed in it (when individual animals are diagonally through the whole herd), as well as more advanced signaling systems and information exchange inside the herd.

One of the largest among modern sharks is a large white shark, reaching the length of 10m. But this giant would seek the dwarf in comparison with one of his ancestors, Carryodon Meghalodon. This fish dwell on Earth with Miocene on the Pleistocene Epoch. And although Carryodon Megalodon is known to us only in fossil teeth, scientists were still able to recreate his appearance. Take a look at the photos of two teeth at the top shown in the natural value. The one that left belongs to an adult big white shark. The other is the fossil Tooth Kar-Harodone. Scientists have compared both teeth and, based on the size of the large white shark known to them, estimated that the length of Kharkroodona from the nose to the tip of the tail should be made up of at least 20 m.

Long legs for fast running

Long legs are also a valuable help in lifetime on the plain. They allow the animal to keep their head high above the ground and thereby better overlook the surroundings. Well, of course, long legs serve their owner an indispensable means of salvation in case of danger. Therefore, during myochen, the limb of herbivores gradually adapted to the rapid run. The bones of the lower part of the foot over time were lengthened, and the bones of the top, on the contrary, became shorter. The main muscles responsible for the movement of the limbs were also shortened and was now located above, closer to the blades and iliac bones, where they were connected to the animal torso. With such a structure of the muscles, the animal could perform long jumping, spending the minimum of energy. The legs of the herbivore living on the plain weigh very little and do not have a lot of power. However, they are ideally adapted for flight from a predator and allow the animal to cover long distances at high speed, it is only to enter the proper rhythm of the run.

Khalikoteria were a very strange group of mammals. They looked like a horses and rhino. Claws on their limbs indicate that they are harvested rather roots than grass.

Miocene ecosystem

We can get some idea about the Miocene Ecosystem, if we turn to its modern analogue - the Breeding Savannam. Herbal plain provides various types of food of various animals. In the savannahs of East Africa, zebras eat coarse tops of herbs, and the antelopes of the GNU their scorn with leaves are central parts. Gazelles are identified by the seeds rich in protein and shoots from the land itself. Beard-lumps often drop their knees to reach the earliest grass or dig away from the ground edible bulbs and tubers. There are in Savannas and herbivores that find food above the highest herbs. For example, a black rhino feeds on wood bark, thin branches and foliage, but the elephant eats grass, and the leaves of trees, often absorbing the day to 250 kg of vegetation. Well, the giraph growth makes it possible to avoid any kind of competition, since it can break the twigs and foliage at an altitude of 6 m from the Earth. Thus, the various types of herbivorous animals do not claim food resources each other, and the feed here is enough for everyone. Perhaps it was also in the time of Miocene: various species existed at the expense of various parts of the ecosystem.

Egiptopitek, a small man-like monkey, lived on the territory of modern Egypt to the oligocene era, about 27 million years ago. He had a short tail and an outstanding jaw. This is not a direct ancestor of man, but perhaps the predecessor of the current human monkeys.

Other houses and new travelers

At the same period, other new buildings appeared. At the beginning of Miocene, the rows of birds were replenished with new species of parrots, pelicans, pigeons and woodpeckers. A little later, the first crows and falcons joined them. Such new mammals, like mice, rats, guinea pigs and dickeranes evolved violently. A strange group of horse-shaped animals appeared - they are called Khalikoteria. Big claws resembling hooves, they dug out edible roots. From now on, animals could freely move from Africa to Europe or Asia and back. Soon there was a kind of bilateral movement, in which the elephants migrated from Africa to Eurasia and North America, and cats, buffaloes, giraffes and pigs traveled in the opposite direction.

First man monkeys

The first primates were small animals similar to agriculture. They appeared on Earth about 65 million years ago. Evolution continued to work in this direction, and for the middle of oligocene two main groups of primates - new light monkeys (in South America) And the monkeys of the old world (in Africa and Asia). Soon from the African branch, another group of monkeys occurred, which became the ancestor of man-like monkeys and ultimately a man. The brain of man-like monkeys is larger than others of their relatives. In addition, they have no tail, and long and strong hands are perfectly adapted for lasagna in trees and jumping from branch branches. Fossil remains of a small man-like monkey came to the hands of scientists, which the Egyptopitecom ("Egyptian Monkey") was called. She lived in Africa to the oligocene era, about 27 million years ago. No one can say with confidence that it was Egiptopitek who was the attitude of modern man-like monkeys, but this is not excluded at all. Shortly after the start of Miocene (about 24 million years ago), another, more highly developed man-like monkey - driopitek, similar to the current chimpanzee appeared. These animals quickly moved from their African homeland, through the land "bridges" to Europe and Asia. Apparently, Driopitek walked on two legs, but ran and climbed on trees with all four limbs. Perhaps he even endured food in his hands. So, the history of mankind was supposed to begin.

The form of the Nose of African and Asian monkeys (left) is different than their South American congor. In monkeys from new light (America), flat noses, with widespread nostrils, facing different directions (the one that is left). And in monkeys living in other parts of the world, thin noses with nostrils directed forward or down.

The British, and later, New Zealanders, reacted to the islands purely pragmatic, they considered a new place as a farm, let a large, but still a directing courtyard. Each species was delivered consciously, and he was intended for a certain place in the structure being created, the settlers brought their way and habits from the distant England and recreated everything in a new place. Unfortunately, the brought animals came out from under control and nature put everything in its place, not as it was planned initially. In this article, I tried to bind to the dates of the veins of animals and understand what a particular view was called for

New Zealand, during a long period separated from Gondwana (an ancient supercontinent of the Southern Hemisphere), had a rich fauna endemics, however, there was practically no mammals.
Before the arrival of a person in 800 of our era, only three types of small bats, sea lions, sea seals, as well as whales, were found on the archipelago.
So it was until the current nailed to the shores of Maori's combat cakes, which later, the indigenous population of New Zealand. Usually, all ecological troubles blame only Europeans, but Maori made their contribution to the change in the animal world of the islands. In 1280, they brought with them a small rat, which was used as a pet, as well as food. And destroyed one of the three types of bats.
The new archipelago southeast Australia opened the Dutchovetz Abel Tasman. In 1642, his team landed on one of the islands, but the locals killed several sailors than they scared the researcher and, if so to speak, postponed the change in the fauna of the archipelago for a hundred more years
The first European mammals landed on the archipelago together with Captain James Cup in 1773, these were goats and pigs. The Englishman specifically released them on the islands during his second travel to New Zealand as a food source for victims of shipwreck. Early researchers, kitoboes, seal hunters and settlers used animals in food and for Barter with Maori
Pigs distributed locals, giving each other. Maori quickly appreciated the gastronomic value of new animals, as well as their ability to dispose of food residues
With the first Europeans on the island penetrated and unwanted guests, which there have always been a lot on rodent ships. Black rat, homemade mouse and gray rat (Pumpkin) were the first and only mammals of which were accidentally delivered.
All others were introduced quite consciously, which led to irreversible changes in the flora and fauna of the islands
The beginning of the colonization of the archipelago was noted in 1814, and domestic cats appeared with the first settlers. But the cat, as you know, walks by itself, so these left due to control, increasing our population, and bringing a big damage to the unauthorizing types of birds, putting them at risk of extinction
In the same year, the first settlers bring cows with them (I imagine what it was a difficult work, given the technology of transportation of livestock at the time). In a long journey, it is necessary to keep a huge smell of feed and the most important water, such a valuable in the sea. But traditions are traditions, what kind of Englishman yes without a cup of tea with milk
Analyzing the species set of immigrants, which the British have brought to a new place, can be divided into several groups: pets, farming animals and hunting
Stormy development in England of the textile industry, the rapidly growing demand for wool was given to the impetus to the colonization of New Zealand, the purpose of which was the lands of pastures for sheep. The first sheep appeared in 1830 and became one of the symbols of New Zealand, it ended in the UK, the words of Thomas Mora "Sheep devour people", so these animals were considered as a symbol of wealth, so it's not surprising that they are one of the first arrived on green Meadow of the new homeland. In the first sheep farms, they contained mainly merino, as the wool was more in demand than meat, because it was easier to deliver to the metropolis, and before the first refrigerator vessel, it was necessary to wait half a century. The appearance of sheep changed the landscape of the islands is the most voracious among farm animals, they eat about 250 types of herbs, leaving local herbivore fauna without food source.
Although some local species found the use of aliens. Nestor Notabilis who lives on the islands before the appearance of Europeans was fed mainly fruit, insects, nectar of flowers, less often Padal. But as soon as sheep was delivered to the islands, the parrots learned to hunt them, and very tricky way: the strongest and large males choose the lamb in the lamb and weaken, dive to her back and, tightly clutching claws into the wool, tear off their powerful beak. The wounded animal simply expires blood or rushes horrified, falls and breaks the neck. Well, here on the meal flies the whole flock!

Three years later, the company of the Sheeps amounted to Australian Schedule Potsum, Kuzu (Trichosurus Vulpecula) - it was the first of the Australian species introduced by Europeans to the island of New Zealand. Posses were delivered for the development of fur trading: the fur of these animals was in demand in the world market and the British decided to master the new market for their products. Some practical importance "New Zealand Bear" has so far: his meat is supplied to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia, the local industry processes carcasses to dog food and cats. However, this is the benefits of the grass and limited.
In Australia, the population of the Posses was controlled by Dingo dogs, forest fires and poverty of vegetation. In New Zealand, they exist in favorable conditions, so they multiply twice a year. The number of posses is estimated at 70 million individuals, their share accounts for 7 million tons of vegetation in the year.
The Huzu applies great harm to forestry, drinking young shoots, and the valuable breeds of endemics trees suffer; Climbing on the columns, animals overload the wires, dilding at the same time and leaving entire settlements without light. In addition, they are pavements of tuberculosis, food competitors and natural enemies of terrestrial snails and birds. Now the symbol of New Zealand - Kiwi Bird (Apteryx Shaw) lives under the constant observation of naturalists and the pressure of posses. First of all the forces try to multiply, so as not to have time to disappear, the second is trying to disappear by all the truths and are trying to disappear.

In 1838, the first view of the "animal for entertainment" of the rabbit will be taken to the islands. British big hunt lovers - begin to form a hunting fauna. From the moment of colonization, a little more than 20 years have passed and not only working farmers appeared in society, but also bored aristocrats. Methods of mathematical modeling were not yet known yet, and no one guess that rabbits in the fertile conditions of New Zealand would be broken much faster than the hunters would be able to shoot them. As a result, it was almost undervalued only an emerging agricultural economy of a young Europeanized Zealand - rabbits were devastated intended for sheep pastures with lightning speed
Some rabbits, for some reason the British seemed little and in 1851 they introduced the Western European hare Rusak
Further, Europeans bring animals only for their beloved hobby for hunting. Between 1851 and 1923, about 1000 British deer with farms were released into a wild environment to provide hunting hunters. But in a beautiful climate and in the absence of predators, the population went down and began to threaten agriculture. Then the New Zealand began to regulate the number of shooters, and meat to sell to European countries where it has traditionally been in demand. Over time, the flow of venison to Europe has increased and people thought about commodity production and began to organize deer farms. The first license for the deer farm was issued in 1969. By 1979, there were 800 reindeer herding of farms, and interest was so great that only the year was already 1540.
Deer domestication in New Zealand became a wonderful phenomenon.
In fact, it was the first animal in the last 5000 years, which managed to tame, while goats, cows and others have already served a person of hundreds of centuries.
This was achieved with the help of a unique combination of a number of factors:
deer Salt System was developed in nature
nobody, including the government, did not oppose the catch of deer, because they were recognized as "harmful" animals
large population of wild deer Provided Farm Ready Livestock
moderate climate allowed year-round pasture use
In 2005, there were more than 1.7 million farm deer (for comparison: 5 million cows, 40 million sheep). New Zealand has become the world leader in reindeer herding in terms of its technology and the relative contribution to the National Economics

According to the legend of Maori, the indigenous inhabitants of New Zealand, their homeland remained under water for a very long time until the Great Maui pulled out giant fish from the ocean puchin. Actually, it was she who turned into the North Island of the Archipelago, and his southern island and numerous islets were appeared from the broken beating fish of the boat of the hero. The hook, which was caught by New Zealand, Maui threw on the sky - this is a "tail" of our constellation Scorpion.

Favoring the legend thousand years ago, Maori was unlikely to know about the distant past of this land. However, many scientists believe that there is a grain of truth in it, - long ago, when a person has not yet been and in risen, the waves of the Pacific Ocean completely hid a new Zealand, buried all the livelihood there. It is estimated that this transgression (so a scientist is called a flood) happened about 22-25 million years ago, on the border of oligocene and myocene epochs, and several million years have lasted until New Zealand rose again over the waves.

Such a history of the archipelago paints researchers who simulated the movement of New Zealand after she broke off a piece of gondwana, known to us now as Antarctica. Diving to each other Lithospheric plates slightly "poured" New Zealand during its flight to the north, and the melting of the Antarctic ice at the beginning of Miocene only raised the ocean level. In general, it was not possible to escape from Antarctica.

The theory of the Great Flood confirms marine sediments along the entire surface of the islands, and the complete lack of fossils of any terrestrial life between 20 to 25 million years ago.

However, at least a small patch of the New Zealand Sushi still remained over the water all this time, Australian and British paleontologists argue.

Scientists under the leadership of Marka and from the University College of London dug out on the real treasures of the New Zealand southern island, the real treasure - fossils of the teeth and jaws of Tautara, whose age is estimated at 16-19 million years. Description Posselse Published in Proceedings Of The Royal Society B.

Tuatar, or Gatteria, cannot be confused with anyone thanks to a unique tooth "lock". In its upper jaw there are two parallel rows of teeth, between which teeth are the only lower row, when the jaws are closed. Such a design leaves very characteristic prints on the teeth, which saw Jones and its co-authors.

Tautairs are the only preserved type of whole detachment of the oldest reptile - Sphenodona. Their ancestors went on the ground along with dinosaurs and survived the latter, but gradually the range of their habitat was reduced, until he bought to the New Zealand archipelago. At the two large islands of New Zealand, Taucar finally finally finished the white man - more precisely, the rats, which he brought with him. Now these nervous animals are found only on three dozen small uninhabited islands scattered around New Zealand, primarily on Stephen Island.

According to Jones and his colleagues, a fossil, which is several million years of an ancient flood, clearly indicates that at least some part of the southern island remained land. Tautairs remained on the archipelago since his flight from Antarctica, and if New Zealand disappeared under water 20 million years ago, it would have to colonize the islands. But at that time, thousands and thousands of kilometers were already to the nearest land.

Fly Tuhatairs do not know how to cross the ocean on an improvised raft - such in Paleobiology happens - could not because of the characteristics of their skin. Tuhatairs are very intensively losing moisture and died from dehydration for several days, traveling through the salt ocean. In this sense, Tautara - a much more convincing argument in favor of preserving some part of the sushi than the fossil skeleton of a tiny mammal from the same early Miocene, found several years ago near the place of the current find.

But how much specifically the land peeking out of the water, Jones and his colleagues can not say.

And although the illustration of this note is an unconditional exaggeration, even 1% of the current territory of New Zealand is a thousand times more than the territory of the already mentioned Stephen Island, where more than 30 thousand relict animals live.

As for the fate and evolution of the Tuachar themselves, these studies are just beginning. Miocene petsense of the jaws of animals is a real gift for scientists, because only the fossils of the Sfenodonov-contemporaries of dinosaurs and the remains of Taucar from Pleistocene were known, which could well be hunting ancient people if they had reached New Zealand. What happened to the sphenodones in the range of 70 million years, it was not clear. It seems that at the site of this white spot begins to draw something.

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand soldered from the Gondwana for another 200 million years ago, in the Mesozoy, in the Triassic period. Its most of it to the Cenozoic was covered with the sea, and the sushi was a small islands. And only in Miocene, when the mountains rose from the ocean, New Zealand acquired modern outlines.

New Zealand has one distinctive feature - the absence of mammals. The Ocean barrier was irresistible for them, and those habitats, which in other continents occupied the beasts, in New Zealand got birds - Birds running: Moa and Kiwi, which probably occurred from ancient flying birds. There were also the short-legged Moa - Emida, and long-legged - dinornis three-meter growth. These birds lived in New Zealand until Polynesian hunters got there and did not kill them. The last bird of Dinornis was killed 200 years ago, and today Paleontologists are studying her

skeletons whose whole cemeteries were found in New Zealand. Today, Kiwi land birds are the only indigenous people. And in a quiet starry night, you can still hear their plaintive cry, for which they received their name.

Tens of tourists died in the eruption of the volcano in New Zealand

Text: Maxim Makarychev

The eruption of the volcano on White Island in New Zealand found out several dozen tourists there. As a result, according to local rescue services in Tuesday morning, at least five people died, dozens of tourists were declared missing. Information about missing citizens of Russia has not been received.

According to local media reports, not less than 20 people were injured, some of them are in critical condition. While the huge column of ashes and smoke rose to the sky, they managed to evacuate on the boats with a pier on the shores of the island. On Tuesday evening it became known that at least 50 people were located on the island. Taking into account the dead and saved, about three dozen people remained, the fate of which remained unknown. After the island of the island on the helicopter, the local police reported that "there were no survivors on the island and people were buried under the ashes layer." They, as clarified in the local branch of the Red Cross, were tourists from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, India and a number of European countries. These people committed a walking tour at least five boats and went ashore after the mooring of ships. The Deputy Commissioner of the New Zealand Police, John Tims, explained that sending rescuers to the island was still too dangerous due to the fact that it was covered with ashes and volcanic material. " In addition, experts do not exclude new and more powerful eruption Volcano.

The fire-haired fence on the island of White Island is considered one of the most visited tourists of active volcanoes in the world. Foreigners are popular with one-day hiking tours to the island, where they are brought to the boats and show the top of the crater. On video frames that distributed in the social network one of the users, climbing climbing to the volcanic crater is approximately an hour before it is eruption. On a direct broadcast that one of the tourists led from the head of the crater, a group of smiling travelers is visible. Suddenly, the images were darkened and the shooting was interrupted. According to eyewitness testimony, which managed to leave the island in time and watched the eruption of boats, the volcano, located about 40 kilometers from the shore of the abundance bay, threw a huge amount of ashes into the air, which soon covered the large territory of the island. The white smoke coming from the crater, according to the estimation of seismologists, rose to a height of about 12 kilometers. Brazilian tourist who was on White Island a few minutes before the eruption, said that many tourists received "extensive burns". Allesandro Kaufmann wrote in Instagram: "There were two rounds around the volcano. Our one was first. Another tour was followed immediately for our. We left the island. Not passed and five minutes, as the volcano began to erupt. People from another tour, which arrived after, could not Go from the island on time. " According to him, the island "was covered with a large layer of volcanic ash."

Meanwhile, according to the Air Force, on December 3, the Geonet website, which specializes in monitoring geological hazards, warned that "the volcano can enter the pump phase, which is more likely than usual." In turn, the Associate Professor of the University of Auckland Jan Lindsay said that the level of alerts on the danger of eruption was recently elevated from one to two units and informed the organizers of the tours. According to him, White Island is a private island with a large number of private tour operators and is not under the control of the government.

Activists blocked the ship off the coast of New Zealand, protesting the production of oil

Ten activists in the port of Timaru in New Zealand continue to be on board the Skandi Atlantic auxiliary vessel, which should serve the mining platform of the Austrian Omv oil giant.

They locked in the premises in different parts vessel. Even eight people detained by the police.

At dawn on November 24, 30 people, including climbers, rose on board Skandi Atlantic, so as not to give him to get out of the port, in protest against oil production off the coast of New Zealand.

Various ecological groups are involved in stock: Extinction Rebellion, Otago without Oil and 350 Aotearoa. In addition to activists located on the deck of Skandi Atlantic, and those who locked in the premises, a team of four climbers, including the Austrian activist Greenpeace Magdalena Bishof, climbed to his mast.

Auxiliary Bahamas Islands It was preparing to leave the port of Timaru and go to the north to serve the 34,000-ton oil tower, commissioned by OMV, which is now off the coast of Taranaki.

OMV is going to start drilling three petroleum wells there, and then another on the coast of Otago in the area of the Grand Southern Basin (mostly sea area south of the South Island of New Zealand). OMV intends to maintain the most dangerous type of oil well drilling at extreme depths.

The Greenpeace Amanda Larsson Climate and Energy Campaign participant says that the participants of the action represent the widest sections of the New Zealand society. "OMV oil tower is located almost 50 marine miles from the coast of Taranaki, and ordinary New Zealanders are practically unable to take peaceful actions to resist directly."

"By occupying an OMV auxiliary ship, we want to delay the installation of a monster, which is going to engage in the drilling of oil in a climatic crisis, added Amanda. "We protest here in order not to give this platform quietly and imperceptibly destroy the climate away from the public."

OMV is one of 100 companies whose share accounts for more than 70% of emissions in the world. Larsson says that OMV can wait for the continuation of resistance from people across the country: "People protest against companies that are allowed to look for new oil and burn it in a climatic crisis, threatening the lives of millions of people. Let OMV be prepared: We will be everywhere. "

These are not the first protests against OMV plans. Last month, the shares were held near OMV headquarters in Austria, where a climatic activist, a representative of the people of Maori, Mike Smith (Ngathi Kahu Ngapuhi) stated that he filed a lawsuit against the general director of OMV Rainber Slage in the International Criminal Court. In the past few days, the shares against OMV were held in Dunedin, Wellington and New Plymouth.

Unrest in New Zealand against the background of statements about Russian intervention in the election "Birds of the Year"

Charlotte Graham Maclei | The Guardian.

"(...) These elections provoked war wars, the appearance of full-sized billboards and rewritten between opposing campaigns, and now accusations in Russian electoral fraud. Organizers of the New Zealand Competition" Bird of the Year ", a harmless survey that attracts public attention to the state of local bird species, Rejected the charges that the results of 2019 were distorted as a result of a dishonest game after it was found that a large number of votes were received from other countries, "the GUARDIAN newspaper reports.

"People build all sorts of theories about Russia's involvement in New Zealand elections," says Megan Hubscher, a representative of the Independent Public Organization for the Conservation of Nature Forest and Bird, which conducts an annual vote. "But we can assure everyone that this time it seems to be honest."

"For the 14-year history of the competition, the organizers improved the means of protecting elections in response to hacking attempts, and a survey of 2019 was still the safest. In 2018, 300 fraudulent votes were filed in favor of Baklan, who tried to influence On the course of the match (...), "reported in the article.

"(...) The results of a survey, published on Monday, contain voices from 92 countries, says Hubsher. Most of all foreign votes were filed from Australia (684), it follows United Kingdom (682), USA (563) and Russia (335 ) "," informs The Guardian.

"However, Hubsher said that, apparently, the new feature of the polls, according to which the voting should have confirmed their choice of 4-digit code, prevented hacking attempts. And although Twitter users from New Zealand quickly came up with conspiracy theories, Hubsher added that all Voices from Russian postal addresses looked legitimate, "refers to the publication." She suggested that Russian ornithologists who pursue harmless interests could be responsible for the voices. "

"New Zealand actually divides the birds with Russia," Hubsher said. "Small Verternist lives here, who annually flies there and back."

The Parliament of New Zealand in final reading approved a bill on reducing carbon dioxide emissions to zero by 2050.

"Today, the draft law on climate change response measures (zero carbon emissions) was adopted in the third and last reading, which will allow New Zealand to achieve a zero carbon emission level by 2050," the message on the Facebook page of the New Zealand Parliament.

According to the draft law, its goal is to launch the work of the mechanism, "with the help of which New Zealand can develop and implement a clear and stable climate change policy, which will contribute to global efforts to limit the average temperature to 1.5 degrees. In the framework of the Paris Agreement. "

Prime Minister of New Zealand Jasind Arden, speaking in parliament, stressed that it is proud of this decision that "leaves heritage."

"I hope this means that the next generation will see that we were in New Zealand on the right side of history," Arden said.

The Paris Climate Agreement was adopted on December 12, 2015 in Paris and entered into force on November 4, 2016. It is aimed at strengthening the global response to the threat of climate change. The document was signed by 175 countries, including Russia. For the first time in history, he combined the efforts of all world powers to contain climate change.

The agreement came to replace the Kyoto Protocol from 1997, which established the quotas for greenhouse gas emissions only for several developed countries, but the United States came out of this agreement, and a number of other countries did not fulfill the agreement.

Currently, the participants of the Paris Agreement are 197 countries, of which 185 ratified it. The United States in August 2017 notified the UN on the intention to leave the Paris Agreement.

Now the country takes the 28th place, last year it was at the 31st position, and even eight years ago was at all on the 120th line. Due to what managed to achieve positive speakers again?

Russia climbed into three lines - from the 31st to the 28th place - in the new ranking of the World Bank of Doing Business. Analysts associate a positive trend with tax reforms, strengthening the protection of minority shareholders' rights, as well as simplifying the process of connecting to electricity in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In the Ministry of Economic Development, it is believed that the main task for the future is to achieve stability. However, analysts pay attention to the promotion of Russia in the list slowed down. In May Decals for 2012, President Vladimir Putin ordered that Russia entered the top 20 for 2018. According to a new order, in the first twenty, Russia should be by 2024.

Vladimir Putin joked about the new rating. During the plenary meeting of the Summit "Russia - Africa" in Sochi, the Acting President of the Republic of Mauritius reported that his country had risen in the ranking on the 13th place, to which the Russian leader immediately responded: "You behave immodestly - from the 28th place In the Doing Business rating, they moved to the 13th, and Russia from the 31st - just on the 28th. We have taken your place. "

In Troika Leaders, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, then go to Denmark, Korea, USA and Georgia. All countries of the Baltic States are also before Russia.

Business FM asked Russian entrepreneurs, where they are easier to conduct business. The fact that in Russia is "immeasurably simpler," the general director of Levenguk, which produces optical technique, Anton Epifanov said. The company has offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Bulgaria.

- In Western Europe - in Italy, Spain - the opening of Jurlitsa took three to four months. In Eastern Europe, a little quickly, but still this months. Especially long in Hungary and Bulgaria. In Italy, the minimum authorized capital costs 10 thousand euros, and in Russia, for example, 10 thousand rubles. Feel the difference. In Spain - three thousand euros. On the services of a law firm, which makes out all the documents, it is necessary to allocate three or four thousand euros, plus 1.5 thousand - notary. Long, because they are unhurried very, bureaucracy. Rent everywhere is the same: in good areas - more expensive, in bad - cheaper. People need to look for. It is difficult for me to work with them, because the difference of mentalities, the difference of all this. If you attract some kind of recruitment agency, it is immediately tens of thousands of euros - a salary for six months, for example. There, half an hour of processing you will drink all the blood, you will require triple compensation.

- What about interaction with different bodies, tax?

- In Europe, the tax system is very similar to the Russian. It seems to me here is comparable here. In the West, in any case, I never encountered attempts to optimize taxation. They pay to a penny all that relies, and do not imagine life differently. In the States is easier in many aspects. Registration of the company via the Internet is fast and inexpensive, worth the order of several hundred dollars. Resting there is usually a little, the vacation is considered something indecent, the weekend is small. But in the states a fantastically competitive market. For three dollars just strangle, just physically fit and strangle.

Oh, voluntary nuances are in the opening of your own business in Georgia and the Czech Republic, told the owner of the coffee shop network Double B Anna Tsfasman.

- In Georgia, everything that is connected with the organization of legal entities is very simple, it is literally one day, it is very cheap. Therefore, you can almost any type of business, except licensed, register in a couple of days and immediately open an account and start working. The complexity in Georgia is the low purchasing power of the population. Any business that will be successful there must be counting on tourists, and for the local population it is very hard for the local population.

- And in Prague?

- In Prague, everything is different, there, of course, more regulators, a huge number of papers need to be obtained, permits even on the public catering, where there is no food cooking. When there is a cooking, you need to get permission and from tenants, and from the local administration. Not only need to get permission, it still costs money, you need to pay for these meters, however, not to the landlord, but the municipality. But plus the people themselves who live there, their large number, and their purchasing power is high. They are very conservative, they are not accustomed to to be in certain places, so to unwind a new project is quite hard. But if you already lasted them and you managed to change their path in your direction, then they will be true to you. But if you look at where you can develop faster, then, in my understanding, Russia gives more chances. But neither easier, nor easier, of course, did not make a business with us. Of course, the registration of a new company is a pretty simple story, but it is probably ten years old as a simple story, everything else we have it was difficult and there. With the tax, it became more complicated at times: I used to still not blocked bills and were not shaking you very much, now it's all pretty hard.

According to the head of the CARFAX Education group of Alexander Nikitich, in Russia the level of digitalization of small business relationships and the state is quite high compared to many other countries.

"What is easy to do business in the UK? This is the lack of excessive bureaucracy and excessive formalizations. But this, probably, a consequence of British case law: For example, you can simply put faxes and sent to PDF, and it has the same legal force as what is called "Wet Signature", which, for example, in Dubai is required everywhere . Also in the UK on official documents from companies does not require printing. On the other hand, for example, our company in Monaco. The charm of work is that it is a small country and it is very flexible, even in relation to small business: sometimes some official questions with small business can be discussed literally at the government level, and they go to meet. In Singapore, a huge advantage is the speed of opening a company, some registration moments. Almost everything can be done electronically, and this is a big plus. Dubai is interesting because, firstly, there are no taxes there, there is little regulation. And in the UK, on the contrary, a very big problem is an excessive regulation of almost all aspects of activity. With the exception of Monaco, great difficulty open bank accounts for small businesses. For example, in Hong Kong it is almost impossible. The situation is related to the fact that all banks have recently stirred to fulfill the role of police, since this requires various states. "

Indicators in the Doig Business 2020 ranking from the World Bank are relevant on May 1 of this year. The study is assessed by legal norms that contribute to the expansion of entrepreneurial activities, as well as the norms that limit it. Total in ranking 190 countries.

Ticket to the Future

Who will take to the new "Noah's Ark"

Text: Sergey Demenko

The World Flood, the fall of the asteroid, the change of poles ... Catastrophic scenarios, which recently "give out" quite serious scientists, shivel. Let's say in the new report of UN experts stated that by the end of the century due to global warming the ocean level will rise by 1.1 meters. More than 700 million people will suffer, some coastal cities and even whole countries risk becoming uninhabited.

And here is a new horror car. This time from New Zealand scientists: Matt Boyd and Nick Wilson decided to find on the planet "Noev Ark", where the earthlings can escape in the case of a global pandemic. Why is this attack chosen?

According to New Zealanders, the reason can be the discovery in the field of biotechnology, which now is so enthusiastic engaged in the leading laboratories of the world, often not worrying, to what unpredictable consequences for all humanity they can lead. Gene manipulations, the appearance of various chimer, can get out of the control of science and get into the world, causing a pandemic of an unknown disease. Which simply will not oppose.

It is this option that Matt Boyd and Nick Wilson simulated. What did their computer show? Some part of the earthlings have a chance to survive if she correctly chooses the place where the attack can be waited, and then reborn again? This salvation could be a fairly large island or an island state.

"The pathogens of diseases easily overcome the land borders, so the isolated self-sufficient island could maintain a technologically developed population that could inhal the land after the catastrophe", "scientists say.

They considered several possible shelters that do not have land borders and not bound by bridges with other countries, with a population of more than 250 thousand people.

The geographical position was taken into account, the availability of natural resources, as well as the political and social features of society. As a result, 20 favorable states were selected, which were ranked on a scale from zero (unsuitable for survival) to one (most suitable). And three are the most attractive: Australia (rating 0.71), New Zealand (0.68) and Iceland (0.64). They have everything you need to preserve humanity during a global pandemic and become the basis for building a new society.

"These are high GDP countries, self-sufficient energy production and energy production, as well as rather distant from other states," scholars are summarized.

Behind this triple, Japan, Barbados, Cuba, Jamaica, Fiji were lacking: these island countries are missing resources, including energy and social capital and political stability for the effective interaction of people after the catastrophe - explain Boyd and Wilson.

According to experts, such a rating can become a "insurance policy" in case the pandemic will still begin. However, they do not report what it will cost how much earthlings will be able to use it, according to which principle this "rescue contingent of the future" will be taken. But this is another question.

In the UN, they support these steps.

"To mobilize efforts in the UN system, I started two initiatives: one is aimed at combating hatred rhetoric - she was headed by the Deputy Secretary of the Genocide Prevention, and the Second Support to the provision of countries in the field of protection of their shrines. This initiative is carried out under the leadership of the Alliance of Civilizations, "the UN heads reported.

New Zealand fulfills obligations under the Paris Agreement

Touching on the issue of climate change, Guterrish appreciated the actions of the Government of New Zealand, which, according to him, fully fulfills all the obligations taken in the framework of the Paris Climate Agreement. He especially thanked the Prime Minister for the draft law, which provides for measures to hold the increase in global temperature within 1.5 degrees Celsius.

In this context, the Secretary General reminded the destructive effects of climate change - powerful hurricanes, which lead to humanitarian crises, and drought in Africa. He noted a "paradoxical situation", when everyone sees the consequences of climate change, but at the same time the political support of the Paris Agreement on the climate, designed to protect humanity from destructive phenomena.

He also expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister of New Zealand for the support of the Pacific island states. During the current tour, the Secretary General intends to visit Fiji, Tuvalu and Vanuatu. Island states are on the advanced combination of climate change - the growth of the world's ocean threatens their existence. "We have to stop this serious trend and reverse it," the Secretary General stressed.

The future for the green economy, said UN Secretary-General Antoniou Guterry, turning to Auckland to representatives of Maori youth and residents of the Pacific Islands. The event with their participation was organized by the Minister of New Zealand on climate change in James Shau.

According to the Secretary General, the scientific world believes that by the middle of the century, humanity should achieve carbon neutrality - to reduce the contamination of the atmosphere, which leads to climate change. He noted the special role of young people in doing this task. "I am convinced that young people around the world will be able to convey this promise to their governments," the Secretary General emphasized.

He called for "to switch taxes from incomes to pollution", not subsidize the production of fossil fuels, and until 2020 to stop the construction of new coal power plants. "We must tax contamination of the atmosphere, not the income of people," the UN heads stressed.

"It is very important that young people around the world, civil society and the private sector understand that the future - for the green economy," the Secretary General said. "It is very important that you convince your governments to take action, because we are confronted with resistance," he added. He recalled how three times returned to the Polish Katowice, where the climate conference was held to overcome the resistance of skeptics.

Dairy products have become one of the fastest growing categories of drinks in Southeast Asia. The demand is due to the increased attention of consumers to healthy eating. This category is expected to grow on average by more than 5% each year until 2020.

The deal with Coca-Cola has become one of the steps aimed at increasing the profit, which is taking Fonterra after the disappointing results of the 2018 fiscal year. According to the co-air report, its loss for this period amounted to 196 million New Zealand dollars (US $ 128.5 million).

Suctionating apples robot started work.

In New Zealand, the first commercial robot, suction apples, began work. The robot is designed by Abundant Robotics and is a small moving tractor on which there is a manipulator collecting apples with a pump. It is focused using a lidar, and computer vision system helps to determine the ripening apples. You can read detail on the company's website, a brief summary brings Mit Technology Review.

The development of agriculture requires the growth of human resources, which is not always possible or optimal. That is why automated systems are increasingly used. For example, there is a robot that independently finds weeds and watering them with herbicides, and Walmart recently patented point pollination and treatment of pesticides with drone.

At the same time commercially available agricultural robots that work on real farms, not so much. ABUNDANT Robotics Robot Since the beginning of March, used in Apple Gardens of the New Zealand company T & G Global. Lidar helps him independently move around the rows between the crops. Collects the robot apples with the help of a special pump - strong enough to rip the apple from the branch without touching it (like a vacuum cleaner). At the same time, the robot does not break the branches and does not harm the plants anyhole.

The robot also independently can determine the maturity of the apple: for this, it is equipped with a computer vision system. At the same time, T & G Global clarifies that the use of a robot will not lead to a state reduction: so far the car will work only at night, collecting apples in hard-to-reach places.

In September 2017, robots also managed to sing hectares and then collect harvest from him - and almost without the help of a person.

The satellite was launched from Rocket Lab's cosmodrome in New Zealand

Private space company Rocket Lab has launched a promising management satellite research projects US Department of Defense (DARPA). This is reported by the Press Service Darpa.

Darpa reported that on March 29, a 150-kilogram experimental satellite of Radio Frequency Risk Reduction Deployment DemonStration (R3D2) was successfully displayed at the near-earth orbit.

The launch of the American military satellite was carried out using the electron carrier rocket from the Rocket Lab cosmodrome on the New Zealand mahio peninsula.

The R3D2 satellite will be used to test a new type membrane reflective antenna. A feature of this antenna is that it starts in a cooler form. The deployment of the membrane is carried out already in orbit, the diameter of the antenna in the deployment state is made up 2.5 m.

The operation of the antenna will be tracked within six months after deploying. In case of success, the tests of small satellites with a new type membrane antennas will be able to partially replace large communication satellites.

Surely everyone remembers Herostrata, a madman who burned one of the wonders of the world - the temple of Artemis in Ephesus. Hardly the Millennium after the Millennium would have survived in history if it were not for the decision of the judges who prohibited him to mention. With his ban, Ephessians immimaluted Herostrata, who, in fact, was achieved.

Approximately the same now appear appeals not to call the names of terrorists and mass arrows guilty of the death of innocent. The movement "Don't Name Them" ("Do not call them") for a long time requires abandoning any murder mention. And now this more than the controversial tactic of the fight against terrorism practically goes to the official level thanks to Prime Minister of New Zealand Jasinde Arder. Speaking to members of parliament, it solemnly, under the applause, promised never to call the name of Racist Brenton Tarranta, accused of mass killing Muslims in the mosque of Christchurch.

The speech of the New Zealand premiere caused an incredibly wide resonance. Many Western media and politicians encouraged to follow her example and always do that. This performance announced a lesson for all world leaders. "Ardern right, without calling the suspect Christchurch. What about the rest?" - It promotes one of the columnist The Guardian. And the former British diplomat and political student Jonathan Powell shared his dream: as it would be wonderful if Ardern occupied the place of Teresa Mei and solved the questions of Brexit. Why, it's easy to imagine that she would do: most likely, it would be forbidden to mention the word "brexit" - and the problem would be resolved.

The USA Today newspaper quite seriously writes that the decision does not mention Tarranta will reduce the risks of repetition of such mass executions. As if experience with Herostrate did not teach anything. As if he did not demonstrate that the forbidden fruit becomes sweet. If the name of the criminal fails during antiquity, then in the era of the Internet, such a tab will help the acceleration of the terrorist popularity: "Count, and the Tarranta name is forbidden to pronounce. Remember, never call the name Tarranta."

The authorities of New Zealand went even further. They were banned by the "Manifesto" of the terrorist under the fear of severe punishment. Now any citizen who on the computer will find this 74-page stream of consciousness, threatens ten years in prison. And if someone risks send a document somewhere or promulgate it, can shield and 14 years of conclusion.

But this does not facilitate the struggle with the spread of the ideas of Nazism and racism. So, under the prison term, it is easy to sum up, say, psychologists trying to understand the motives of the maniac behavior for the sake of early preventing mass executions. Polystologists who study law revitalism again can be stubcounted behind the bars again for a clear designation of the problem and find ways to solve it.

By the way, this is not new Zealand, nor Australia, where the Tarranta come from, did not really do. We now hear a lot of oh hooh and ahhs in the style of "Well, we need to think that this happened in a quiet New Zealand!". But the neo-Nazi grouping Right Wing Resistance ("Resistance to the Right Wing"), to which, in particular, are directly related and Australian Neo-Nazists who participated in the war in the Donbass on the side of Ukrainian lawwers, was created in the New Zealand Christchurch. But this phenomenon has little studied. And if you grind the problem, hiding your head in the sand and pretending that these Nazis do not exist, new and new braiviki, tarrants and other insignificant "superhumans" will appear.

For example, now in several European countries investigate Tarranta ties with local law-revital. In Austria, they are even talking about the possibility of a ban on the right-hand group, which the terrorist allegedly sacrifice money. But it is impossible to identify all these connections, if not analyzing the "manifest" of neo-Nazis, the history of its movement and radicalization. By the way, Tarranta frankly admitted that he visited Ukraine, but it seems, unlike Europe, no one has initiated the checks of its connections with local radicals. What is it, it is easier to ban his name and continue to repel: "We have no fascists."

It is necessary to deal with terrorism, it is not necessary for the forbids of the names of the new Herostrates or their writings. It is necessary to identify man-based ideas in the embryo, the organization and the online community distributing them. And certainly, it is necessary at an early stage to track the terrible video and broadcast crimes in the literal air. Feeling wine for the events in New Zealand, Facebook, through which Tarranta demonstrated his execution to the whole world, introduced a ban on the distribution and support of the ideas of "white nationalism and white separatism". But a natural question arises: why only "white nationalism"? Surely because Zuckerberg heard about racism of other colors and shades, and about radical Islamism, and the mass executions in Christian churches. But for some reason now decided to fight only with individual forms of racism.

The Norwegian activist Bjorn Iller, the miracle survived in 2011 in Breivika, miraculously. He considers a big mistake of Arder's call not to call Tarranta. In his opinion, an attempt to ban the mention of Breivik would increase it to a certain "mystical level". "It looks as if he appears as evil, monster ... - Ilher writes." The fact that he is only a man, saved me from life in fear. Breivik is a man, and not a nameless monster, hanging over our lives " .

Haber7 (Turkey): For terrorist, all in the mosque - Turks

Taha Dagla (Taha Dağlı), Haber7, Turkey

The terrorist attack on the mosque in New Zealand contains deep signals.

Terrorist - Islamophobe or Turkopoft? The answer to this question is in itself very interesting details. Yes, the terrorist took Muslims on the sight. Attacked the mosque. Killed 49 believers who committed the Namaz. But when we pay attention to his publications in social networks, we see that this terrorist is an enemy of the Ottoman Empire and Turk.

For him, hostility to the Turks seems to be identical to hostility to Islam. Because for this terrorist any Muslim - Turk. He does not attack at home, offices or the Association of Turks in New Zealand. He attacks the mosque. Although among those killed people the Turks are not.

Three of our citizens suffered. At the same time, the dead are among representatives of other peoples. But for the terrorist it does not matter. Because, in his opinion, every Muslim, making Namaz, anyway, the Turk or Osman.

In this regard, he attacks the mosque without hesitation. After all, everyone who is inside is Muslims, and therefore the Turks. The terrorist says: "We will bring minarets of the Cathedral of Hagia Sophia." Calls Istanbul Constantinople. Attacking the mosques, he did the focus on the Turks all the time.

The terrorist sense on his weapons, the name of Serb who killed Sultan Murada I. He also wrote a message on his weapon, containing hatred against the Turks. I inflicted on this weapon and the date of the Vienna battle of 1683. Osmans, the Turks are very worried. Because Osmans and Turks are Muslims. And on Muslims of other countries, he looks like a Turk. In the end, in the history of many of them there is an Ottoman Empire.

Such is the point of view of the terrorist. In fact, this is a situation that is characteristic not only for a terrorist in New Zealand. With the same opinion we can face in many places in the West. According to the West, "Muslim" and "Turkish" are intertwined with each other. For many in the West, every Muslim is somehow Osman.

This situation also allows you to better understand the definition given by the poet Izmet Lake (İsmet Özel) by the Turks. Issue Les, the other day I had suffered a disease, I said: "Turkom called Muslim, who is not afraid of conflict with non-believers." In this definition, obviously, there is no racist approach.

It actually describes how Turks and Muslims look in the eyes of the West. Another measurement of terrorist attacks in New Zealand is associated with the issue of Turkey's survival. You may ask: "What is the connection?" But imagine: In New Zealand, the terrorists attack the mosques, kill Muslims, whom they consider to be Turks, and from New Zealand send the signals of threats to the same via Ayia Sophia.

Judging by the publication of a terrorist in social networks on the eve of the terrorist attack, it becomes obvious that he was preparing to make it. He seemed to be officially announced, notified it. After about 17 hours, he carried out attacks, and even live. Why, when all this happened, neither the police nor the security and intelligence service intervened in any way in the actions of this person? While this question did not find a response.

Now who can prove that this terrorist is not an intelligence product like ISIS (prohibited in the Russian Federation - ed.)? Although the occurrence looks like an individual action, there are also traces of an organized terrorist attack. And organized terrorism cannot fail to be associated with intelligence.

Thus, the terrorist in New Zealand attacks the mosques and threatens Turkey a signal about Ayia Sofier. No matter how far New Zealand is from Istanbul, the signal is very close. In the head of this terrorist, like many in the West, hostility to the Ottoman Empire. This is what was really always in their thinking, consciousness. The current position of Turkey contributes to the fact that this hostility in their consciousness splashes outwards.

We take note of the report written by the European Parustel in Brussels two days before the attack, which says that "Saint Sophia's Cathedral should not turn into a mosque", and there are signals in support of the working part of Kurdistan (RPK) - Fetö Fethullah Gyulen's terrorist organization (Fethullah Gülen). We take into account the statements by Prime Minister Netanyahu on the RPK day to the terrorist attack, as well as the threat to his son, with the mention of Constantinople. We will add to this a few hours before the attack report of the US Department of State, which contains threats to Turkey and signals to protect RPK and Fetö.

When we build it all in one row, a clearer picture occurs. Turkey is trying to take Zionist cross attacks on the sight. Let those painting attentively look at those who raises today about the "survival problem", and if they still do not see this problem or deny it, then there is nothing to say.

"Boom" in the real estate market of New Zealand behind

New Zealand housing market is quickly cooled, and the rise in prices slowed down to the weakest rates over the past seven years. During 2018, the average cost of residential real estate in the country increased by 1.5%, to $ 381,850, according to the ReinZ Institute. This is a sharp decline after the lifting by 6.3% in 2017, 13.9% in 2016 and 11.5% in 2015.

Taking into account inflation, housing prices actually decreased by 0.4% in 2018 compared with a year earlier. And for the last quarter fell by 0.6%, although in the third they rose by almost 4% per year. Cooling is caused by the fact that the ban on the purchase of real estate by foreigners was recently introduced. And over the past seven years, many new proposals have appeared on the market, Global Property Guide reports.

Auckland, which accounts for about 25% of the total sales of real estate in New Zealand, almost did not see the price movements in 2018 compared with the previous year. In addition, the minimum increase in value was registered in Waikato (1.2%), Soutlend (1.4%) and the bay of captivity (2%).

The strongest price increase is registered on the west coast, where housing rose by 18.4% during 2018. A serious increase in cost was also observed in Nelson, Malborough, Tasman (16.8%), Gisborne (15%), Manawat and Vanganui (11.7%).

The average cost of housing in Auckland is $ 587,780 - the highest indicator in the country. Next comes the bay of captivity ($ 415 940) and Wellington ($ 412 870). The cheapest real estate - on the west coast ($ 149 330), in Soutland ($ 170 470), Manavat and Vanganui ($ 218,200) and Gisborne ($ 230,470).

The economy of New Zealand has grown by more than 3% in 2018, according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Over the past four years, the indicators have been the highest since 2007: the growth was 3% in 2017, 4.1% in 2016, 4.2% in 2015 and 3.2% in 2014. According to forecasts, in 2019 the economy will grow by another 3%, and at 2020 - by 3.1%.

Stop frame video

The first victims are people who come out of the building. Tarranta shoots them out of the rifle. One person is injured and trying to crawl, but the terrorist ruthlessly finish him. Then the Australian shows how the mosque goes, recharges the weapon several times and shoots everything. People lie on the floor by the walls, and the terrorist shoots them to make sure that all are dead. Heard moans. The killer notes that someone tries to escape, and again opens fire.

A few minutes later the shooter comes out of the mosque - and goes to the car. On the way, he shoots after the people who ran out of the building, then change the weapon and opens shooting on the street.

Tarranta also indicated that he had read the records of the Charleston Arrow Dilan Ruf and spoke about his hatred for migrants. There is in the manifesto and biography of Tarranta, however, it is not known how much it corresponds to reality. From it, we learn that he was born in a family with low prospect, in childhood a little interested in studying and did not enroll in the university. "I worked a short time before I earned money and put them in BitConnect (probably we are talking about the exchange of tokens -" Rosbalt "), then used his traveler income," he says.

Police reported that the arrow had three accomplices. Three suspects are detained. Judging by the video from social network, Tarranta himself could be caught. Police reported that one of the men was charged with murder. Detained for about 30 years, on March 16, he will appear before the court. Law enforcement officers, however, did not name the name of the accused.

The police reported that after the attack found several cars with improvised explosive devices in the city. Bombs have detected. The city closed schools and state institutions. Local residents asked not to leave home.

On the same day in Auckland (1000 km from Christchurch), according to media reports, two explosions occurred - at the station and shopping center. Also, according to New Zealand Herald, unknown persons left two backpacks with explosive devices. Robot Supper has neutralized two bombs.

The police spend a special operation on Sommerville Street in Danidin. The law enforcement agencies say that this place is of interest in connection with the incident in Christchurch. The area of special operation is stupid, people evacuated.

The head of the Norwegian government of Erna Sulberg compared the happening with the terrorist attack committed by Anders Breivik. "This (today's attack on the mosque in New Zealand." Rosbalt ") causes painful associations with events in Norway," she stressed. The prime minister announced the similarity of the manifestos, which published both terrorists - in both documents contained an ultra-right message.

The same large-scale murder in New Zealand occurred only in 1943 - then the guards of the Pamestone camp during the riots shot 48 prisoners. One Soldier of New Zealand was killed.

According to the Police of New Zealand, in 2017 there were only 35 killings in the country.

Nzherald (New Zealand): The shooting in the Christchurch mosque was a question not "if", but "when"

New Zealand was a place considered one of the safest on the planet. However, after the terrorist attack in the mosque of the city of Christchurch, the reality changed, and therefore a specialist in the field of security encourages New Zealanders to increase vigilance and really evaluate what is happening around, reporting on the law enforcement agencies that it seems suspicious.

Darren Morton (Darren Morton), NZHERALD.CO.NZ, New Zealand

Today, about 13:40, New Zealand also seemed protected from those threats and events faced by the rest of the world, but now we tragically joined the sad reality of the environment in the world.

For many years, New Zealand was a believed place that was considered the safest on the planet. To a large extent, despite today's events, it will continue this status, since other countries face more significant threats.

However, many natives of New Zealand forget that the values associated with safety, life-style and isolation are approvingly perceived as to be studied by weakness and vulnerability to those people who want to harm us.

Many of our compatriots are convinced that we will never have such things. In my opinion, a compelling example of such a mindset can be considered comments made today by one regional mayor, who said: "It is unthinkable in New Zealand."

Similar comments, of course, you can hear not only from it, but also from many other people who do not want to believe in what happened. But why should we be so shocked by what happened here?

For few of us who constantly monitor the global security situation and evaluates it, such events would never be shocked. Despite our hopes that nothing will affect us, it has always been a question "when", and not "if".

New Zealand today came to the difficult realization that all hopes on our geographical position, lifestyle, the image of a global friend for everyone, as well as faith in the fact that what happens in the rest of the world does not affect us, and from the very beginning our biggest threats .

So in what position did we come now? Of course, we must dedicate grief and thoughts about the dead, as well as to fully realize that it actually happened, but our vigilance and understanding of the peculiarities of our new life should begin today.

Although all that happened, "hopefully," is a single incident, we cannot count on it. Reality proved that in our liberal environment it was easy to plan a devastating attack that shocked to the grounds our society and provided the guilty global coverage of their crimes.

Now we have to move forward and do everything that are capable of, to preserve our freedom and lifestyle, because it is these things that we must protect primarily.

However, our future approach to security issues should be taken by all society. We must carefully look closely to each other, notice something unusual and report this to the staff of the relevant departments.

This is what Once Albert Einstein said: "The world - dangerous placeBut not because of those who create evil, but because of those who are passively observing and does nothing. "

The reality is that we live in this world along with individual villains and consisting of groups of them, these people do not respect life, but they are able to act only in the environment that allows them to plan and hold attacks and stay out of suspicion.

We cannot change them, but we can control and limit the environment that they need, by raising awareness and vigilance.

Unfortunately, most people working in the field of security industry are not ready to resist such threats and, honestly, it should be expected.

At the same time, in the field of security, there may be companies that will try to use today's fear in society and will offer an excessive number of employees and services.

The first step on this path can be a request in the search engine "Google".

Make sure you hire guards and agree to those services that are legitimate, and which are provided by professional companies that have experience opposition to specific threats.

Tomorrow in the morning we will all wake up and will continue to do not believe, we will only partially realize our tragic inclusion in the real world.

The usual generating disagreement rhetoric that we hear from individuals and groups will continue, and some people who are easiest to be sugranteed will move from beliefs to acts of violence.

Today, New Zealand has changed, and such events simply cannot occur without long-term impact at a certain level. Now we have become members of the growing global group on which extreme ideologies and views are affected.

Our responsibility as New Zealand citizens is to preserve the memory of the dead; We must all together and take responsibility for those questions that concern the protection of our lifestyle.

We cannot afford that the events in the city of Christchurch rupture our society to pieces and changed our lifestyle, immersing it in fear.

At the same time, we must increase the vigilance and really evaluate what happens around us every day, we must report everything that seems suspicious to us, and hope that together we can protect our unique lifestyle.
